First time trying the mobile pick up, the map with the van location is not accurate where they actually have park the vans(which are upfront) and not where the Google maps display uhaul app says, second the keys box are really far from the vans and you have to walk back and forth but for a 24/7 services someone walking at 2am that distance is not the best. I'm glad was in store hours(an employee helped me) because if not I would have not figured it out that fast especially if picking up at nightSantiago S.

Everything was done via online through my phone which is android and not as easy to use for these type of activities. I can't scan and had difficulty uploading photos. I didn't get an email confirmation of my truck return and spent almost an hour on hold to talk to someone to confirm the return was processed. Also used online chat and had to wait over 20 minutes for that because the system knocked me out.Mitzi C.
The app didn't work so I had to wait over 40 minutes in line (and I was 3rd) just to pick up my truck and there was only one person working the returns which wasted another 30 minutes. I will never rent from this location again.Karen H.

While the staff was great and pleasant to work with, they were understaffed. Long wait times to speak with anyone. The owner Howard seemed to be the gate keeper of knowledge to help customers and was constantly interrupted to help other staff members with customers. We had a HORRIBLE experience with Movinghelp.com, which is the reason we rented a truck. We were stood up by two separate moving companies, after paying over $600 + the cost of the truck rental! Howard was nice enough to approve a refund for the truck, but we have no print out or proof of this gesture. We're only hoping that we'll receive a full refund by the end of the week.Tabitha F.
The wait time was over an hour. I dealt with a guy by the name of Jeremy. He was not very help ful with explaining, why the reservation I placed online was an $50 difference. He was very rude about my questioning the price. Told me it is what it is. Would NEVER GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION. DROP OFF location rep wasn't much help either. He couldn't explain or tell me why the price was so different from the quoted price online. Overall horrible experience for myself and family. Not to mention also got the truck on E!DANYELLE T.

I was not happy about them charging me for three ball to connect the trailer only because they said the truck I reserved wasn't there yet. They gave be a truck n trailer but charged me extra 7 dollars. Not happy with that at all. I shouldn't hv been charged at all for the ball also I had gas ice what I started with and no credit was posted that's wrong as wellKATHY J.

Manager was friendly. 1 person working at pick up. Took over an hour. Manager told me that if the drop off area was full, to use open areas and use online drop off system. I did and no problem. And then enter the jerk telling me I have to move the trailer after I had unhitched it and gone through the online checkout. The guy cussed at me and persisted to argue. I've never been more pissed off. If I was this guys manager, he would have been fired in 1 second. Horrible drop off experience .Matthew J.
Very unorganized, need more employees, and I waited for 90 minutes to get my rental and was not clean or sanitized.Terry M.
Upon arriving and having a storage unit reserved it was not available. Had to wait in line for over an hour to be told there was not a unit available. The girl at the front desk was on the phone with another co worker discussing there uber eats order. 3 windows available to help assist costumers and only one person was actually using a window to help. People were walking out before getting help. Also witnessed that a costumer was given a key to SOMEONE else's storage unit he went back to the desk and told them that it was a key to SOMEONE else's unit!!! Noone even acknowledged us while we waited in line for over an hour but young girls with u-haul outfits on were just walking in and out of the lobby while 6 people stood in line. Over all probably the worst costumer service I have EVER received. Will not ever go back to that location & would never recommend the babcock location. Upon dropping off equipment manager said to review recipet and some sort of compensation would be given. Had to go to another storage company and pay an additional 200+ for a unit. Spending almost 2600$ with u-haul & completely dissatisfied.Tianna J.
