People who are in the store front / office are incredibly unhelpful. When I arrived, I simply asked where to park to receive the rented trailer- nobody could be bothered to show me or even tell me. After I left, I realized I rented the wrong equipment, this was my fault. I did not realize on the website my selection stated alternative equipment available. So I was charged a higher price for a lower end piece of equipmentâ€¦ nice. I did not address this when coming back because that was my fault. But make sure to pay attention to the top left hand corner when ordering. When I returned I asked the staff in the store / office if they had the correct trailer needed for rental. They would not give me a response. They told me to do everything online. Irritating and unhelpful.John F.

Attendant named Trevor cursed at me several times and even tried to pick a fight upon my arrival. I've never experienced anything like this in my life. He's lucky I didn't knock his teeth out. I'll never use or recommend this location again. I plan to post on social media about my horrible experience and let all my friends know not to do business there either. There are too many other options for truck rental in this area. I hope he is terminated.Sean H.

The customer service was non existing. I spoke to the lady checking in trucks and she blantedly ignored me for about a minute until I said "Hello, ma'am I asked you a question. She was literally in her phone and my face and did not care. Upon having to consult with her inside I said Hello how are you today. No response. So I spoke up and told her that I had just spoken to her and that she should have replied back. Honestly she was at work and should have spoke to me first. Her excuse was that she was tired because she got up 5 minutes before she was supposed to be at work. I politely schooled her on how to exhibit good communication and customer service skills regardless of what goes on at home. When went to drop off informed worker that could not pay anything extra on same card, that I needed to make extra payment on different card. She said she would go check on what it would be. Came back in and showed me receipt for that uhaul which was 30 something extra. Then I went to give her my next card, she asked what I'm doing, I informed her I was getting my other card to make the payment. She informed me that the payment was already put threw. I told her that I said if anything extra it would need to be on another card! She said well you should have told me that. I looked at my acct and luckly I had $0,17 left in it. Over all the experience was great, expect the part of paying and completely being ignored from my request from the beginning of the transaction!Candacw W.

The trailer that was attached caring my car, tire unraveled and only the steel belt was showing. We where 2 hrs away from our destination could have had a blow out while driving.not sure if tire was dry rotten are not only the grace of God saved us.PAMELA P.

Your system doesn't scan driver licenses correctly. I was at this location for 2 hours. The employee at the desk needed to verify that my driver's license was not expired. I was out in the lot with another employee for almost 10 minutes. She didn't give me any paperwork so he went in to get it. Then he told me that she wasn't done with paperwork. She didn't even leave the desk ti come tell us that. The trailers taillights didn't work. So I had to go back in and wait for 2 customers to get served before they got me set up with another trailer. It took me two hours to get a rental which should have only taken 30 minutes max. I will never return to this location again.Renny K.

This has nothing to do with the location, but UHaul's procedures. This was the second weekend in a row that I scheduled the truck location and upon online check in, I find my pickup was assigned to a location other than I reserved. The first weekend, I canceled my reservation because the location was ridiculously further away than reserved. Why can I not be notified no trucks are available when reserving as opposed to learning in the 12th hour that the location is changed? Very, very frustrating.James W.
The trailer was hooked up by Robert and light checked. I tried to open back door and it would not open. Robert tried and unhooked trailer to direct me to another unit. Robert hooked up trailer but did not check lights. After he walked back in the office, I did not feel it was safe to not check lights and drove to office to have that done. Robert was gone but I asked another employee for help. He was busy so I asked a customer to check and he complied. An employee then came out and did the check and asked if a picture was taken. Pictures were then take. After going to my hotel, I did not like the angle of the trailer toungue. The ball was too low and the chains were less than an inch off the ground. Surly attitude of Robert and his lack of professional work ethic in not checking new trailer lights need to be improved. I wrongfully expected that the trailer would not be hooked up to an unsafe towing condition (receiver and ball too low). I did accept it but later got help from another U haul dealer as I did not trust the pickup location. Another U haul dealer on Grant Line Road agreed that it was not safe and helped me unhook the trailer and turn insert to have a rise instead of drop, used his time and tools to change the balls position to match insert.Vernon C.
Disappointed in the trailer we rented. Had a marker light missing and three others did not work. Called them and they told me to call roadside assistance or bring it back. When I noticed the light problem we already had it full of furniture, and was not going to unload it. Called roadside assistance and they told me to take it to the dealer. So I put a new marker light on the back. Fixed the wiring under the trailer that was torn off and got all but one working. Didn't know that when you rented a trailer you had to work on it. Oh well will check before I leave the lot next time. Still like your company. Just a bad experience.STEVEN H.
I rented a 10 foot moving van and I am 5'2. I could barely reach the gas pedal. I could not move the seat up. I drove with my leg stretched out and 2 pointed toes on the gas pedal. Wish I had known it was hard for short people to drive, I would have had someone drive for me.karen A.

