The staffing situation at this location was very frustrating. There was only 1 employee for the entire operation of checking in and getting our cargo carrier. We waited 1 hour and 15 minutes in line and put our entire day off of schedule. We felt so bad for the one guys who was handing so much, and then luckily a second employee showed up as we were leaving but the line was around 15 people long. Very frustrating and it wasn't the one guys fault, he just was not set up to succeed by his manager.Thomas C.

The truck I rented had serious mechanical problems. The steering was too loose, making the truck difficult to handle. At first I thought it was just the automatic steering and I needed time to adjust to it but that was not the case. The engine was weak and the linkage/carburetor/fuel injectors were sticky and made maintaining a consistent speed impossible. The headlamps were not adjusted evenly, the right side lamp was brighter than the left side and they were positioned differently. The dashboard and screen visors were brittle and broke when I used them. The facility itself was understaffed and there were several customers waiting to be helped. The staff, for the most part, ignored the people waiting to be helped and one worker actually turned his back and walked away from a customer who ended up shouting to him for help. That employee disappeared into a back room without ever acknowledging that there was a customer in need. I will never go back to U-Haul and will actively dissuade anyone I know from using U-Haul. There are other more viable options..ROBERT H.

Windows seemed to have been washed with dirty water, windshield wipers are non existent they need replacing. Have more than one employee doing all of the stuff and a line getting longer not fair to customer and not fair to employee who has to listen to all the bitchin'Mark T.

I ran into an issue here and I could be right, I could be wrong, but it's over now. I rented an 8' pick up. This thing was a very much newer model Silverado. However the front end was totally mangled and the passenger piece of quarter panel was getting ready to drop off. I returned the truck later the same day with no hitch. I went to my car to put my stuff in to later leave, and returned with the guy doing the walk around, only to find that there was a sizeable gouge in the side of the bed. This was automatically pinned on me, but I only had the truck 2 hours tops and would've remembered what might have caused this, and if it were me, I would have heard it. They took me for another $150 despite having the damage fee waiver, which sounded a lot to me like it would've waived any minor damage. I wasn't told there was a $150 deductible when I agreed to rent the vehicle and paying the extra $10 for what should have been peace of mind. I'll be avoiding this location from now on. $220 I didn't have for something I had no clue about, and am almost certain wasn't my doing, because the truck was in less than acceptable condition on the outside when I picked it up.Jeremy L.
