We came to this location after being sent there from the location we were scheduled to pick up equipment failed to have the equipment we had reserved available. We were greeted by the manager who worked with us and expedited making things right. He was pleasanl, professional and personable. He bent over backwards to meet our needs. Very understaffed at this location. Staff tried to attend to us, but are typically overwhelmed with the volume of customers needing attention, help and services. I've been a storage unit and truck, trailer renter for 12 years at this location. I value this business for their commitment, but it has such high employee turnover- it is very difficult to have consistently decent service. Thanks.SUSAN T.
Crew is really hard working and friendly.... Don't get me wrong as friendly as a group of over worked manly men and womanly women can be! I used this location 3 times over the holiday weekend cause I just couldn't get it right on my end and the staff was helpful friendly and went over all policies thoroughly! I had to sweep out the cargo van before I could do anything, dirt all over the floor. The lady that checked me in when I returned the vehicle was the absolute worst and only reason I will never use this location again!! At first she said I would get an email. I told her I wanted to be checked in and walk away with a receipt because I didn't use as many miles as I was charged. I can get over a dirty floor but out right rudeness and attempted to blame me for damaging the vehicle when in reality it was dirt that came off when I rubbed it with a paper towel and windex. She spit on her finger and rubbed the area, I was in shock!! She got her manager involved and even after he told her I had the insurance that it didn't matter she kept arguing with me that I wrecked the vehicle!! I explained that I was in a hurry, had purchased the insurance (again after her manager had already told her ) and didn't understand why she just couldn't get the mileage now and do the rest after I left. The lady just looked at me like she wanted to slap me and I swear she began to move even slower going about checking every inch of the vehicle!! Once we got back inside she did what she needed to at the computer, handed me a piece of paper and said â€œ here.â€ Just wow!!! I asked about how they charged, twice or once with a credit. She just looked at me and said nothing, not a word!! The other lady working stopped helping her customer to answer my question. No, I will not be back!Carol T.

Unit was very old and dirty inside . Barely got it off the lot and blinker wiring stopped working despite the fact that our vehicle is a week old and our adapter was brand new. Despite the fact that we had done online check in, it took forever to get our unit checked out.Jennifer S.
We made a reservation for Fayetteville, not in Springdale, 20 minutes away; 40 minutes round trip. The kid on the phone told me the new location had been trying to contact me all day about the change. No one called, emailed, or texted me (after my second phone call trying to find the Springdale location because no one answered the phone, I was told they never tried to contact me).. It was a massive inconvenience and no one cared a bit. Terrible, terrible lack of customer service. Insulting, really.Mechele O.

Location was good. The truck I rented was perfect for what I needed. The service man was not friendly. Never smiled. I made some light humorous convo and he did not engage. I really wondered if he just did not like his job as he stated â€œwe have been slammed for the past 18 monthsâ€ or maybe due to logistics type work he is not sociable. I think having the gas tank at 3/4 full instead if filled up is just another tactic for UHaul to get a customer's money. It is hard to fill a truck you aren't used to driving exactly back to 3/4 full.Karen H.

Truck had a definite dog/musty smell in the back end. I left it open to air out. I couldn't return online because I couldn't get location to register. Truck was clean and the gentleman who took my return was very nice.Richard D.
No improvement suggestions. I have used this location several times either moving my children to or from the U of A. Although there are several rental locations in Fayetteville, some of which I have used in the past, I have used this location exclusively for the past three to four years and have been very pleased with each use experience.Lesley C.
