Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe only issue was tryigg bc to load and unload from Uhaul into storage unit as there was limited space and we needed up blocking the only way to drive as there were cargo trailers parked on th either side and utility trailers parked on the side. The parking lot overall was very over loaded with Uhaul equipment making it difficult to drop off and pick up my belongings. On the pick up date I had vehicles honking at me and even telling me I was rude and be more considerate for others as I was blocking the drive way. Not considering that it was Uhaul facility being over crowded with to much equipment not allowing customers to have the room needed to retrieve their belongs.

Called multiple times a day for 2 weeks, never talked to someone. It shouldn't take tipping to get help. Also shouldn't take having to talk to the district manager to get anything done.
EVA E | Expérience généraleI had a bad experience with an outdoor storage unit that was not weather resistant. Several of my things were damaged due to water leaking in due to a rainstorm. In the process currently of having their insurance people review this case.

It took 45 minutes because the person at the counter couldn't figure out how to give me the 1 month free storage that I qualified for since I had booked a one way trailer. He kept telling me that the trailer was round trip even though I had booked it to be picked up in one postal code area and drop it off in another postal code area. He said round trip meant anything within the city regardless of location. Thats not what round trip means. Then when I finally was able to get my container, he didn't provide the insurance I had booked. I asked about it and he said Uhaul doesn't offer insurance and asked if I was looking at U-Store-It. I said no, because my reservation is here. Now this morning an hour before I'm supposed to pick up my trailer rental for the day, they switched the pickup location to clear across the city an hour before pickup time and then cancelled it completely. I am BEYOND upset about this. I've used uhaul multiple times from this location and it's always been good but the last 2 days has been awful. They don't even know how to do their own promotions or know what is offered on their website. Pitiful. I will not be using uhaul again. ever.

doris c | Expérience généraleIts busy amd VERY slow. Too many trucks trailers amd its hard to access the locker with parked trailers in the way that take a while to move. The door is hard to move io amd down and so much trouble with the dusty getting in the lock
