Everyone was so rude and unhappy. This was my first time to rent a trailer and everyone had no patience for me. I didn't have the right connector for the trailer and instead of informing me that it was available for purchase inside they let me drive off to Walmart and buy one. It's just a shame that everyone here couldn't be just a little more helpful or even try to care. I own my own business and I KNOW that this isn't the way my employees should be. Last time I'll be using uhaul. Home Depot or Lowe's also have the same equipment at the same price without the attitude. Please do some customer service auditing. You'll see what I'm talking about.

We made sure to ask for a dolly, they said one would be in the truck. They had to do a last minute switch of trucks, when we got to our first destination we realized there was no dolly. Major inconvenience.

All equipment and truck were promptly available and in excellent condition. No issues with their use. Return was very fast and completed with no issues. Personnel were knowledgeable, fast, competent and friendly, always available to help. Highly recommended - will definitely use them again.

Used the Uhaul app. Had trouble checking out and checking in. This was suppose to make the experience easier, but I found it to be much longer and more difficult. I've never had a problem with uhaul before. I hope that they are able to fix any problem with the app. to make it a more positive experience.

Prior to dropping off here. I called the local number to make sure I had the right drop off location and just in case. Arrange to drop off here, because I was interested in using their storage facilities for about 3 months. Even though the store opens at 7AM I never got through to the store location. The national service line would answer. The lady on the phone was very rude, and kept cutting me off and talking over me not letting me finished my questions. And never answered my questions or gave me the chance to finish my questions. Called back later and got the same lady who did the exact same thing. I wanted to inquire about using their storage, she kept talking over me and never gave me the chance. Maddening and frustratingly bad customer service. This drop off location lost at least 3 months of 15' storage sales because of this person and bad experience. I went to your competitor instead. A shame, because you had my business and threw it away. Leaving me with nothing but a negative UHaul experience. I have dropped off here before and was impressed in the past. This time, no one was able to greet me at the pull in area. I went inside and waited 15 min in line only to be turned away and told that I needed to check in outside where no one was at. The reception lady was courteous and helpful. But the store manager sitting right next to her must have been having a bad day. He heard my conversation with her and didn't offer a word and walked away. I was escorted to a check in person, who was friendly and efficient. We disagreed on gas. I was prepared to pull out my gas receipt and more importantly the checkout paper clearly indicating my departure gas level. I had put in a couple of gallons over my departure mark. To his credit the service guy quickly took off the extra charge and provided great customer service.

I like this location and everyone seems to be helpful. My only complaint is that it seems like half the times I've been there, there's only one person working the front desk. Maybe it's just me having bad timing but most other U-Haul dealers I've visited in the past always had at least a couple people handling the customers. With just one person up front, no matter how good they are, you will quickly have a bottleneck when other customers come in because most U-Haul transactions take some time.

I personaly think it should be considered illegal to advertise a price that the costumer will never pay. It is definitely not good business to rely on costumers lack of attention, or even worse to deceive them to believe they are going to pay only $19/day for the rental. There is a very fine line that separates an omission from a lie, U-Hal stretches that bordaer way to far. This is not a good business model nor a smart market strategy, it is called opportunism. U-Hal exploits people’s busy life and by undervaluing their time advertise a unrealistic price do bring them to u-Hal stores, and only then uncover some of the hidden costs. If it wasn’t enough when the costumer return the rental he is surprised with more unexpected charges. This is so wrong. If U-Hal wanted to base its business on honesty and respect to its costumers, it would itemize all the other costs together and on the same size as the $19 on all the trucks.

Truck was clean, both in the cab and in the cargo space. No complaints with that. Driving on the other hand...truck was very rough. The truck was very hard on even the smallest bumps. At times on the highway it felt like we were driving over speed bumps very 3 feet. Thankfully nothing was shaken or broken during the move. Maybe this is how it normally is, I’ve driven many trucks of this size and never had that issue before. Recommend a manager hops in and take it for a test drive.

The person who rung me up Bryan Braddy was less than informative or helpful. When I asked how much a storage container was he just said “they behind you”. He also offered very little assistance when my card wS declined for some reason. I put another card in the machine and immediately got a text that my original card had been charged. He just gave me the phone number to credit card processing to have the charge removed. It was not until I returned the truck that I was told that is just a card that is kept on file. I had to remind the gentleman that I needed a furniture dolly when he pulled the truck around. All and all I won’t use uhaul again. I have used other companies and have gotten far superior service. It is competitive out there, I shop based on service level.

Terrible customer service from the beginning. I originally scheduled my pick up location a lot closer to my apartment but when I got their my reservation was moved to a different location with notifying me. I get there about 15 minutes before my reservation time and have to wait in line bc of a mishandling of vehicles by the employees. The lady behind the counter was ungodly rude to the customer in front of me as well me. Answered all the phone calls completely unprofessional, it even shocked her co workers how she was answering the phone, “can you hold”. So after adding more miles to my commute without notifying me, I had to rush to get everything moved and cost me more money since I was being charged per mile. Then upon returning the shop wanted to charge me a $25 clean up fee since the pads weren’t folded. Just ridiculous. I want a refund for having to spend more money than planned, and the terrible experience from the get go. This all be the last time I’ll ever use U-Haul and I’ll go to twitter as well to make it know
