There were no signs or indicators as to where to park the trailer. When I called the help line they were unable to help me figure out where to go, they would not let me switch locations without a massive fee and they warned me I would get a fee if I dropped it off in the wrong location even though they were unable to tell me where to drop the trailer.

It wasn't the site as much as it was a bad experience overall. I did the online check in which went fine it was everything after that that went south. Upon return, the mileage wouldn't enter correctly it kept trying to say we drove it 548 miles when we actually went 30 so the online check in tried charging me over $600. I called the 1-800 number and followed their instruction and just left the keys. Tuesday I was charged over $90 extra for fuel. They said it was full when I left when in actuality it only had a 1/4 of a tank. I returned the truck with a 1/4 of a tank. I called the 1-800 number again and after a few minutes received a call back from the locations manager stating I would be refunded the overcharged $90. I have yet to receive the refund but, hopefully it will be in my account soon...

Staff was friendly and helpful. The van we rented was in excellent condition and did the job we asked of it. Overall, our rental from this U-Haul location was a very good experience.

My online registration had been canceled without notification, causing me to be delayed and necessitating travel to a different rental location. The registration process was long and redundant with the thick layers of precautions vehicle renters have to take these days; picture of passport and multiple personal references. Better communication of these requirements before starting the pick up process would have been less frustrating. The estimated price was not congruent with the final charges due to a unmentioned rental tax, payment surprises are not appreciated. Overall the pricing seemed excessive compared to the duration and services provided. I will reluctantly use this racketeering service again due to the monopolizing hold it has in this market.

This was one of the most frustrating experiences I have had in quite a while. I arrived around 7:35 to pick up a van (scheduled for 7:30). I had trouble with the online check in (signal was weak). I attempted an online chat, but was not able to keep communication. After 2 attempts to call customer service, I reached an extremely helpful employee (Amanda, I think) who gave me the box code. I opened it and there was no key. She had me to open the other boxes to no avail. In the meantime, an employee drove past me at 8:30, and back past me shortly afterwards. I instructed Amanda that he was there but had offered no help. She instructed me to ask him for help, and I did. He said "we don't open until 9:00". I was aware of that and told him that I had been trying to pick up the truck for an hour. He opened up the store, entered and locked the door behind him. Amanda instructed me to knock on the door but he had gone to the back. Another employee had arrived by this time and kindly asked my name and handed me a key. I had planned to overlook the poor customer service, but when I returned the van, he was the one who checked me out. I explained to him my frustration from this morning. He said it was my fault because I didn't give him a key number and that I was on the phone. I explained that I was talking to customer service trying to pick up the van. He showed no remorse for his actions or my inconvenience, so I am posting this review based on the actions of Robert.

The only phone# was not working. Got unwarranted extra charges. Was on phone with Uhaul Corporation for 30 minutes to straighten the extra charges out. Robert Cox avoided the questions asked to him by the customer service rep. Said he was a new location so he didnâ€™t have a land line but did not address why his only contact number was not a working #. The CS rep called it as well since it was the only # listed. She contacted him thru a message service but he wouldnâ€™t respond to the concerns of extra charges. I would not recommend this location.

Honor your confirmation when scheduling a truck. Do not double book customers. Its a major inconvenience to Customers, thinking they have a confirmed reservation, only to find out that the truck is not available, due to a double booking of the same truck. BAD BUSINESS!!! My experience with Uhaul was HORRIBLE!! HORIBLE! HORIBLE! Also, our drop off location was closed when we went to drop off the truck.

Picked up the unit and it had no gas. It ran out of gas pulling in gas station .5 miles up the road. I returned the truck with about an 1/8th of a tank and was charged.

Make sure your new uhaul locations have working phone numbers before they open to the public. The Madison tn. location's phone number listed on the web page was not in service when I tried to confirm my truck reservation

The location was closed when we arrived. We dropped the trailer off on the 19th instead of the 22nd. It was during their normal business hours and the place was locked up and nobody was there to help us out. So I returned the trailer using the app on my phone.

I believe the service was great I believe the fact that no one was in there made it best for me to get a vehicle and it was fast the only complaint I have is I kept the truck for 8 hours and only use 6.2 miles and I was still charged $74 I believe that's a bit excessive

Although it wasn't the fault the location, I had to wait over an hour for my reservation due to the fact that someone vandalized the truck I was to receive. Furthermore, I had to drive 30 miles and back to get a tow dolly, which caused me to incur additional mileage charges. And lastly, there was a problem with the tow dolly tire straps as they removed themselves a 3 times during the 250 mile trip, even though they were fastened correctly and I have used a dolly multiple times in the past. Luckily my car did not come off of the dolly during transport.
