If you have a pickup reservation time they could have the truck ready. All they did was give a truck #. So had to walk around the whole lot to find it. It was 15 degrees out so had to sit for 20 minutes so truck could heat up before even leaving. So that added to my time. And on Saturdays they need more than 1 person working because it was so busy when we got there at 9am.WILLIAM B.
Nothing at all, everyone was so nice and helpful. The people I talked to on the phone was wonderful and very helpful. Then when I went in U-Haul the man that I talked to was wonderful and very helpful. My experience was wonderful. I will definitely rent and recommend this location to everyone.VINESE O.

The manager hooked up the trailer hitch and left, did not check lights or anything. I had to ask the lady and other guy who worked there that was awesome for help. The ropes on the trailer hitch was torn not even usable, the lights on the hitch did not work at all. If I didn't ask the lady that worked there for help nothing would have been corrected.TINA H.

Made a reservation at 3 they made it for 4 then u got sent an online link to Start my reservation they quoted me 286 sub total when I went to pick up the truck it was a big hassle then tried to charge me 486 I know there were taxes still but not 200 worth of taxes. They was very pleasant at the renter office then when I went to drop my truck off I got a call from uhaul 2 days later saying my truck was over due but I returned it on a Monday the day before it was due in..CLARISSA T.

Staff was friendly and in the Holiday Spirit, their attitude and presentation was greatly appreciated. The truck was a piece of garbage: The cab was so noisy at highway speeds that my passenger and I could not talk. The driver/passenger doors did not close properly. The instrument panel gave us a 'Not Closed Warning' for both passenger and driver door, several slams were required to close the doors. I drove 243 miles and used 16,6 gallons of gas, only 14,6 MPG. It was impossible to keep the accelerator positioned to get reasonable fuel economy, based on the 'Best Mileage' gage mounted on the dash. The truck did not have Cruise Control, 85 % of my driving was done at highway speeds.MARK H.

I exchanged a 20' truck for a 26' truck on 12/19 and have received numerous calls in the past couple days saying I never returned. Now I'm also seeing an additional charge for $79 while I'm currently waiting for a refund of $94.34. This experience has been nothing short of infuriating.Dylan H.

This is the second time tonight I received something to do a review. I asked for a 10 foot truck online. When no called as the email said they would, I called UHaul. Apparently there were no 10 footers so a 15 footer was substituted. However, I did not qualify for the $50 promise money because the order was changed online to a 15 foot truck. Then I was told to do the online reservation to save time when I picked up the truck. I did that. I was still there for 30 minutes. The person at the counter handed me the key and said to find the truck with that number on it. So I had to find my own truck, which was not full of gas. It had 5/8 tank. Actually, it has 9/16 tank. Then when I found it, the windshield was covered with a thin sheet of ice so I had to start it and wait for it to clear off and defrost. When returning the truck, the lady took the key and said I was good to go. I asked if I could find out the mileage. She said an email would be sent. Then I was charged for 2 gallons of gas, even though I DID fill it to where I got it. It has been a while since I have used UHaul and I will use a different company in a few months when I finish my move.janelle F.

Hire more conscientious workers: 1. Low tire pressure for RR tire. I was told it was because the sensor was off. 2. Either odometer/gas gauge was wrong or UHaul systems was incorrect, but when I returned the van, final bill indicated i had traveled over 100 miles when I'd traveled less than 45. 3. I opted not to get a printout of the contract, but now KNOW that's needed for total accountability. At ty he rnd of the day, a very conscientious representative at UHaul was able to reconcile the discrepancies noted above.PEGGY H.

I will give the Eastern Boulevard U-Haul an excellent score and highly recommend. However, my experience with Uhaul all together was horrible. I went to pick up the truck I rented online at the original location and there was nobody there to receive me or to fulfill my order. I was a paying customer that was ready to pick up the truck and this person thought it was more important to close the shop to go deliver a car part than fulfill my order. I was then dispatched by Uhaul to a second location, which nobody was there and the truck was out of service. Both of these items should have been verified before sending me there. The third location was Eastern Boulevard, which was able to fulfill my order. Overall, I had people waiting on me and I was delayed well over two hours from my original start time. This caused additional hardships, more money out of my pocket and it all could've been prevented.Justin S.

I reserved everything online a few days before our move. When I got there I had to track someone down to get my equipment. They were out of everything I needed except the blankets, and didn't really seem to care. When I returned the truck, I again had to track someone down to help me. Really poorly run location!ROGER K.

The door had a problem when you tried pull it down. The light harness would not stay attached. I made a reservation of Friday. They scheduled me at an unacceptable location for me due to scary people hanging out. I ask to be given another location. I went there and the guy I talked to was in Colorado so he directed me assuring me they had a trailer and someone would be there. So I drove there and talked to the GM there. He said he did not have the type of trailer I rented. I agreed to take the 5 x 8 but this trailer made me make many trips. I had to fill my truck up 2 times at 3,17 a gallon so 75 per fill up. So my experience was crappy to say the least.Carolyn E.
