The guy there (the one with the afro) talks really fast and doesn't seem to care about the person he is helping. He and a lady got into a loud argument about weather he punched in for work. This argument went on for a while. These people need customer service training. And also consider sending a mystery shopper to that location during the day time

Robert BlankenshipThis place lacks accountability and transparency. They failed to rectify the situation though they admitted fault. No one in customer care can explain how it stated availability on the site and when I checked in a unit was "available" in their system yet the unit was occupied. A voucher was given for the mileage inconvenience yet my card had already been charge the day prior (unauthorized and unbeknownst to me). They are crooks and this isn't the first fraudulent issue that I have dealt with at this location. You should do a deep examination of this locations financials and habits to keep them honest and accountable to all customers. I will no longer do business with U-Haul due to this issue and I pray you look at the amount of money I've spent t with the company to understand this lost not to mention the lost of family and friends I will be sharing my experience with.

All U-Haul locations should be aware of this and make sure that the opening at the back of the truck can be open and close prior to customer pick up. As it detained us for several hours.!

But after my order is complete, I realized there is no insurance covered for my order I am not sure where the money went. u-haul is so messed up and charges insurance for nothing. I really do not know where my money went for the insurance. I got charged for another two rental fees after my order was already completed, and the email also shown I will be charged again next month even tho my order was already completed. I was given the greenlight for my 7 AM reservation time I get to the store on my at my designated time and the store is closed. There is a note on the door stating that the store does not open until 9 AM which I was not told of which made me delay everything else that I had that day - fast forward to to 9 AM back in the store and the door is locked, we're waiting for about 10 minutes until someone came to open the door and was greeted with "sorry forgot to unlock the door" - Unprofessional let's just start right there. Then we get to the cashier and it is unprofessional from the get go, the general manager, was very standoffish and was very dismissive towards our needs and didn't seem too concerned with the fact that we had a 7 AM reservation. We then went out to get our truck and cannot find the truck there is no labels on these trucks whatsoever. we came back in to get assistance from the general manager and what do we find ?? the Manager going to the bathroom with the door wide open which was uncalled for, unprofessional and unnecessary and pretty traumatizing. So after we get our truck, we are told a very rudely that it was right there the whole time - very very condescending very rude was not having it. Then I am in the truck and the brakes are not working correctly when I hit the brake, it speeds up very very dangerous. Steering was wobbly, not good at all. Fast forward returning my truck - the lady at the desk was very rude essentially started the conversation off with what do you want in a very rude manner. It took way too long for the truck to get inspected. The entire time did not like this experience whatsoever U-Haul.
Marisa MeeksUpon arrival at this location, I followed the instructions on the app for returning he equipment. It stated for me to take a pic of where I parked the equipment. I proceeded to park in an open parking spot where other equipment was parked. A lady came over to me and, rudely, stated I parked it in the wrong spot...that I needed to leave it where I had it because she needed to clean it. She then got in the truck as I was taking a pic of where I parked it. Line I said...she was quite sassy and rude. I would NEVER recommend this location to anyone.

I was having some issues with accessing the building, so I had to keep bothering her (my words, not hers) and each time she explained in clear details what to do, and this was much appreciated because at this point I was going to leave and come back another day! The truck I was picking up had differing mileage and gas amounts from what was listed on the printed rental page, when I printed this out she wanted to make it right but her process was to have me explain this at drop off. In the future I think it would make more sense just to correct the document at the origin. Additionally the truck that I picked up had a gap between the driver's door and the frame which caused a lot of road noise. It also needed a top up on brake fluid.

I was told that the truck had 1/4 fuel in the tank. When did the policy change for the truck to have less fuel than a full tank??? Upon returning the truck same day, I left 3/8 fuel in the tank. How do I know when I filled it to be what I had when checking out.? Full tank requirement policy should be reinstated

Of now they're telling me I just have to pay and I don't think I should have to pay considering they lied saying they couldn't get in touch with me. When looking at the balance column, it shows dollar balances in parenthesis. In any other system, that would mean that there is a credit on your account, but not theirs. That was a bit inconvenient because I had to take the time to try and figure it out and then email my question to the location's GM, Erin. She got back to me VERY quickly and provided a detailed explanation. I was very happy with everything about this facility and its employees though.

It took 50 minutes for me to get the truck and storage unit. The staff needs to be thoroughly crossed train... The the unit door would not slide back to open, so I called an employee to help me to get the door open, and by the time he got back to the unit, I had managed to get it open and unload my car... So not good!
