The vehicles for rent are maintained very well. The area of improvement would be more employees working the counter. There was only one employee handling all the customer pick up and returns causing a long wait.

Poor management. Blamed communication issue on a person fired the day of pick-up. My experience with the person fired was very positive and I believe she was not trained properly in renting motorcycle trailers.... ie., that they are in-town, not available 1-way. The Manager needs to learn how to delegate responsibility and how to train his team. I imaging the turnover at this location is extremely high.

The agent was very professional and helpful. I do wish the charge for fuel could be more in tune with retail prices. I used 1/4 of a tank on my 10' truck and I couldn't find a station I was comfortable filling up at late at night. I was charged $34 for 1/4 of a tank. This seemed very excessive.

The Guy at the counter was the worst and needs to learn what customer service is. When trying to pick up the truck that was reserved for me, he had to reenter all the information. I asked Then what is the sense of making a reservation if you don't have all the information. His response was that he needs to verify the information with me, but yet he never verified the charges with me or the payment option. He charged a credit card I gave to uhaul to hold the res (even though every other place tells me they cant see the one I gave uhaul and I must provide it). I then look at the receipt and find that I was overcharged from what I was told when I made the reservation. When I brought this to his attention I told him so what's the sense of making a reservation if you don't have all the info. You tell me you had to verify all the information, but you didn't verify the price before charging my card. He told me that I needed to calm down. He made an $20 adjustment to the bill, and gave me a new receipt. Only to find out that I was still overcharged. I explained it to him again and he starts arguing with me then tells me that is all that he was going to do. I told him no you need to honor the rate I was given when I booked the reservation. He told me no I am not leave the store. I immediately gave him the keys back, told him to refund my money as I was not paying for the truck. I then had to call uhaul to call the store to make them honor the rate I was given. By far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I continually have these similar issue where I'm quoted a price at booking, but when picking up the truck it's not the same on the reservation. I still question why i keep coming back to uhaul for the same punishment. The definition of insanity is to repeat the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. Perhaps I should question my own insanity... instead of expecting a change with uhaul...

Problem. The rental location was great. The problem was drop-off. Uhaul gave me a Lynn MA drop-off location that doesn't accept dropoffs. Really folks, get your shit together. Only the Lynnway location takes drop-offs, in Lynn. Such a dumb organization that can't get their drop off locations correctly.

I ordered a bigger truck and was given a small one. I was not notified and was not able to fit everything. I was given a $50 credit, however, making another trip to NH from Fall River is NOT convenient at all as a single parent. I now have to figure out how to get a couch and love seat to NH on a limited budget and not have the help that I had on Sunday. Very disappointed.

When I went to pick up my UHaul at this location at 8AM (which was the time I previous scheduled my pick up for) the associate told me that my time for pick up wasn't until 3:20PM. I told him that I scheduled the pick up two weeks ago for pick up at 8AM. The associate did more research h and told me that someone changed my time in the system and didn't tell me. At this time the associate was still able to get me my exact order for 8am. I was heavily relieved because I could not start a move in the afternoon. My overall experience was pretty good though. The back of the truck was a little dirty but not terrible. I ended up using the blankets they had in the back of the truck so my furniture didn't get dirty. Not a wonderful experience but not a bad experience. The associate took care of me and made sure I was able to pick up my Uhaul for my preferred time so I was happy about that!

I reserved a van online the day before I get there and first she can't find my order then there was some mix up with keys and stuff was there over an hour never an apology from her nothing she laughed then when I returned the van we couldn't close out the account cause she didn't close out from person who had truck before us and there's a milage disreprency or something we were told to call the next day still no I'm sorry no anything I was over an hour late for My appointment due to incompetence not happy at all

A very large facility with lots of vehicles and trailers HOWEVER even after I did everything ONLINE it took 40 minutes to check out with no one in front of me and only ONE person working that large facility. VERY POOR. Same thing on return the same ONE person working so it took 30 minutes for a routine drop. Also during checkout your system DOUBLED the stated cost and did not identify it as a hold but rather an unexplained additional charge.

Under staffed, looked like there was only one employee on staff. Paper work went fairly quick but I had to wait a 1/2hr to get hooked up to a trailer. After finally leaving the the parking lot the brakes on trailer didn’t seem to be working. When I got to my location I noticed the brake line on the right rear wasn’t even attached and that the brake reservoir had no oil in it. This should’ve been safety checked by the uhaul employee before I left the lot. Also there were a few lights that didn’t work. Some were even held on by tape with no screws. When I returned the trailer I mentioned all this to the employee that was there at the time of drop off. Different employee from when I picked it up. I told him to not rent it out and screw the next person. The trailer is not safe.
