The manager and an employee were extremely rude and condescending. I asked a simple question and received nothing helpful in return. Was very unhappy with my experience returning the trailer.

Staff and facilities were great but they forgot my dolly and the truck smelled of weed so I had to wait over night to load and do my move in less time then I wanted. Meaning my body didn’t get rest.

After all of the hassle created by the regional office of U-Haul we ended up paying an extra $4 for being over out mileage. If considering another move we would not recommend or use U-Haul after this anxious experience. I am a school teacher and only have so much time and money to be able to expense and travel when possible. The regional office was less than cooperative. And the Oakland staff told us that the Regional Office had told them not to rent us the 26 ft Truck because Regional wanted them to use it locally. Not very customer oriented.

I had an awesome experience with the Colorado Uhaul folks and with the delivery person from Redding but he Redding folks were rude and you could never get through to them by phone . I had to finally go into their location and then it took me 30 minutes to get someone to talk to to deliver my boxes.

The location was fine, but the truck was not. The truck was dirty inside and out, and there was old dry blood in the cab on the drivers door handle and the external lock. Also the brakes had a really bad grinding sound when used. This information was relayed to the representative upon return.

Frazzled at the end of the day, I left my iPhone on the dash of the rental and when I realized it they were already closed. Their representative on the phone quickly sent emails to everyone at my store and I was grateful the next morning to be handed it back. Grateful not surprised. Never doubted its return, just relieved to have everything I needed back sense my life is in it. Thanks to collective teamwork. Joy is not something I feel I have lately yet that's teperfect word.

The people who were on staff when I showed up to get the trailer I had reserved were extremely rude. I was told to never rent at trailer for a 6:45pm pick up again and that their boss was very angry someone would pick 6:45 as a pickup time. I was told they would rent to me this time but if I tried to rent that late again, that upon arrival to rent the trailer my request would be denied. I have rented many u-haul trailers over the years and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I will not be returning to this location and will encourage others to avoid it as well.

The only problem I had was having to reset the computer every time I got in because of the spare tire being on the truck. But I understand what happened.

The staff is fantastic at this location, however there are not enough staff to handle the number of customers. I waited 30 minutes to buy supplies and at least that long to drop off a trailer. Please hire more people until this pandemic insanity subsides!

Uhaul is the worst company I have ever dealt with. When they make a reservation, they need to stick with it. Simple as that. Moving is one of the most stressful times of your life. It gets compounded when uhaul doesn't honor your reservation.

My order was a mess!! I booked a 15' truck with auto transport at least 2 weeks before my move date for around $1,200+. Apparently the day before my move, my auto transport was changed to a dolly by a Uhaul employee's discretion. I was not advised or notified!! I show up for my truck and trailer and I was told I need to wait another day and show up at noon. I wait a day and showed up at noon just to be told that there is no trailer, it has been extended. The guy at the counter called traffic, and told me to go to Red Bluff where there is a trailer. All I need to do is show up and hook it up to the truck. FALSE. I show up, and they have no clue what to do. They call traffic, and traffic tells them "no" I can't take their trailer because it is an "in-town" trailer. Then the guy tells me I can go pick up a trailer in Eureka, CA (3.5 hour away). Finally the manager gets involved and I take off with the in-town trailer because I have no choice. So I took off a day and a half late, plus I had 3 people helping me who were missing out on their work. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to not use UHaul!!! I booked this well enough in advance to not worry about issues and the whole entire process was troublesome. Never again will I use UHaul. I will pay more for other companies to avoid this mess again.

They didn't have my rental when I put it on hold when I showed up and I asked them to call me when it came in and then when I called to check 2 days later they told me it was delivered the day before and no one called me..... because of this I missed a day of work and it doesn't seem to matter to anyone. I felt like they could care less about anything I said or asked and I used it for less than 24 hour and had no choice but to pay for a full two days

Inside the cab had trash. Parking sticker from a previous renter.. Truck interior gauge cluster was dirty and hard to see at night. Exterior windshield so dirty/slimey the glare from on coming headlights made it nearly impossible to see at night.. Headlights very dim. A sticker covered the speedometer and could not tell how fast we were going.