The employees at this location were not very friendly on this particular day. The general manager was the first individual we interacted with and was very apathetic, dirty, and rude. When I returned the rental the lady that I was speaking to ended up calling me over 3 hours later asking where the rental truck was! I attempted to call the location twice and requested a call back as well as waited on hold and nobody ever called back.Rachel C.
Customer service was awful. Reserved truck 5 weeks in advance and still got there and was told no truck available. Was using to contactless check in via phone when we were told no vehicle for my reservation. They gave me someone else's truck after conversations and finally the help of another gentleman who was sat back with his arms over his head relaxing, who ended up being the manager. Another location was called for a truck and told bon available . The trucks ac didn't work, was not maintained properly, and needs extensive work. Also the gas marked by the employee before we left on the paperwork was much more than the truck actually had in it. Had to go back inside again to have them come correct it. No apologies, no sorry for the issues. Just awful experience here as always. Wed some serious help at this location, and some serious trainingJoshua P.
Have the equipment in the truck that the customer rented without having to go inside and talk to somebody to get what they ordered. Don't charge extra for equipment that wasn't rented. Be courteous and don't have an attitude when being asked why there is an extra charge.Melissa H.

they did not have the equipment that I reserved one week earlier. Manager said that they often do not have the equipment that is reserved. He never made me feel welcome at the facility. Help customers in order, walk customers through the complicated process of renting instead of all online, personally check that each customer has the correct equipment before leaving, be sure to have enough employees available to answer phone calls so when trouble comes a customer can speak to you, greet customers when they say hello or attempt to gain your attention even if it is just to say "I'll be right with you" instead of just ignoring them altogether, don't smoke during customer service.Eric W.

This has been by far my worst experience with Uhaul. I will NEVER use Uhaul again. They charged me for another months rent upon checking out WITHOUT authorization to use my card. I reserved my truck & appliance dolly on a Tuesday for that following Saturday for me to pick up. They didn't have the truck I ordered NOR the appliance dolly. So they rented me a truck that had NO RAMP and they had NO appliance dolly. I reserved these items 4 days in advance. They had a man that was in line before me demand for a truck with a ramp to use for 2 hours... I believe they gave my truck reservation to that person due to the person got the truck and the dolly that I had reserved. I WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND UHAUL to any of my friends, family and will be posting this on my social media pages as this has been the worst experience I've ever received with uhaul. You have definitely lost a loyal customer.Holly G.

The truck that i rented was in need some mechanical maintenance. The tpms light was on for practically the entire trip. The brakes weren't the greatest and the fan belt will be in need of replacement soon. Overall the truck just looks like it needs to be sold at auction. 130k miles have not been too kind.Matthew H.

Fix your online reservation system. When people reserve online, they expect to get the exact truck on the exact day at the exact location. Moving is stressful enough without being told that your reservation that was made a week ahead of time is not available for 100+ miles away. We had to settle for a very small truck in a smaller time frame in an inconvenient location. Fix it or don't allow online reservations that don't mean anything!!kelsey C.

The inside staff is very rude, while I was working with a new person that was already being helped by another team member, Walter had to keep chiming in which was rude. I reserved dollys but when I went to pick up there wasn't any for me. I was told I would be charge the full amount and the money would not come out of my account until I return the truck however the money came out and I had to call for the refund. Also it was noted I didn't put enough gas in the truck but I did as I only went 25 miles in the truck so I am not for sure how I didn't have enough gas. If I use U haul again and that is a big if then I will make sure to take pictures before and after. To rent a 10' truck and drive it 25 miles it cost me 83 dollars which is crazy in my opinion.AMY V.

Our storage building was broken into and no one from the facility contacted us to tell us. We went by one night to get something out of storage and found out our lock had been changed. It was after office hours so we had to come back the next day to find out why and to get in. That's when they told us they had some break-ins. They acted like it was no big deal and when we questioned them on why they didn't contact us they didn't say anything. Several things were stolen from our building. And if we filed a police report I'm sure we would never see these things again because we have no idea how long ago this happened because no one from the facility contacted us. I had mice in my storage unit which got into all my storage boxes. I've had to disinfect and clean a huge number of boxes that had priceless items stored within them. This infestation occurred early on and there was obviously a large number of mice. I mentioned the mice to the staff.l, but all they said is they would set traps outside the unit and that was it. The price for my unit was rather high for storage. I missed one payment on time one time and paid it within days of missing. They sent me at least 5 letters in the mail about the same issue. I am amazed to be asked to rate my experience, both because the location is aware of the disastrous outcome of my stay and the total indifference to the situation exhibited at the time. The unit I rented, 264, was broken into and items taken. The replacement value of the stolen items, $450-500, far exceeds the difference I would have paid at a more reliable storage facility. No effort was made to inform me of the theft, nor any offer made to review the video record that is supposedly kept. When I discovered the break-in the staff acknowledged it but could not tell me exactly when it occurred, despite ubiquitous signage about "24-hour monitoring" and "no access without authorization". I don't expect any response or further action, given the lack of response when the theft was relatively fresh, but I will certainly not recommend or endorse this location.Rodger M. | Expérience générale

Had over $13 000 worth of sneakers stolen from my unit. My lock wasn't tampered with. The walls in the unit don't even come up all the way to the ceiling, so people can go over the wall from unit to unit without even having to enter through the front. Absolutely ridiculous. Several times during my rental interval, the gate was broken on the open position. Durinq the business day, the gate was left open. The unit had debris on the floor when I moved in and more debris, a mud dauber's nest, and numerous spider webs as the doors Were not wind proof, and the latching often stuck. I had items stolen out of my storage unit. I went to tell the people in the office and they told me it has been happening lately and all I can do is call the police to file a police report. No customer service at all, not an I'm sorry that happened or anything. Every time, I went to my storage unit there was always trash just laying outside of it for weeks. I am aware that they didn't know it was going to happen but of course, all of the cameras were facing the other way.
