It is impossible to reach people at the actual locations via phone. All phone numbers go through a central answering location and wait times were terrible. Also, your website does not allow for modifications to orders after they have been placed. Spent way too much time on the phone on hold. Would rate your customer service as a 1 out of 10.Lindsey F.

Have a vehicle available at the location I reserved and at the time I reserved. Paid for but did not receive furniture pads. Couldn't return to the location later cause it was across town. We picked up an auto transport at Car Source on Dickerson pike. The guy that checked us in was 45 minutes late. And he was on his phone the whole time he was checking us in. Would not recommend this place. Did not even inspect anything or provide any instructions.BRAD W.

Your Saturday morning staff for May 1st was phenomenal. I didn't catch their names but you had one woman, two young men, and I believe an older man cleaning trucks. They were in there with big positive energy getting a lot of customers turned out first thing Saturday morning. They had control of situations where something hadn't worked out for people. They were on the ball trying to find alternative options. The whole time smiling and joking and keeping everybodys vibe up. I wish more places I had workers as good as these.RACHEL M.

Barbara and Lexie were incredibly helpful movers of the boxes but apart from that, the staff I spoke with on the phone was incredibly unhelpful. I did not receive call-ahead calls on the days of the move and was not called the days before my move to schedule my delivery window of the boxes. The staff at Madison were very unhelpful - at one point one of them transferred me to the national customer service queue without any warning or notification that I was redirected. I did not receive a consistent quote for my order and was overcharged by over 100 $for the services I requested. Only after four calls was I able to get a refund. The U-Boxes themselves were really useful and our belongings were delivered safely which I'm very grateful for. Overall the steps taken need to be streamlined more efficiently for better customer service.Bonnie W.

This overall was the nicest and biggest Uhaul I have ever been to. The Manager was Courteous and Respectful. I would highly Reccomend this location on 1515 Gallatin Pike. Best I've seen around in a while.SUSANN B.

I could not get a hold of anyone to return the truck. The website wouldn't work to tell me which location to drop off at and so I was charged 60 $extra just because I couldn't get in touch with anyone. This location is not customer friendly, could barely find the entrance abd when I did I couldn't find anyone that worked there for at least 25 minutes even though some of the uhaul trucks were left running.Kim C.

When I arrived< i had to search for about 15 minutes to find the Office. I know this is a new location, but UHaul, please make it easy for your customers: Place a large sign on the front of the building with an arrow(s) printing to the Office where you check in and check out. Then place a sign over the Office door (currently unmarked on the south side of the building) saying: OFFICE.WILLIAM D.

Uhaul changed the pick up location for my rental at the last minute to this store. Which was 7 additional miles from my destination. There was no compensation for the change, even though we are charged per mile. This location is also still being renovated so we could not find the entrance initially.
