Jason, Brandon and the whole he-haw gang were awesome! I was buying gas next door and got stuck on the ice. They were all willing to come next door and help me get the truck unstuck and moving again. Veronica and Mya were really sweet and they offered to drive truck next door after the ice thaws. The folks at this location are always willing to go over and beyond to help the customer.

Wore no masks during national pandemic. Did not help me put appliance dolly in cargo trailer. Did not show me how to open the back door of the cargo trailer. The particular cargo trailer I rented appeared to be the oldest on the lot.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and got me in out and on my way in minutes. Definitely will use this location again

Check equipment good upon pickup. Running lights were not functioning and right rear tire was low, and worn bad on outside.

Provide exemplary customer service; if a customer has an issue, attempt to resolve it. Don't tell a customer they should have taken a picture when the problem was address with the sales associate before pulling off the lot.

I didn't receive the rest of my money

It would have been easier if the truck was out and ready for pick up at the pick up time. We had to go in and it took longer than we expected.

The brake line had a small hole in it and the installation at the fitting was chaffing. I did not notice it until I had the trailer loaded. This was second trailer I personally rented from that location in three weeks. No issue with first one. Last thing anyone needs or want is the equipment to break down due to lack of inspection or maintenance.

I never got to use the equipment. The car did not fit as I was told it would. When I mentioned that it didn't work, the representative said “oh okay” and did not seem to care that I was advised incorrectly.

They explained to me that the Little Rock location ripped me off.

The U-Haul employees were top notch and easy to deal with!

Third time in a row I had a vehicle that needed to have the right turn signal replaced. I was pulled over and gave a warning by the police for failure to signal.

Was satisfied with uhaul.. June the delivery driver is top notch... Drop off and pick was fast ... She was very attentive and careful of off loading n pick up...

My Ray was always nice! Thanks for keeping my items safe while I needed you all the most! Happy New Year and God bless!!!

The vehicles brakes were very squeaky!

Fix y'all gas tank

YOUNG LADY THAT HELPED DID NOT WEAR A MASK AT ALL.

I'm not a fan of the fact that if I don't fill the tank back up I am charged an over rated fee, but if I bring it back with 1/4 of a tank more, I am told I helped the customer behind me out. I don't see how that would be because I am sure when they rent the truck they will have to bring it back with the same amount of fuel that I dropped off with. Meaning, when I received the truck it have a little less than 1/4 tank of gas, when I returned it it had a tad over 1/2 a tank. When the next person rents it they will be told to return it with 1/2 a tank. Sounds to me that the company gets the bonus. I am sure the is across all Uhaul companies not just location. I only rent from this location. I just feel that Uhaul should be able and willing to discount the mileage rate if you bring the truck back with more gas in it. Have a blessed day! The rude staff member Brooke. She should not be in your front line service area. She was extremely unprofessional. I shared my concerns with your customer service phone line and was told a representative would follow up with me with 72 hours. No one ever contacted me.

The guy helped me out within a minute of arriving even though they were very busy, took care of everything right at my car, I never even had to go in. HE was polite and let me know what he was doing all the time.Less than 5 min total. Very nice not to sit around waiting.

We informed them one of the tires was low, they immediately checked it, added some air and then wiped the entire cab of the truck down. I know these crazy times make for crazy rules but they handled it wonderfully.

The truck I rented had a door that was hard to close and it smelled of cigarettes and marijuana.

It seemed to be really busy. The wait time wasnt extremely long but, if another person were added it would alleviate any lax in service! Also the credit card machines weren't working efficiently!

It was a Saturday and they had been really busy. They had 30 trucks to start the day and they were down to two trucks by the time I arrived with my truck at 11:30 am. They seemed appreciative to get the truck back in stock. Overall a great rental experience with U-Haul.

Staff was very helpful and understanding of my needs

They man who checked me in was super friendly and had really great customer service. He definitely needs a raise, I didn't catch his name but he looked like the only guy working on 10/28/2020 as of 6:00pm when I returned the car.

The young girl attending the counter was extremely interested in her quiz and her phone and everything else but the 26-ft moving van and trailer. Moving is very stressful time and having an inattentive flighty counter rep adds just that little bit more.

Truck was out of gas when I picked it up and the check engine light was on as well. Drove horribly and needed maintenance.

I wasn't certain exactly what size unit I needed and ended up having to change. Brooke and another young lady (didn't get her name) were both super helpful and made it very easy to make the changes I needed to make.

The staff was wonderful but, I saw roaches in the storages!

I would use them again if I needed too.

The people working there were very helpful: both pleasant and patient. If I ever need a storage facility again, won't go anywhere else.

Brooke was really nice and helpful. Ray is always fantastic and has a great attitude. Simply because of how this store runs no matter if have to move or store equipment they are my got to place for when we are around Little Rock.

You guys were great, especially with this covid pandemic, you worked with me on my storage payment, greatly appreciate all you have done for me.

Awesome customer service

I’ve used this location several times in the past for a variety of equipment and so when I needed a small storage unit they were the natural choice. I strongly recommend Uhaul of Sherwood.

I was very pleased with the ease of access and the cleanliness of the building. If I need to use a storage building again I will use this location

Brooke Rankin goes out of her way to help customers.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Owner was very helpful. I received EXCELLENT Service & would definitely recommend the Sherwood AR Location. Thank you for Ray for making a difference

Our unit was climate controlled and it was always nice and clean in there but we finally got our shed at our house fixed up so now we can use it but I would highly recommend yall to everyone

The Manager of this Sherwood location showed outstanding customer service in dealing with customers. He understands the objective of people and reached out to go far and beyond his duties to assist.

Great experience. Appreciate the carts available for moving things in and out. Really liked the climte control in this summer heat and humidity. Office staff was pleasant and helpful.

This uhaul place was very nice and easy to deal with and helpful. Mr. Ray the manager was understanding and willing to help. I use this location for all my storage and moving needs.
