All U-Haul employees I encountered were terrific. Best of all by far is Ciera, who in advance on the phone reserved the truck I needed, finalized my rental order when I arrived to that facility, and assisted me with advice on how and when to reserve trucks and trailers for my move from Tennessee to Texas in mid-August 2021. She is a wonderful person and U-Haul is very fortunate to have her helping your company.DONALD R.

I was pretty annoyed that I asked to be able to drop off to the closest location to my zip and they assigned this location to me which was an extra 20 min drive. Kind of a pain in the ass after driving packing up, driving 11 hours, unloading and having to pack the toddler in the car to drive an extra 20 minutes. Not the locations fault, just the fault of uhaul, but now I know for next time which I hope will never come.NATHAN R.
The representative should do what he is supposed to do. The unit assigned to me during the initial rental was not at the pickup location when we arrived. We were given another unit and told by Rodney Pruitt the he would update the system. We returned the unit the next day as we were supposed to, to the pick up location. 2 days later, 1 000 $was deducted from my bank account for not returning the equipment. I am jumping through hoops right now, trying to get this mess worked out. Totally unprofessional. I will never use Uhaul again.Jennifer N.

Just a quick note about my u haul rental Saturday. This experience with u haul was terrible. There is no point in making a reservation. I made a 3:00 reservation and left with the truck at 3:45 on Saturday. First off the guy at the counter was talking with a buddy of his standing next to the counter the entire time he was looking for my reservation. Next he finally decided which truck he was going to give me. While I was doing the online check in. I asked him for the keys which he forgot. I had to go back into the store to remind him of I was waiting for the keys. there was a lot of damage to this truck. He decided to change which truck he was going to give me. After he changed the truck. I was doing the online check in again, and marking off all the damage that didn't have the little â€œxâ€s on it. the mileage was different on this truck so I had to go back into to store again. He was gone so I had to have someone else fix the paperwork again. Once that was done and I went out to start the truck no one informed me this truck would not start with the air conditioner in the on position. I had people waiting on me, 45 minutes later I'm finally heading down the road. How can u haul make up this extremely bad experience to me. If something isn't done, I don't think I'll ever rent from u U-Haul again! yesterday's experience was extremely aggravating. And to pay 200 $I'll find somewhere else next time we move! I was redirected to this location from 1816 8th Ave S, Nashville, TN 37203. That location was full and the service was hopeless. I waited for 20 minutes and got out of my car to find the return specialist, Memphis, was on his phone playing games instead of coming to the drop-off zone to tell me they were full. the redirection was 25 minutes away.Paul W.

The Manager Marvin Perry Jr was was amazing with his customer service, he took pride in his work, new his job perfectly and answered all of my questions with great patience and a smile. Make sure all aspects of the truck are in working order. Especially the air conditioner in very high summer heat. Very disappointing and miserable 750 mile trip to TXCHERYL C.
The facility was great once found, I think it's was the best I've ever used. It's more in the Rivergate area. The address numbers along Gallatin Road are not consistent, one could end up at a graveyard on the opposite end of Gallatin Rd. from this location. Instead of indicating Madison, indicating the â€œRivergateâ€ area would be more helpful.Henrietta H.

When first calling location, apparently the call was forwarded. Took over 10 minutes on hold to speak to someone. When arriving at location,no one around and was wide open. We were there first and while trying to find someone, others came in and also waiting with no one around. Could see someone on camera monitors in the back that looked like they were riding around on something in the back area of building. After over 10 minutes I found the managers cell number on a sticker at the door. When calling it, he and another male arrived at front from somewhere. 10 minutes may not seem long but when you're in an open business, no one is around and you're on a schedule with other people waiting for me to pick up a truck and be there, it is. Also I called the Goodlettsville TN location before this one, because it was actually a lot closer. Never could get anyone to answer the phone, kept going to voicemail.KENNETH H.
One tire on trailer was at 6psi. I didn't notice until I was down the road a mile and saw it in my passenger side mirror. I have a portable tire pump and filled it properly. Staff was great. New facility so they're still getting it togetherROBERT T.

This location is fantastic! This is by far the easiest, friendliest, and best experience I've ever had at a U-Haul, or with any rental for that matter. All of the employees are fantastic, kind, and you can tell that they genuinely care. The general manager Marvin is there most of the time, which is wonderful! He is so helpful. They go above and beyond to make it a wonderful experience every time. Anytime I need storage or rentals, I'm coming here!Teisha J.

Overall experience was very good, especially the Nashville U-Box storage and delivery. My biggest issue was the movers provided by U-Haul in Los Angeles were terrible, and many of my items were damaged as a result. They were sloppy and did not pack the containers with care.Michelle M.

The management of this location is the worst. I was never given an itemized bill and the mileage rate went up more than what I originally had planned for. It is impossible to get a hold of this location by phone as it always ended up going to main switchboard. Communication is the worst and the attitude of the employees is absolutely embarrassing.RICHARD H.

I returned the truck 30 minutes before the 3 day limit upon which my original quote was based. The person at the return facility I spoke with and gave the keys to looked at my paper contract which I showed him, confirmed my email, asked if the fuel was at the same level at which it was when I got the truck, and he said "great, you're all set, you'll get a receipt via email." Very easy return and good experience - until I received the email. I was charged for an extra day and insurance, the return time showed 1,5 hours later than I returned the truck. Really poor customer experience, if the facility doesn't have the capacity to process returns when they happen they should make note of the actual time and not charge customers for a delay in when they enter the return. I can validate my return time via GPS of phone and the person who picked me up.Michael E.

It took several minutes to get everything completed, but well within expectations. Total time more that 2,5 hours on the side of a 2 lane highway (31E). Glad I had water and gas so I wouldnt overheat.David M.

If you do an online check in and the store is busy You should not have to wait in line for45 to 50 minutes to get keys that are just sitting on a hook. But nobody is able to wait on you because they are running around like wild men. And communication is lost when there is no system in the store.Shaletha M.

I had ordered a uhaul ubox container to be delivered to Madison, TN, when I got to the facility it was under construction with no clear sign as to where the office was, when I did call the office, they were not helpful at all on where to find it so I never was able to. I told the person at the front office on the phone that I needed to get access to my box so I could unpack it, they said to go to the back and someone would be there to help me. I w Had to walk all around the yard trying to find someone to help my find my box let alone make it accessible and I could barely find someone to help me, finally it wasn't until I walked all the way into the warehouse that I found someone and he had no idea what I was talking about. Finally I got access to my box, I managed to clear it our that day, I left the box completely open, unlocked and available for the next person to use it, then I kept getting threatening phone calls and emails from that uhaul store saying that I needed to either pay for the storage fee that I 1 did not agree to and 2 didn't need anyways since I cleared my shit out same day, and if I didn't pay for the storage fee, they were going to sell the contents of my box and use it to pay the difference. I will never use uhaul again, the unorganization and chaos of this whole ordeal is bullshit and could have been avoided if someone where to have actually came out and talked with me rather than giving some half ass direction. There were no signs on the doors or anything. Also if someone were to actually have gone to my box they would have seen that I didn't need storage at all in the first place. It is impossible to reach people at the actual locations via phone. All phone numbers go through a central answering location and wait times were terrible. Also, your website does not allow for modifications to orders after they have been placed. Spent way too much time on the phone on hold. Would rate your customer service as a 1 out of 10.Lindsey F.

Have a vehicle available at the location I reserved and at the time I reserved. Paid for but did not receive furniture pads. Couldn't return to the location later cause it was across town.
