I ordered a small U-Haul and was not told until the day I went to pick it up that it did not come with a ramp and they did not have any in the next size up that did come with a ramp. I should have been told when I ordered the U-Haul that the small one did not have a ramp. I was very disappointed

I used to do business here a lot. Now I will not return. Upon trying to return vehicle I had to deal with a very young and cocky employee outside who insulted my father and in return when I asked for his name, flipped his name tag up on its end. When I took my finger to flip it over to identify the employee he slapped my hand away. I was fighting mad at that point. One of the other employees was nice enough to return the truck since there was an issue with the validation code being sent to my father's phone number. Formal Complaint filed with U-Haul Corporate to investigate the problem. I will not return, and will not press charges but the employee needs removed from his duties

Great location, good customer service with most peri professional and friendly. Had one young lady who was not too friendly, must have been the Sunday shift. There is room for improvement because there is no unlimited miles, their miles based rate quickly surpasses the $19 or $39 price shown on the vehicles. One sales person said it is because they have the lowest rates, that is not true. Another sales person says that is how we make our money., that is true. They do not offer discount, mist other rentals do, military., federal, AARP., etc.. Overall great service and have used this location several times.

I ordered the truck Wednesday morning I asked the latest I could pick up the truck she said 10:45pm I was charged. We went to pick up the truck and in Grant it was closed. I had to go to Palm Bay I was there 4 house Plus the drive. I was freaking out no key after All that I got home at 4:30am. I had to pack the rest of my house Brent had to go back at 7am and still didn't get back till till 9am. I had to have truck there at 7. Because of your co I lost more than half of my belongings. The sheriff only gave me a little time to pack the truck and I had to call a moving co to help I was charged 400 by them. I shouldn't have to pay for miles because of your mistake I called that night crying the woman said I'm getting a 50 credit and no charge for keeping the truck because I was physically and mentally exhausted. I want to be compensated for what you cost me. I lost my house and my belongings all of my important paperwork and my life. Call me 7326000937. Cynthia lomonaco

My boxes kept being moved around. First I was told they were in Rockledge, then Melbourne, then just before they were to be delivered, they ended up an hour away in Palm Bay. The last box, however, wasn't with the other 6, and the movers had to go to a different location altogether to pick it up. It was a total mess. And I kept getting voicemail messages from Tony and Tyler about my boxes, but when I tried to call them back at the phone numbers they provided, I ended up in a phone tree on hold forever and being routed to people in other states who were clueless and did not know Tony nor Tyler, and had to start from the beginning to find out why they were calling me. This was something that could have been handled in 2 minutes if I could speak to Tony or Tyler directly. Way to waste my time!

I'm not sure if I would recommend. The milage was off by over 400 miles. Thankfully I did take a picture to prove that. I tried sending the pic to Uhaul site but it would not send The people at the Uhaul center were helpful it just took about 20 minutes to to rectify the issue. Which, when I'm hot, sweaty and sore, I didn't want to wait around for.

This is a huge actual uhaul location. Not a storage place that does rentals in the side like my pick up place, or tire shop like where I picked up my truck. I hate places that do uhaul on the side. This was professional. Clean. A real uhaul place. Stop using misc places. Made picking up my 3 things (truck, dolly, and trailer) from 3 different locations the biggest hassle.

This is a rip off!!! If you rent a pickup truck for 4 hours it's not $19,95 a day!!!! We just needed the truck to haul kayaks and it was $50! That is ridiculous!!

I have emailed twice about being charged 29,4 in fuel when we only drove 11 miles as confirmed by your employees. I have heard NOTHING back. At best, we might have used 2 gallons, if that. I doubt this review will have any effect, but it's one step in trying to be treated fairly.

Your system for vehical tow capacityis in correct and needs fixing. I tried to rent a car hauler and they would not rent it to me saying my 1997 Ford F 150 4x4 could not hansle towing a trailer with a car on it!!!

