Super convenient location, for me, anyway. I’m not sure why there are 2 check in stations in order to access the indoor storage units, but at least I knew my belongings were secure. For the most part, the staff is friendly and helpful, but I was misled by 2 people there regarding the move out policies and whether or not they would prorate if I got my stuff moved out some time before the next payment would be due. They don’t, apparently. I was told by 2 people (Angelique, and I don’t know the other’s name because they don’t wear a name tag and don’t introduce themselves) that [for example] if I moved out a week-ish after I paid my bill that the month would be prorated and be refunded the leftover funds that would have covered the rest of that month. I followed all the move out instructions and no, they didn’t prorate. I had asked about this a few times during the 4-5mo I had my stuff there; a couple of the guys there said I should talk to the manager, but she happened to not ever be there or not be available any of the times I asked for her. Misunderstanding on my part I guess since more than one person told me about prorating. Other than that, if the pricing was a little lower I would have/could have kept my stuff there for a looooong time.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisGreat experience!
Melody G | Expérience généraleThank you so much for taking care of me. The team was so kind and made my day. I appreciate it so much. Great job.
ZACKARY Y | Premières impressionsClean and well maintained. Storage unit felt safe. It was exactly what I needed and had no issues while using facilities.
Hallie W | Expérience généraleBest storage to rent.
Lakeria L | Expérience généraleWhen I cancelled my storage unit, was told i would get pictures from u-haul to document i cleaned the unit before cancelling. Still waiting for them.
Amanda B | Expérience généraleTony was amazing! He was friendly and efficient. Their location is really busy and he really is great at treating each customer with respect and providing them with all the information they need to finish their rental and/or their storage unit. Tony went out of his way to help us access our storage after the store closed on Sunday, May 24th and the doors malfunctioned so we had trouble getting to our newly rented storage unit. He knew we were from out of town and on a time line to leave that same day - he stayed late to help us access our unit - we would have been in quite a jam if he had not - Great Customer Service!!.
Jerrey R | Premières impressionsThe lady and the young man were top notch
MICHAEL R | Premières impressionsI had a hard time finding the unit and when I did, I realized it was not gonna be big enough and wow the help on site was awesome and I was able to get what I needed taken care of and all the explanations to help me access and use the storage unit so I am very grateful and appreciative
Denise A | Déménagement en ligneAmber and Angelique were exceptional. They both went out of their ways to meet my needs, and were incredibly professional and friendly. If you value my business, and that of my friends, please give both of them a raise.
Mathew Z | Premières impressionsVery helpful and accommodating staff.
Jim E | Expérience généraleThe overall unit and service was good and clean but moving out was not an easy process and had to contact support and then the store again to cancel. I was charged a late fee even though I started the move out process 2 weeks prior to the renewal date. I told Amber at this location that I would not be using Uhaul again. Amber was nice. Good thing I did not have a card saved on file, or I would have been charged over $100 for something I took care of 2 weeks in advance.
