Reserved 17" truck with furniture dolly a week in advance. Arrived to pick up and was told they didn't have a 17 ft truck available. Had no other choice but to take the 15 ft truck and hope everything fit. Got home, started loading and didn't have the furniture dolly reserved and charged in the invoice. Called back to the store and never received an apology for the mess up. Told us we could drive back and pick up the dolly or they would remove the charge at return. This is our 4th time to use this location in the past 6 months as we have been completing/moving from a family estate sale and the first bad experience. We are not sure what happened but one bad experience leaves a bad taste.

Talk to customer waiting in line who wants to extend rental instead of leaving counter to check in trailer still connected to customers truck. Enter in drop off city correctly and don't insist that incorrect drop off location will be fine.

I was disappointed in the lack of ability given to the employees to resolve problems that occur at the point of equipment delivery. I received my paperwork at pick-up saying that I had a full tank. 3 miles in my rental I noticed it was not full (filled to about about 3/4). I took a picture and video. Before drop-off I filled the van all the way up with gas not wanting to get fined for not following the paperwork. I explained to the drop-off employee and he told me there was nothing he could do, that it happens all the time and that management had instructed the employees not to reimburse. That just seems very odd. I had the proof required to justify my complaint and nothing could be done. And worse, apparently it happens all the time. So I guess this location saves a lot of money on gas taking advantage of their faulty paperwork. FIX THE PROBLEM at the root. 1. Make sure your paperwork matches reality. If the paperwork says TANK FULL, I'm gonna trust you know what you are doing. 2. Stop taking advantage of customers and avoid rework. 3. Train your employees to solve problems and give them power to resolve them.

Trailer was great. Returning the trailer was a breeze!! 5 stars Check out was longer than it should have been especially since I made an online reservation. At the dealership, it kept giving errors for my truck ( 2014 tundra ) that it couldn't tow a small 5 x 9 trailer.

i had to find and attach the trailer myself, no one even bothered to come out and help me make sure my lights were working. this store has always been terrible, its just the only one close to m. i rather buy a trailer than rent, but my HOA wont let me store it....

My drop off location didn’t accept one way trucks and I had to drop it off at a different location. All employees were extremely nice but who’s behind the coordination of pickups and drop offs?

During my trip my left Tire strap came off my tow at the Love’s in Toomsuba. I called Roadside assistance with Uhaul and was told to drive back (with no tire strap on ) to a UHAUL in Meridian. Which I had to go back from where I just drove 11 miles! I did what I was told driving 10-20 mph and afraid something bad was going to happen to me, my dtr and the people around me including my car. I had been driving since 3:30 am that morning, it was 4pm. I get to the UHAUL and the young lady told me she could not help me and why did Road side tell me to come to her?! I then called back road side spoke to David and he said I should not have moved someone should have come to me and how dangerous this was for me to drive like that! By this time I’m pissed, he was going to call me back with when someone would get to me. So I’m sitting at this UHAUL place for 3-4 hours in a not safe area homeless man coming up to me asking for a light. Two guys on bikes going threw the garbage can! The girl at UHAUL is now closing the store and I’m still waiting! I had to call back to get some one else with still no word! She offered a hotel and $30 for food. Which there was no way I would stay in that I would stay in that area. I ended up talking to 4 different people the man finally came after 7 pm. Which took 4 hours off my trip. I got food and hotel in Alabama. This happening not only threw off my trip but added more stress on my long move. The customer service was unacceptable from the first person to my next to last person. When the guy secured the strap he stated the only way it would come undone is if it is not put on properly and lined up correctly. The next day I ended up having to get another hotel which was not planed in my budget and was a result from the delay of the first stop. In turning in the truck I still have not received my $30 back from food on the night having to stay at the hotel. And so much could have and did go wrong where I need my money back. That was the most stressful time of my life which caused stress on the remaining of the trip that we would be safe.