I first reserved a storage unit via the Uhaul website at BP Moving & Storage in Palm Bay, Florida. I received confirmation of my reservation via email - all good. I then called BP about a week in advance to ask if everything was set. The person replied that it was set - great! Then, as I'm moving from Minnesota and stopping late at night, I reviewed my emails and noticed my storage unit had been cancelled! WHAT ????#$(@* I am in route with a 20 foot Uhaul truck and my unit is now cancelled? I called the 1-800 UHAUL number and explained the situation. They told me I had rented from an "affiliate" location and there was nothing they could do about that cancellation (remember, I had reserved ON the UHAUL WEBSITE). So, now I"m really annoyed, but the nice customer service person found me another unit in Palm Bay at a different facility. Great. Then, as I'm moving in a day later, I get a call from BP Moving and Storage, all upset and angry that I am not showing up at their location! Now, I'm not very happy about this at all and told the gentleman that the problem is with the UHaul organization or whomever generated the email cancelling my unit! He was not very nice. I can understand why he is upset. Buyer beware - I'd recommend staying away from the affiliate locations because the communication is very poor. Go with a Uhaul corporate location if at all possible.

When dropping off the truck we waited 10 minutes before walking inside to be told we have to wait outside for the people to check us in. The men outside were laughing and joking around (they were working but taking their time) I don't care people having fun at work but at least they should have acknowledged us and let us know they would help us in a moment.

I rented a truck this weekend to do a move of one piece of furniture I rented the cheapest Box truck under $20 when I got my paperwork got in the truck it wasn't clean the gas mileage was marked half a tank which was close to empty I went back inside asked him to correct it on the paper they said to take a picture it will correct itself when I bring the truck back that night at 9 o'clock it was already closed I brought back checked in on my phone my bill ended up being $224 I was beyond Upset because they didn't correct the gas they charged me a $100 in gas thank God i disputed it because it did not come out of my bank account I was stressed all night I didn't know till I went back Sunday morning stood in line half an hour to find out it did change my account I told the your girl they need to do a better job at checking the paper work and stop over charging people clearly they marked it over I am not the only person this has happened to I guess they think every one has money to throw away on them my rant thank you take photos before you leave location 💯😡

Give the right gas information the gage said it was near half full and that wasn't the case it was below and when I returned the truck I had filled it above where it was when I got it and asked can I not be charged for the 3 bucks because the gas I put in the truck but I guess I got charged for it. Use to be you have to fill the tank all the way up before the next person gets in the truck but that wasn't the case. It's not the locations fault so that's why I didn't dock stars but it's a company thing.

I would recommend before after handing the key to the customer, to advise the customer where the vehicle Is located. It was not for me and I went on a hunt, wasting my time that is paid for and I needed to get to my destination. I had to go back inside to find out the location, it was near the hwy, not insite.. This was a large site I was at. I would not have known there were vehicles park there. Or maybe have someone bring the vehicle up when they are parked far off.

Administrative challenges was a little frustrating when we realized that we had been paying for "3 units" rather than 2. The 3rd unit was in someone else's name but some how we were charged. It was fixed quickly, so that was good.

They sold all of my things without my knowledge nor letting me try and get my belongings back. I have a family of 6 and all of my children belonging got sold off to other. Due to Covid I was on unemployment and they knew that because I communicated back and forth with them. My whole family has fought Covid 5 time and due to that I have been late on my storage.

Both the video provided to assist in moving in, and the contract emailed to me specified that a lock would be provided. Video stated to break the seal, open the door and the lock would be inside the unit. There was no lock, and I was told at the store that I would have to purchase their lock. I also had a hard time locating the unit. The layout is confusing, and it is quite a way from the entrance. It is unclear how and when to enter the access codes, especially on a Sunday when it was considered after hours. I finally figured it out. The unit was clean when I arrived, and after the initial frustrations all went well with the move in.

