I Waited In the lobby 15 minutes before anyone appeared and after I had walked around the location trying to find a worker. The truck was very unstable and felt unsafe to drive. Also filled gas up to the mark of where it was when I had received the truck only for them to try and charge my card for two different amounts after return.

There was no one there. The place was closed and the answering service could not contact the owner when I tried to call. The time was 4PM on a Saturday afternoon.

I would love to give 5 stars for the fact that the owner was extremely helpful, understanding, patient, & just overall a very nice man. I got the wrong size, & was upgraded for free. I did end up paying for a dolly I didnâ€™t need to rent, bc one already comes in the trailer, but that was no biggie. Our BIG problem was the guy that hooked our trailer up for us (the 2nd trailer, not the 1st trailer) FORGOT to put the pin in the hitch so of course we did not have a very good experience. This caused us to almost wreck! We didnâ€™t get but a few miles down the road, & we hear a loud sound followed by the trailer swinging back n forth & hitting our brand new truck. Needless to say we were on side of the road for hour n half before uhaul roadside assistance could come. The process u have to go through to report a claim & actually even call someone to come is horrendous!! If I wouldnâ€™t have had to go through several agents, them all taking my same information, & finally after ALLLL that is done then uhaul dispatches the guy to come fix the problem, whom was a very nice & helpful man. If the guy that hooked up our trailer the 2nd time would had stayed off his phone, maybe Even pretend he liked working there, & actually checked his work instead of me having to ask, â€œHey man are we good to go?â€ & he just waved his hand at me like I was interrupting his phone time. Not only did his mistake cost me ALOT of down time, now thereâ€™s damage to a brand new truck, plus I had a personal family situation I would had like to attend to, but that was taken away from me bc of the guys mishap. We all make mistakes, I certainly do, but when it comes to the safety of peopleâ€™s lives, you pay attention to what your doing period! Hence putting your phone down unless u need it for part of your job, ALWAYS double check your work, & most importantly ALWAYS treat your customers with a smile(instead of acting like your annoyed by being there), & use your customer service skills God instilled in you (Your proven skills are probably the reason you got your job in the first place, just a thought). If the worker practiced what Iâ€™m sure the owner taught him, then this wouldnâ€™t have happened!! I did end up having a great drop off experience. Both workers were very friendly, helpful, & polite. Most importantly they Smiled, & let me know they were happy to have me as a customer, just like the owner from the pick up location did as well. OVERALL THIS LOCATION= Owner & inside reps are Wonderful. They go above & beyond to help their customers.

I called ahead at 1:20. I was curious how long the turn in would take and explained I had a 2:00 appt in littlerock. The guy was prompt and polite. I was there less than 10 minutes. The warden road location is one Iâ€™d recommend to anybody.

The only issue I had was when I went to my storage bldg that uhaul provided the lady that set it all up had told me that it would be easily accessible and I needed to bring my own lock. Well I had a lock on the unit when I made it, and since it was after hours I had to wait til the following day after working all day to try and get everything moved into storage.

If one day is $150 roughly and you use the truck for two days it would only stand to reason that it would only be $300 I was told that my mileage would be covered for the first 125 miles and I stayed within that and get was still charge for mileage I felt lied to from the beginning and that was an adjustment made then when returned on the evening second day It was the day I was supposed to drop it off at 12:30 Ran until that evening I was charged for not only a second day but for an extra hundred dollars over that for 250+ additional dollars. I will never use U-Haul ever again I do not like being lied to and I will never return to this location or recommend anyone to your service again I will in the future hire a mover which is actually cheaper and I donâ€™t have to touch anything!!!!! And yes it is cheaper I used one the previous time I should have stayed the course thought I was dealing with what I thought was decent people only to be charged way too much for a few hours into the next day after my delivery time of 12:30 I left a message for the individual home I made the agreement with and never even got a return phone call like I said I will never recommend nor use U-Haul ever again! I understand customer service but you make a deal you take care of your customer down for businesses I know exactly what customer service he is this is not it!!!!

quit wasting people's time. i gave all info when i called. at pick up location, all info had to be repeated and the computer was very slow. it took almost 15 minutes repeating same info given on phone to be input into computer. send info to pick up location so they can have contract ready to print

The "Owner" (general manager) of this location has extreme lack of costumer service skills. He spoke to me like I had no common sense and didn't know what i was talking about. He did not explain to me how the service charge and stuff worked so when I saw it charger me twice on my bank card i was surprised. He rushed to get me out of there and treats his costumers poorly. Would not recommend this location just because of the owner. The other employees do a great job, the owner needs to learn how to talk to people more respectfully though.

When I arrived at the store, a young lady was with two customers. A clerk walked in with a customer and that customer wanted me to go ahead of him because I was there before him. Instead of listening to the customer, the clerk said that heâ€™d get to me after he was done. When I got to the counter the older man tried to be playful and popped some pretzels in his mouth then proceeded to â€œhelpâ€ me. He couldnâ€™t get to the screen to process my payment and a young lady came up to help. The two of them plus another guy shared jokes back and forth to which the young lady started popping out her two front teeth. She was talking about it being a nice gag and sang all she wanted for Christmas was her two front teeth. It took more than five minutes for the lady to drive the truck to the front.My pick up was supposed to be at 10. I got my rental a little after 10:30. I had to have it back my 12. Only a hour and a half to move my stuff. When I brought the truck back, I stood outside for more than five minutes waiting on someone to come and get the keys to get the truck returned. I wonâ€™t be renting from them again.
