Check Engine light on. Chip in windshield. Damaged back cargo door. Look like it had been in a collision. The van rode very well in spite of damage. Staff was excellent at check in and checkout. I always use this location. Never had any issues with storage unit or renting trucks. The equipment was clean.ROBERTA S.

The two young ladies working at this location should not be employed by any professional company. One of them literally spoke on speakerphone with their boyfriend as I waited for them to stumble through the rental distracted by multiple personal conversations. The best part was her informing me that it was parked in the very last row against the fence because she was â€œtoo lazyâ€ to move it. Those words literally came from her mouth. Amazing. I then waited on hold for over an hour combined to speak with someone at Uhaul regarding my experience to no avail. Thankfully, there are many other moving companies to use. I will pay more to not have to experience anything like this ever again.TAHLIA G.

The only issue I had was with the billing account system. The way it displays your payments/balance is not user-friendly. When looking at the balance column, it shows dollar balances in parenthesis. In any other system, that would mean that there is a credit on your account, but not theirs. That was a bit inconvenient because I had to take the time to try and figure it out and then email my question to the location's GM, Erin. She got back to me VERY quickly and provided a detailed explanation. I was very happy with everything about this facility and its employees though.Jennifer K. | Expérience générale

I don't know what happened but I thought I specified in my reservation I could drop off at another location. And I drove to that location and recieve contradicting misinformation I couldn't drop it off and had to go back across town..it wasnt alot more money..but wasted time purposes, mileage, gas, I would not recommend online reservations..or mobile pick up.. Im disabled so it's alot to come in. But next time I make sure I do.Great business and people..but maybe reservations nd mobile check could be better. It's simple but it's definitely frustrating. The passenger side mirror could not be adjusted far enough to be properly used; I considered this a major safety hazard but was able to work around it by leaning forward every time I needed to change lanes or back up. However, about halfway through our drive, it started to rain lightly. When I engaged the wipers, I could no longer see. The blades simply smeared all the rain and dirt across the window and I was at 70 mph on I-71 in the dark. Thankfully, I was able to safely get the vehicle to the side (however, the most I could do was 30mph until I could get to the side. I used a bottle of water to rinse down the windshield (there was no wiper fluid, either) and a towel I had to wipe it as clear as I could and had to proceed the rest of the way without using the blades. THIS VEHICLE SHOULD NOT BE RENTED AGAIN UNTIL THE WIPER BLADES ARE REPLACED. This created a VERY dangerous situation and I'm fortunate that I didn't kill someone or myself given the speed and visibility at which this happened. I still rated this location a 3 because this was the only way I was able to communicate this to UHaul and the check in process and person was definitely a 5.JOHN G.

The truck was all over the road. It needs an alignment ASAP!!! I was told by a man named Fred that the entire process time would be 7-10 minutes. It took 50 minutes for me to get the truck and storage unit. The staff needs to be thoroughly crossed train... The the unit door would not slide back to open, so I called an employee to help me to get the door open, and by the time he got back to the unit, I had managed to get it open and unload my car... I could not use the app or the website to return the truck. So that is one frustration I have. But I dropped off the key and paperwork and called the next day to make sure the truck was checked in. The woman working the desk when I came in to pick up the keys to the van refused to wear a mask in violation of local health orders even after I requested her compliance. The man stayed at another counter was also not wearing a mask. The lack of care shown for customers' health during a deadly pandemic is appalling and I will not return to this location.Thomas M.
Rental was a mess. Not due to the location. I made reservation for a 6' x 12' utility trailer for 29,95 $ on Fri. Site accepted the reservation for the equipment. UHaul called me on Sat morning to say 6 x 12 utility was not available there but that a 6 x 12 with ramp was. I told the rep that was OK BUT ONLY IF THE PRICE WAS THE SAME. When I checked in on Sunday, the rate was 34,95 $ and tax was applied even though I have tax exempt ID on my account. They said they don't even have a 6 x 12 utility at their location anymore. Location was too busy to fix rate or remove tax. I paid for it and have filed a charge dispute (2919333) with customer service via the 800#. What a HOT MESS!DANIEL S.
