Everything about my experience at this Uhaul facility has been great. Jordan and his team are very helpful and professional. I highly recommend this Uhaul location.

Daniel K.The guy hooking up the trailer to the truck was very frustrated. Kept cussing, I don't mind but some may. I actually called over another guy to help him. BUT when I dropped off the guy checked me in was friendly and helpful and I was not charged the $20 like last time when I could not get the app to work, the uhaul 1800 had a 1hr wait, and when I call later the uhaul store said they would call me back and did not, the uhaul 1800 said the store mgr would call me back and still no one called me back the app did not work and I never got my $20 back, so YES this was better, will I ever see my $20?????
Ron S.Please provide a means to tell the gas level. It is very difficult to guess if the level is correct when there is no clear marker. Perhaps you could use 1/2 tank as a marker so the customer can easily tell if more gas is needed. Everything else was well done.

The girl at check in was very rude, couldn't understand what she was saying took my keys and got in truck before I even understood anything she said. I corrected her attitude and she was argumentative and gave me not check in information. So I told the other lady inside what happen and explain she needs to be recommend it for being rude. Nonpayment was provided on mileage afterwards by her so not sure if charged correctly. Till I get my email.

Shawn R.Your new fuel policy where you get the truck with a random amount of gas is less than ideal. I checked out the truck with just over a quarter tank of gas, and returned with the same amount. You still charged me for 3 gallons of gas when you have no way of proving this inexact amount, and I have no way of ensuring it's exactly the same. Very poor customer experience in this regard.

David M.The pick up was due for 10am on June 18th. ( reservation was made 1 week in advance). They had no truck available for pick up . Asked me to come back at 1pm. The gas upon pick up was less than 1/4 tank. Total mileage used :56 miles. They charged me 12 gallons for the gas plus 30 fee , which is unacceptable and needs to be credited . Called them .. put them on 1-800 number on which there is a 1 hour wait . Ridiculous service . Unacceptable charges. Dr Alang 9726035584

Employee (blonde young female) that checked me in after the return was also very professional and courtesy. Great job!!! Need Improvement-I called and was asked to please hold immediately after someone (male) answered. I waited over 10 minute and he never came back on the line. Gave up holding.

MICHAEL G.While checking out the guy got on the radio 2 times to get my equipment in the trailer. I went out and finally someone waved me over to a trailer. Hooked it up and went to my apartment to meet hired labor to move me. The 3 dolly's (equipment) was not in the trailer.. I could not move without it... I was in a parking spot that if I moved I would loose it and the ability to park anywhere close to the building so i couldnt just go back and get the stuff... shouldnt of had to.. cancelled the movers and got on a 3 hour wait trying to get ahold of the location... messages were sent from the call center to call me, this started around 3... no call back by the time the closed at 7. I had to end up going back the next day... missing my move date.. get the stuff, and go back and move, which took 5 hours instead of an hour with NO HELP. Already had paid for help the prior day. The manager called but i was to busy to answer and trying to get moved. I should not have to pay for any equipment, and customers should be able to contact local offices if there are issues like this and not be left hanging.. if you cant provide the service you offer, dont offer it.. I relied on you to do your part, and paid hundreds... lost hundreds more not being able to use the hired labor to help me pack the trailer.... worst customer service interaction I have ever been involved with any company.

Still dealing with UHauls mixup on contract, even though noted on day UBoxes were delivered. Delivery of UBoxes was the worst experience possible - hoping for a chance to review terrible service by Cana VA. Facility now won't close order, with UBoxes returned after hours days ago. Can not recommend UHaul for this service to ANYONE. Beware.

So we waited around for 45 minutes while they called the central office to have it manually changed to a 2 day rental. We were told everything was taken care of. On the second day I was contacted by Uhaul concerning a late return of the vehicle. I explained that we had requested a 2 day rental and the lady informed me she would fix it for us and remove the late fee. On the second day we returned the Uhaul before the specified time and were still charged for a 3rd day. We disputed this charge and still have not heard back from Uhaul. This whole process has been ridiculous and we will not be using them the next time we move.

We reported it to the office and they said we could move our items to another unit or we could use a tool like a hammer or screw driver to bang the panel closed every time we wanted to enter. As we had JUST moved in, we told them we wanted them to fix the panel. We left a key to our lock and asked to be called when it was repaired. We never received as call. We went to the office and they had no idea what we were talking about AND our account had been closed. After explaining, they found our key, notes about the unit and had to reinstate the account. Again, we left asking them to repair the locking panel. After that was finally taken care of, the flood occurred in which we lost the only valuable items we had in storage. We decided to move out, only to show up and find a notice that the building was on lockdown until further notice...having been given NO prior notice via email or any other source before clearing our day to move out. Then, comically we were informed that the rents would be increasing. Getting in touch with anyone in the office by phone is impossible. The ONLY time we were able to communicate with anyone was if we emailed "Jordan" directly. Worst experience we've ever had with a storage facility.

But, yesterday, we had to move our belongings from the storage unit due to water damage resulting from a fire in a different unit. As we were removing items from the unit to check for damage, we noticed signs of bed bugs. We have NEVER had bed bugs, so I know they had to come from a different unit. There were other units that had bed bugs as well. Needless to say, we lost a lot of our belongings.
