You guys need to give a rental more than 30 miles for a four day rental. This is ridiculous. It cost me $171 for extra mileage if I run a truck or four days at me I must be going more than 30 miles so this is a terrible experience with this mileage?

HAROLD CBetter customer service the first day I went the system was down took two hours to receive service for a van I reserved online then I wanted to extend my service and was denied because I’m disabled that doesn’t mean I can’t dive when I went back to extend not only was there no record of my first reservation I feel I was over charged then because I’m disabled I sent my daughter to return and ex tend the service and she was denied because I wasn’t with her and I didn’t want to be inconvenienced by a long wait again and she still was there over and hour just to be denied services I will no long rent from u haul or refer anyone to this location there is no respect for the elderly nor other people time

Leroy MGet rid of the rude girl with the green hair. She swears at customers and does not try to help anyone. She made multiple people's experience rough from what I seen. Thank god for the assistant manager. She was very helpful with everything that the other girl told me couldn't be done.

Larry SThe facility kept locking me out my unit even when I didn't owe a balance. They said it was because I didn't have the specific lock they wanted me to have which WASNT AVAILABLE when I first rented my unit. I was told I'd be given one, I asked twice, I got nothing. The manager there was horrible! Her attitude and communication skills were very poor! I'm shocked she works in customer service let alone holding A Managerial position! The area was never "secure." I see why I was warned not to use that particular U-Haul Storage location .
arneisha m | Expérience généraleSteering wheel was 30 % out of the regulation for acceptable play. The vehicle was at 1/4 of a tank of gas and I return it at 1/2 of a tank and was not credited for the fuel I put in atthe premium price I would have been charged. OVERALL DISPLEASED!
Thomas KStop trying to have customers do the work of your employees! Hire after-hours security if you're concerned about theft and stop trying to gouge customers with unnecessary fees!
Joseph BI rented a 20ft truck only drove 11 miles. Went to the gas station put $10 in the tank to cover the 11 miles I drove, after I returned the truck U-Haul charged me $11 more for the return on the gas. 11 miles should not cost $20
RICHARD AThis was my first time ever using U-Haul as a company! I will never use them again! Rachel was nice but she didn't not check the mileage for my trucked and I was charger 64 miles when I only used 15 total
Dejenai DI always had a very pleasant experience except for this last time the assistant that helped me was very rude and disrespectful. I did not appreciate that and I told her that to her face so I will not recommend anyone at this time, but I'll try again just to see what will happen. Maybe she had a bad day.

Darryl MWell I would think if you had more people to answer the phone with less waiting time unless Time put on hold it would not be so frustrating. Once you do speak to someone the service is good. The equipment is good. It is just so aggravating to have to wait on the phone and then finally, only 10 % of the time you had been waiting during your weight the whole transaction was only 10 % but 90 % and waiting to be helped. Maybe if they hired more people to answer the phone or to do a transaction it will probably be better for someone to know how to work the computer and go online to do most of the work which I was explained to do so but everyone does not have a computer , or know how to register in that case other than that they were very polite. They were very helpful and I would recommend friends and family members to go to this location.
Dijon AChecking out took a little longer than expected but getting the trailer hooked up was smooth. Derek(I think that was his name) was awesome he hooked up the trailer quick and drop off/return with him was quick and efficient as well.

Tanya HThe customer service team was horrible never answer the call from the speaker buttons when help was needed, no one never showed me how to swipe my card so the alarm wouldn’t go off when I raised the door to my unit, there was never anyone to assist with what I needed, so again the customer service at that location sucks.
Kiela R | Expérience généraleThere was ashes in the ash tray and the cab smelled like food from the previous renter They also mark on my rental agreement that the truck was half full of gas when I noticed I turned back around and informed the guy crossed the desk that the truck was empty he said he will adjust it on the computer I will check if I was charged when I dropped off the equipment. I was really disappointed with the over all professional of this experience.

SAMUEL LThe transmission on the vehicle needs to be serviced. The truck acted as if it did not want to go in gear, was very jerky, and would sway to the right for no reason. The fact that you have downloaded my driver's license is not something I liked because too many computer systems are getting hacked and you have all my information to do something in my name. There should be a phone at your establishment to take pictures so you don't have access to the customer's cell phone.

Daniel CI remove my storage in November I kept getting mail saying our old storage then I got mail saying you were selling my storage even though I had removed everything out of my storage in November and turned in the key. Very poor bookkeeping on your part. Never call me again.

The truck smelled like bleach wich burned my nose and faded some of my clothes. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Dude putting the trailer on my truck was on his phone the whole time. Very unprofessional I'll never use this location again.

From not answering the phone during business hours to services that are stated to be provided somehow cannot be performed. Especially with such a reputable company like U-haul I would expect satisfactory at best. Some not all of the employees at this location will be the reason I will not be returning nor referring any business. Makes the company as a whole look bad in my opinion.
