Waited for quite a while until we were helped but the process of obtaining our reserved vehicle was relatively simple. Associate didn't show us anything with the vehicle, pretty much just handed us the keys. Vehicle was clean and in good condition though.Emily K.

Have the dolly I rented and was charged for in the truck I rented. I still want a refund for that and the ten or so extra miles I had to use trying to borrow one at 8:30 PM. Drove 11 miles was charged for 7 gallons of gas which came to 36 $when I asked why he told me I returned the truck from full ro 3/4 of a truck which isn't possible when going only 11 miles . Asked to speak to somebody else and was told they went home and for any help I'd have to call customer service ! Not happy at all !Kori T.

We booked a 17' U-Haul and per the website were guaranteed our truck or else we'd be given 50 $. When we arrived it turned out they had given our reserved truck to another customer, and replaced our reservation with a 15' U-Haul. However, we received no 50 $payment because there was another truck available - but not in the size we required. There was just one employee coordinating the entire location which is not sufficient to handle each customer's particular problems/needs. U-Haul should invest in its employees and staff up to meet the demand.JOSHUA M.
The uhaul truck battery died and prevented me from going anywhere or doing anything for 2 hours. I called the assistance helpline and was on hold for 20 + minutes and no one answered. Totally dissatisfied, wasted so much of my time.Daniel C.

Customer service was great and accommodating however the truck I received was appalling and should not have been rented to anyone ; drop off was after hours and left a message regarding my concerns on the drop off app and was never contacted; safety concern think twice before renting a truck from this location.JARED K.

I was charged 9 $for two gallons of gas for a van. I only drove 16 miles. Also, the online check-in method to pick up the van was not user friendly.Thomas C.
The pickup location was moved which was a minor complication BUT the truck we were given was in an accident & was still rented to us at full price. There was a dent so large the front end that air was blowing inside the truck for the whole 2 hour ride & it sounded like all the windows were open. Very dangerous because I couldn't hear my phone or GPS! Had a major earache & headache afterwards. Horrible experience.James S.

I visited the UHaul location 2 days prior to the day I was scheduled to pick up my car trailer. I noted that 2 of the 4 tires were bald and one wheel had significant damage to the rim (which could potentially cause an air leak or tire failure. I asked the UHaul employee to have the damaged wheel replaced before I picked up the trailer in 2 days.. I went back the next day to see if the wheel had been replaced. It hadn't AND I was told, "it's fine" and that they couldn't replace the wheel (even though there were several different kinds of trailers with the same wheels they could easily have swapped that wheel for. I explained that i was hauling a very expensive car to an event I'd paid thousands to attend and that if the trailer failed, I'd potentially lose thousands of dollars. He couldn't care less and refused to change the wheel. 'Renter' beware...UHaul doesn't care about your well being.Joseph C.
Reservation for a 20' was done 2 months in advance. They waited until the day before to tell me that it would not be available. Truck was to be picked up in Foxboro, MA and dropped in a Fall River, MA location. We had to settle for a 15' in Noth Attleboro and had to be returned to that location. The smaller truck required borrowing other trucks in the family spending more in milage, gas and reimbursement others for gas. This is not right. The truck was handed over without inspection, the interior was dirty and had sticky liquid all over the dash. The fuel was below what was initially marked, damages to the truck were not logged and worse, the back driver side tired were bald and blown out. It was not safe to rent especially to people driving halfway across the us. We had to get roadside assistance multiple times. Simply lazy.ERICA M.

The driver side door to my uhaul looked like it was in an accident previously. So the door seal at the top of the door didn't seal and it made a crazy amount of noice. My experience was unpleasant because of this. This is why I gave the rating I didNATHAN F.
Top to bottom the worst experience I have ever encountered with your company. I will never rent from any of your locations again as well as highly recommend anyone go elsewhere. To be told that I am lying, a thief, and laughed at when requesting a replacement truck for a broken one that I no longer feel safe in is a complete disgrace to anyone who puts their hard earned money into your company. I had one complaint. I left 3 medium sized boxes and 1 large sized box in the back of the trunk that I forgot to return to the store. I called the store and waited 20 minutes on hold before I was disconnected to ask for a refund on the boxes. Marijuana was in the center console that I didn't notice until over halfway with the trip. What if I got pulled over? Also they roped me in by saying they "guaranteed" Me a truck and trailer and didnt have the trailer and made Mr drive over 60 miles and an hour away to get another trailer and charged me the 60 miles there and back twice cause I had to bring trailer back to its location and yell back to its original location. So I got charged over 190 bux total that I shouldn't have due to uhauls negligence. They gave me 50 bux which didn't even cover the fuel for 4 extra hours of driving to get the trailer. I want a full refund or I will tell every1 to not use uhaul. I coulda called a car hauling company for less than uhaul charged. Cost over 500 with fuel to go an hour and half away. Shoulda been 200. Very disappointed in uhaul. Never again EVER!James M.

I mentioned showed the gentlemen that inspected my storage unit (# 126) upon emptying my storage unit that 2 nail are coming through the ceiling and that someone could cut themselves on those. Thankfully I did not. I do hope that you check on this and repair it so that no one gets hurt and that your company does not expose itself to any liability. Thank you and stay safe.
