ARKA SThe truck we got was parked behind another truck we had to get someone to move it . It should've been out and ready to go when we arrived.
Colby MThis was the third location we were shifted too after my booking was guaranteed. while this location was exceptional, the AM/PM location that I was originally sent to was not, and in my opinion should not be a Uhaul location, as they did not seem aware of my booking and after the store clerk called the manager back and forth, we were told that the "system was down" and our booking could not be honored, leading us to have to reschedule with another Uhaul location. Highly inconvenient.

No one came so I ended up returning it via the app. I left it in the return area and dropped off the key in the drop box as I didn't have any time to wait for someone. If you don't have the staff atleast provide better direction as to where to park after returning via the app.
RONALD TMake online reservations easier. It was quicker to drive to your location to book the truck, than to do it online. 18 pages of "but do you want this" doesn't make me want them any more.

FREDERICK CIt's location is extremely convenient and the service is fast and professional. They need to change the layout of their parking lot so that people who are trying to leave with their truck, do not have to cross the line of people who are returning their trucks.
Amy FMy only comment is on the emails and app. One email said receipt attached and it was a pst charge of ~$120 then a credit of ~&120. And dated 2022 the last time I rented. And one email asked to submit pictures of unit which I did and when I clicked submit it would lock and return to beginning. I've always had a positive experience with uhaul but you got to fix those automated systems. Cheers
Wayne LThe location is convenient, and right across from a gas station. On the other hand, the layout of trucks keeps causing tie-ups as people are trying to exit with their just-rented trucks across the same lane where people are trying to return their trucks.

Patricia KHave a key access point, and leave the truck until customer is done virtual check out. I had to take photos while the uhaul lady was rushing me. I didn't get a chance to check the gas usage so I just estimated because by the time that question came up in the drop off process, the uhaul lady had driven away with my truck, and it ended up costing a ton.

New workers require more training before being put out in front counter to take customers orders. Must be confident in their skills to work there. As their lack of knowledge of their job held the line up and some customers left due to inexperienced. Other wise everything was great.
Steven Rtrailer was not road worthy !! lights and brakes not working .. big risk to me and passengers and others as I had to drive overnight through the mountains .. dropped off in penticton with major service work to this trailer past due .. claim will be issued

Montana M | Expérience généraleWe looked at the hours online and it said the office was open until 7pm, as we were scheduled to arrive around 6:40pm, we called ahead to ensure our unloading that evening would be possible. We spoke to someone from U-haul on the phone (we called the number listed for this location) who assured us that although the office closed at 7pm, as long as we had our paper work done by 7, we would have access to unload until 10pm. Unfortunately on our arrival we were advised this was not the case, as apparently a door was broken, making unloading after the office was closed impossible. We were told this was well posted, but did not see any signage and clearly this was not communicated to the U-Haul representatives answering the phone. After explaining our situation multiple times, they did finally allow us to unload and we are grateful that one of the employees was willing to stay 30 minutes late to facilitate this. However, as we went to unload, there were multiple trailers in front of the door we needed to access to unload and then the lights in the building we were unloading into were turned off mid way through our time, both of these making our unloading experience that much more difficult.

My entire locker was gone through and destroyed and even though there's a camera pointing directly at my locker "there was no footage" absolutely ridiculous place to think your items are safe when they certainly aren't.

We were very happy with our staff interactions. Storage unit door was a bit banged up and the weather stripping on the side of the doors would buckle and come out when trying to close the unit. Water (likely from big storms) leaked through the roof of the unit and damaged some boxes.

It was the August long weekend when we moved and the store was absolutely swamped. They all did they're best to make sure everyone was helped in a timely and courteous manner. Thanks so much to everyone there who made what could be the most stressful move ever as good as it could have been. 11 out of 10 stars..

My father cut himself on a screw when we were unloading. And the access door to the building with the units was blocked by trailers, forcing us to unload our truck a significant distance away.

I booked a truck and storage 32 days in advance for my move from Winnipeg to Edmonton. 2 days before I'm supposed to pick up my truck I get a call that the location changed. It was 400 meters from where I work and that is the way I wanted it, they moved it 6km away, not a huge deal , until they called me the day before I'm picking up the truck and moved it to Winnipeg beach, 80km away! 160km round trip !! They did discount the truck but to me that did not matter, I had to scramble like crazy to get this done and I'm moving 1300km. Did not need that stress but I got it done. So now when I get to Edmonton where my locker was booked more then a month in advance, they don't have my locker. They gave me a smaller one and said I have to be out in 3 weeks because someone has it booked.. where was mine ? Now this is where it gets really good. Could not fit all my stuff in there , had a $400 bookcase stolen . Found that out when I went to load with my movers . Now my storage is blocked by one of thier trailers, the woman working said I should have phoned first before moving my stuff !! It's my stuff way should I have to give notice? She was rude , running around like she had no idea what she was doing. She cost me an extra hour of move time because they had to walk my stuff an extra 40 feet because she couldn't move the trailer for me . Rudest person I've ever delt with anywhere. She cost me $180 because of her disorganization. Just so rude and ignorant. She doesn't deserve that position, I'd be fired if I did my job the way she did. Walking around hollering at people. Worst experience ever and I've done this move 5 times now. This one I will never forget. Do not ever go to uhaul, South side Edmonton, 51 ave . Be warned now .

Each time a longgatted process Paying only a few months in advance rhrough the till seemed ridiculous Cash payment was also trouble. Preferred plastic because no cash till. Maybe an offer for checking out early on a paid would be a courtesy This form should have a comment area under each question .... was the faculty clean. Not so much - run down is more like it. Clean ish. What do you mean by clean? The staff was super good. Great people.
