I had not originally scheduled my cargo trailer to be picked up at this location. But I couldn't be happier that it did. The staff at this location was the MOST helpful. We were there as soon as it opened at 7AM and we were greeted by happy and helpful employees. Now without a doubt, I'll be making sure all my business is done here and no where else.Carter C.
I wanted to love this place, it's huge, and there is a nice gentleman there with a great personality named Dedric. BUT. I needed a pickup truck to pick up and drop off two recliners from a storage unit around the corner to my house down the street. No more than a 10 mile round trip total. When I picked up the pickup truck the credit card machines were down so my card was entered in manually. I was never asked to sign off on anything. I was handed paperwork and sent off on my way with no instructions. Getting in the truck the mileage was already 50 miles OVER what was reported on the sheet. So I wrote down the correct starting mileage. The gas tank was a quarter tank LOWER than what was reported on the sheet. I wrote that down too. I was on a time crunch so got my errand done and brought the truck back in under 2 hours. At the desk I told the clerk the situation. They wanted to argue that there was nothing to be done because I never took a picture as a text instructed me to. I never got a text. He sad that wasn't possible if I had the paperwork in hand. I explained about the machine being down and he acted like that changed everything and of course he would fix the situation but he had to wait till Monday to issue a refund. The charge would go through as normal till then. It is now 1/8/22 and I have no refund amount. No one called. Nothing seems to be corrected. I was charged over $80 to drive under 10 miles around the corner and down the road and back again, for mileage and gas I DID NOT USE. I went so little distance that I didn't even budge the gas needle. It was returned with the same amount. They did not have accurate records of their own vehicle or machines working and now I have to pay the price for it? Not pleased. It's a convenient location with lots of options I would have liked to use again and I hate that this is my experience. I can't trust this won't happen again. I have waited over 7 days, giving them the benefit of the doubt but. No. Nothing.Colene B.

Check over the vehicle. The interior console did not light up so I had a hard time seeing the speedometer. It is a good thing that I only had to drive during the day.timothy D.
I originally made a reservation from a location closer to my house through the website and I planned to pick it up at 8am. The website took the reservation but then changed the pick up time to 9am because that was the opening time of that location. The website should of told me that the location would not work for the selected time.Sherri H.

The sliding doors to enter were broken we were told to go to the back doors the ramp was blocked there was not easy access since the front doors were broken. Then we had to wait for the manager for 20 minutes to come and take a lock off the unit so we could put our stuff in there. The manager was not onsite because it was 6 pm looks like the employees should have had the proper keys to assist with lock removal. The employees that were there was nice and did apologize. It was just a very stressful day after driving 5 hours there and then having to wait for someone to come and remove a lock when there should have been keys left there.CHERYL L. | Premières impressions

We were happy with the truck we ultimately got, but had to return the first one because the check engine light was on and it had 167 000 miles on it â€" not a great ride for a 1200 mile trip. The second 26 foot truck was in excellent condition and did very well for the trip. Suggest you check the truck condition really well before you leave the lot.Pat O.

Check in was not logged in until 2 days after we dropped off the truck, which resulted in late fees. Employee said not to worry she would take care of checking in the truck and blankets. Now we have to spend time getting a refund of the late fees because you hired someone that choose not to do their job.MICHAEL M.

I made an online reservation for a 15 ft truck. Showed up, and there were none, they gave me a 20. There was only one person working a huge facility, and though he was doing his absolute best (my hats off to him, wish I could remember his name) the place was obviously understaffed. The 20 foot truck I received was supposed to be full, I drove it 13 miles. Stopped to put in gas and it took 3,5 gallons to top it off. That's less than 4 miles per gallon, some how I doubt that it was full....SHELLEY N.

We had a rather tough moving experience and Dedrick McBride helped to smooth things over. Our moving truck was (mistakenly) towed by the landlord at the new property. Dedrick took the initiative and personally went to the impound lot, paid the fee and brought the truck back to its Springdale location. This saved us the trouble of having to drive up from Little Rock to Springdale (3 hours) and possible be charged more than one day for the storage in the impound lot. Furthermore, Dedrick waived any extra charge to our account for this action. It's an example of what good employees and companies do for their customers. In every interaction we had with him, whether on the phone, or in person, Dedrick was friendly, respectable and generous with his time. After picking up trailer went over a speed bump in a storage unit and the unit came off my trailer hitch. Called the manager to come to put trailer back on truck. The manger said the trailer was installed improperly. If this happened on interstate the results would be tragic. Manager did not not say he was sorry. Need to be more careful!!Robert C.

I did not find the app to be user-friendly at all, and I had to enlist the assistance of on-site representatives in an effort to complete the initial process. I don't appreciate the hidden fees at all. However, the assistance I received from the on-site staff more than made up for the issues I had with the app. They also helped when I had problems with other customers while moving into the unit.Miles O. | Online Move In

Dedric and Austin always go above and beyond to help me. They are both always working hard to help customers and working to keep the store jn good condition. Dalaina and Emily are amazing as well and always very helpful. Brandy on the other hand is always rude and has lied to me on occasion. She has messed up our reservations in the past and refuses to accept responsibility. She can usually be found sitting down when there is a line of trucks waiting to be checked jn.Tammy C.
There were troubles with 24/7 app to check in. The site has poor connection to GPS so it doesn't recognize your location and therefore does not allow you to check in for your rental. Fortunately the employees know about the issue and we're helpful but only after I struggled checking for over 45 minutes outside the facility. That's the only reason I wouldn't use the location again with mobile pickup.ROBERT W.

I was lied to about the initial fuel level and didn't check it before I left. My paperwork indicated that there was 3/4ths of a tank but it was barely over half but I did return it with the proper amount in it. The staff at this location didn't seem interested in helping customers. 3 people behind the counter I was the only customer and still had to wait for service a call came in and was put on hold. If I'm being completely honest, uhaul has the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. No one is on the same page. Everyone I talked to told me something completely opposite of what I was previously told by another employee which resulted in me having to change my appointment 3 times. When an employee called to see if I was coming in for my appointment (the message was never relayed that I had changed my appointment) and I let her know i changed my appointment and I'd be in the following day (could have just made an appointment for that day in the first place if I could get a straight answer out of anyone) she responded very annoyed â€œyou changed your appointment again??â€ If I didn't absolutely need this hitch, I would have said forget it. I hate leaving bad reviews but y'all suck.kortney G.

I was so impressed with the communication I received before check in to speed up the process and to address Covid concerns. When I arrived there was a long wait with no one in the building to provide assistance. The return process was also difficult with a car parked in the return equipment lane and several empty box trucks behind. After waiting several minutes for someone to help in the return lane I had to go inside to try and get assistance. I think it would be helpful to have a number to call to receive assistance. When you call the store number it doesn't even ring in the building.Dustin T.

I came to rent another unit same size/temp control. New guy was trying to be helpful but: rented me non climate ,moved me out of my several year unit (he asked if I wanted to take care of nearing rental fee) but rented me another unit.Noticed charges were wrong and called.. spoke to manager, he said would take care of.. got notification but money difference has not hit account.. I think it's $5 and truthfully after moving things from one unit to another I am done dealing with it.