I reserved a 10x15 online 1 week prior to going in. Upon arrival I was told the unit I reserved was already sold and they did not have another one. I had to settle for a 10x10. After completing paper work I went to my new unit only to find it already had a lock on it and a notice saying it had been evicted due to non payment. I then went back and told the associate, who then had me walk back to the unit to confirm what I had told her. Upon arriving back at the check out area I was told they didn't have another unit and they could offer me a 10x8. I reluctantly accepted it because I needed a unit and wanted one at this location since it was convient for me. After going to the unit I realized I would not be able to fit all of my furniture in such a small unit. I notice another unit with a green tag that looked to be the size of a 10x10. So upon arriving back at the check out for a 3rd time I asked for a refund and acquired about the other unit I had seen. The women looked it up and found out that even though the last person had cleared all of thier things out uhal never actually took them off of the unit. That's why it wasn't showing as available. She called the previous customer to confirm they had closed out account and after talking to th gentleman told me they could offer me that unit. I had to settle for a smaller unit but was happy that I had one. After arriving home and a couple hours later I received a call from uhal. I was told that when they kept switching the units from a 10x10 to a 10x8 then again to a 10x10 they refunded me back to much money and needed me to return to the location to give them back the 31 dollars they had given me. I understand mistakes happen but after all I had been through to then ask me to drive back to the location was unprofessional. It was there mess up and they should have owned up to it and taken the loss. Especially after making me wait in line 4 times and having to basically tell them about a storage unit that was available. If it wasn't for the fact that the facility is well lit clean and convientet and the fact that I am also getting a truck from this location, I would have had no issue getting my money back and going to another storage company. Staff was friendly but my experience was unprofessional and disorganized. A big let down from a company I have used many times before.

Wasted a long time in line, their computer system didn't work, my card doesn't work. No carts, awful parking for unloading. Looks like the entire roof leaks , including over my unit, fans, electric cords running everywhere trying to dry damaged items. I used Uhaul because the one in Totowa, NJ is great. This is the complete opposite! Can't wait to get my stuff out of there.

For the most part the location was very clean but the first unit that I was given was not and it was full of dead roaches. Most of the staff was helpful but there was one who even though he did help us he would not put his phone down to do so. He walk around the whole time watching shows on his phone and even when we asked got help he still had his phone to his face while talking to us.

We used a uhaul box.we called 24 hours ahead to access box.when it arrived at destination, staff could not find it.so we tried a week later,still could not find it.so on the 3rd week staff finally found it.we accessed it a 2nd time,called 24 hour in advance, with a set time to access box.get there and box had to be found,it was not waiting for us,so why have us call ahead to set time.outside of that,I'm satisfied, hope you guys can make the box ordeal,better for someone else.

I had a couple of units and mostly everything was good the second unit I had was ok but had a bad water leak. Nothing seriously damaged I just reported it and moved stuff around that wasn't waterproof. I was offered another unit but it was to far away. Overall good experience but it got to pricey.

Andrew and his "crew family" were AWESOME!! They went above and beyond to service EVERY new renter whether truck or trailer or UBOX or storage unit!! They are all great problem solvers and their professional manners and knowledge of their jobs is MOST IMPRESSIVE! They ALWAYS wear a SMILE with their uniform and take great PRIDE in their work!! What a FANTASTIC experience I am having with this team!! The friendliness even trickles down to the cleaning personnel and Security folks and the mechanics and truck rental folks on the lot! I am so THANKFUL that I can do business with such a FINE company!! What an awesome experience!! I feel confident that my possessions being stored at this location will be well taken care of! The alarm would continuously go off whenever we entered the unit. When we requested help, we were told it was normal. We know this is not the case and we were given the impression the employees simply didn't want to help. Whenever we attempted to speak to an employee, the average wait time ranged from 45 mins to over an hour. There was no sense of customer service or support from this team.

The facility is clean, staff is friendly, but we had issues from the beginning. We reserved climate controlled storage rooms, when we arrived there were none to be had. So we ended up having to get regular storage lockers. After about 7 months of storage it was time to move into our home. We found that there was a small leak in one of our units that allowed small amounts of water in. But it was enough to rust our refrigerator, mold our newer couches, mold our large(expensive) Turkish rugs, and also cause damage to our cherrywood dresser(also not cheap), and also molded our dining room chairs (total of 6 that will need reupholstered or replaced). We haven't gotten into the rest of the boxes yet, but expect to find more damage. My suggestion would be get insurance and photos prior to moving your stuff in and after…
