I am a disabled woman I was disrespected when I was asking questions about my bill I wasn't sure what the overcharge me not they told me they weren't going to charge me certain fees that were added up to over $100 in fees and they charge me anyway and I'm still going to call corporate so this doesn't even matter to me who ever sent me this but I'm going to call corporate anyhow I want you to know how disabled people are treated me and my son both for disabled we were treated horribly guilty for asking questions for Builders all over for Builders together over $1,000 all all together clothes $2,000 so that's what that one month that I've rented the van so I just wanted to understand that they told me they weren't going to make sure and charges that they made and stay they tried to mix in with the bill so I wouldn't see it so no I'm going to go to corporate I want to know what kind of treatment that we will stay I like them in the beginning but not anymore I am a disabled woman I was disrespected when I was asking questions about my bill I wasn't sure what your overcharged me or not they told me they weren't going to charge me certain fees that will add it up to over $100 in fees and they charge me anyway and I'm still going to call corporate so this doesn't even matter to me whoever sent me this but I'm going to call corporate anyhow I wanted to know how disabled people are treated me and my son's both for disabled we would treat a horribly with two for asking questions for a build is all over for Builders together over a thousand dollars all all together is close to thousand dollars for the what that one month and I rented the van so I just wanted to understand that they told me they weren't going to make certain charges did they made and steady try to mix it in with the bills so I wouldn't see it so no I'm going to go to corporate I wanted to know what kind of treatment that we will said I like them in the beginning but not anymore cheating to disable people and then get in in the manager was nasty very rude and ignorant towards us call him something explain it and I kind way and then the sub manager wherever the other young guy was called I talk to him and he was yachty yada yada saying stuff like that on the phone joking me and then told me his manager was correct and already explained everything to me and then told me goodbye while I was still talking to him he was very ignorant and rude he was worse it would just as bad as the manager and more so out outright ignorant the only person in that office should be a manager is the female that was standing behind the desk cuz she looks shocked the way the manager was talking to me she should be the one in charge I don't know how he got in charge but he is not a people person and nobody's ever got that agitated with me before. I'm a registered nurse and I and I have patience with my patients and I would think the manager would have patience with someone who disabled and explain things to them he's v

The drop off location in Philadelphia Is a one of the best run locations of uhaul and businesses in general. They were organized, efficient and very friendly.

Charged too crazy rental price for one way and drop off location was closed on drop off day. According to u haul they have u haul rep available 5 days a week 11 to 6 but according to workers there no one is ever there...just mailbox outside of warehouse...have pics

I reserved at this location because a pick up from another location for the preferred truck size was not available. I showed up outside of hours (at 7am) per the reservation request which included use of the Uhaul app to receive my reserved truck. The location was not open and there was no access to the truck I reserved. Around 9am I received a text that my reservation had been revised from 7-4 to 9-6. While I was waiting in line at the Uhaul center at 915a, I received a phone call from the location that they did not have the requested truck size and I would have to take a smaller truck. I then received the truck and they told me it had no gas in it...I received a gas credit that I paid for in advance. I returned the truck ahead of schedule despite having to make two trips because I had a smaller truck and was told that the additionally budgeted miles that I paid for in advance that I didn't use would be credited upon return. This all happened on Sunday. By Wednesday I received a call from the service center asking me when I would be returning the truck?! I wish I was making any of this up. I didn't even have the energy to call and get my additional $7 refund for the accounting error on mileage. This is completely unacceptable and I have used Uhaul for a move on average of every 3 years for the past 20 years. This was by far the worst and only poor experience I have had. Moving is already difficult enough when you are scheduling friends and family to help out and especially when you are moving within the city. Added costs for the wrong size vehicle and botched scheduling all appeared to be a gross overlook in management and scheduling as they said "we downloaded your reservation this morning" when talking to staff.

The U-Haul App was not working well at all. If it were not for the employee coming out and telling me that I should go inside to complete my order I would have been out there for another 30 minutes. Your APP does NOT speed up the process or make it more convenient except for my information being available to the sales person. I want to thank the employees for making sure my experience was excellent.
