Your associates should really make it a point to tell customers to take photos of the trucks before driving them off the lot. My van was returned in the exact same condition it was found, but your associate is blaming a scratch on the van on us. We were either with the van, or parked with the scratch side to a curb the whole time. There is absolutely no way the scratch was caused by us. But since there is no accountability on your end, nor do you check the vans with the customer, now I'm stuck paying for the damage. I wonder how many people have paid for the exact same dent??

The truck was clean and well maintained. I had one slight inconvenience with refueling. I was given a truck with 3/4 full tank of gas and was told to return it with that amount. When I returned it at the Lewisburg center, I was charged for not filling the tank up to 7/8. I was told to call the Philadelphia center as they couldn't help me at the Lewisburg center. When I called the Philadelphia center the representative was extremely professional and helpful and got the refueling charge refunded immediately. So it wasn't a huge problem, just a slight inconvenience. I just wanted to write this review to make UHaul aware of this situation and fix it so other customers don't have to go through that. Thanks!

They changed my order with out calling me or notifying me. It took an extra hour out of my moving time. I had to go to another location. then I had to call 1-800 uhaul to extend my days , just to get what I originally wanted. Caliing 1-800 uhaul was a nightmare ! I spent 35 mins on the phone with two different people. Uhaul was the worst

Only negative moment in 20+ years: on 3/20/19 Eric nearly hit me with a truck. One employee, who saw it, asked me if I was okay. But manager-and Eric- didn’t seem concerned. It left a bad impression.
