Gave me the roughest trailer of their entire fleet. It was "clean" in terms that there wasn't anything to sweep up, but the trailer looked old and well used.
DANIEL PHorrible service ever!!! A unprofessional manger called Tina insulting me!!! Must be fired she didn't do her job properly, I had reservation to pick up the truck at 7:30am and I had went nothing prepared and delivered at 8:39am which I had missed my appointment with auto theft police department which is every quarter!! They charged me for fuel while I showed to them but they are so careless!!!! Worst service ever!!!

BRUCE DTruck had a tire service light that came on within 10 miles of leaving Plano. Also, driver side door weather stripping was bad. Significant road noise on trip to Colorado.

CHARLOTTE OImproved training for those hooking up trailers. Twice recently, There have been errors in hookups that could have been catastrophic. 1. I noticed a severe crack where the trailer secures on my hitch ball. I pointed it out and was told it was okay. I returned to request another trailer before using it, and received an apology saying it would be taken out of service. 2. The safety chains had no rubber keepers in them and were installed incorrectly. Soon after leaving, I heard dragging noises, upon checking, I found both chains unhooked and dragging on the ground. Both persons were very friendly and efficient but sent me out with trailers not in condition to tow safely. Please train them better or have supervisors inspect their work. This is twice in two months. Merci.

TYLER RI had a rental property here in town, and i use to live here. Im grateful that they understood my situation and allowed me to rent a pickup truck to remove some stuff from the property. There was a man there with a ponytail that helped me and I really appreciated his help. Tina, i believe was the manager, am thankful for her help as well. Although when i tried to do self checkout as instructed by the app, i parked into an open spot and she saw me and immediately ran over and was like "SIR ARE YOU RETURNING THE VEHICLE, YOU CANT PARK THERE YOU NEED TO GO OVER THERE. Only feedback is that, if we can't use the self checkout dont make it available for the customer.

Michael MManager Tina is Awesone, so is all the staff at counter and the crew checking in equipment who went above and beyond call of duty by replacing bumper which was my liability and not there's. Storage facility is easy access on ground level and most importantly clean. It is overpriced, but worth it if my belongings are safe from issues I dealt with in Indiana.

Robert MAlthough I checked in and filled out everything online, I still had to spend time re-verifying everything at the counter. Vehicle return also took longer than I expected.
Drew CLuckily, I knew how to unload my car off the trailer because the attendant outside was working on someone else's vehicle and I was just standing there for 10 minutes. I finally went inside and drop the keys off and unloaded my car.

DAVID PThe app is terrible - user experience, page layouts, the image recognition, and I have to go into the office and wait in line to get keys and turn the truck after all that. I wasted 45 minutes of my two hour rental jerking with the app. I won't use it again. The guy at the desk? He got me what I needed and understood.
WAYNE SThis is where I picked up the trailer that had a blow out the next day only a few miles leaving town. Come to find out the second axle was not aligned with the first axle which made the rear back wheel to rub and pop on a sub frame bolt. I was lucky I didn't have a major accident on the highway but almost lost control since the tire was basically popped.

JAMES VOnly issue was with the app. It shut down before I could take a picture of the truck location. I took a picture on my phone and a video of the key drop just in case.

Adrian hooked up the trailer for me and made the process enjoyable with his friendly conversation. Greg was fantastic during the return, getting everything done quickly and efficiently so I could get back to my day. Highly recommend this team for their outstanding service!
CHRISTOPHER COnly issue was trick size was changed from 20' to 26' without my knowledge, which was to large. Walked to truck and had to return to office. Lucky they had 20' available but have to wonder why size was changed given they had the right size available.

RONNIE MFrist, I have to say my original reservation was at 202 N Central Expy, McKinney, TX 75070 (Exxon). I completed the on-line check-in (provided all requested information), showed up to pick up the truck - the man did not know what to do, he used his phone app and made me check-in again providing all the same information I already provided on-line. I kept telling him I already checked in, he kept asking - so I left. I changed my reservation to 2560 Kathryn Ln, Plano. This cost me more time in the pickup, and I had to drive an extra 10 miles to get the truck. The service at 2560 Kathryn Ln, Plano was excellent. While moving I received a new reservation email for a Tow Trailer which I did not request, which I had to cancel when I returned the truck. Renting from U-Haul was not a good experience at all. Will go with another service next time.

Not very professional in m opinion. I made the correct choice by booking a 10'x10' at Public Storage for $40/month, much better than U-Hauls 5'x10' at $114,95!

We went to clean out our storage this past weekend and there were two Dead Rats and RAT URNINE AND FECES, on and in everything. Our 30 year old paintings, our only Son's photo albums, dozens of books, electronics, shoes, clothing's and blankets all had to be thrown away. The smell was horrendous and we had to let it air out for a few minutes before even emptying the unit. U-Haul denied our claim and offered absolutely no compensation. Do Not keep your items here!

We were informed that the elevator had been out of order for over a week and the manager did not know when it would be fixed. We had to carry our entire unit down the stairs. This was a very dangerous task as we had large pieces of furniture and there were two flights of stairs. Uhaul put our health and safety at risk and did not offer anything more than an "I'm sorry." The staff was very friendly and kind but there was no help or solutions offered to us. We were very disappointed in Uhaul and will not be recommending it as a storage facility to anyone.

Units do not have enough floor space for the price. Some of the listed dimensions are height and it's not clear until you get there how little usable space you have.

Samuel N | Expérience généraleTina was wonderful in accommodating our needs after it seemed that I had booked a storage room but it was only a reservation and not an actual assigned storage room. The original 5x10 storage room that we originally booked also had a large structural pillar on one of the side walls which would have taken up a lot of the required space of the room so we had to move to the larger room which was probably just as well because we had a lot of stuff and didn't want to pile it up on top of each other. All in all it worked out really well for us. The one issue that we did have was that we drove 2145 kilometers from Canada and after we unloaded our trailer we then had to drive the trailer to the middle of downtown Dallas in rush hour traffic to drop it off at a rather unusual location which was very inconvenient considering we thought we would just unload at Plano and drop it off at Plano once we were done with it. At the end of the day it all worked out. Merci.

Nick E | Expérience généraleAutomatic payment was set up at the office the first day we checked in obviously the office did not register that's on the computer system I was charged $15 additional fee sent to several email to management regarding these fees told him to call no reply either by email or by phone call after checking out, we let the staff know that we're moving out I had to call again to tell him we moved that nobody made a note of it. There's a complete failure in communication. Please refer to all the emails we sent a general management.

From not being able to get in to the staff placing a lock on my door because i had the incorrect lock but they lost the key to remove their own lock. I rented a truck and a dolly from them but they did not have any dollys and it was a lengthy process in trying to get a refund for the dolly i paid for but they did not have.
