GERALD RWhen I rented my 10' truck on the day of my move I did a pre trip inspection the rear passenger tire was low and had a check engine light. But overall drove comfortably and smooth.
DEVONE FWent couple of time. Staff are discriminating and rude. They are very unprofessional. I was not disclose that ceiling light inside of truck broken and I was given key to inspect truck. When I told him, they said they are know that. Other time, guy does not care about customer and does not give proper information. I will not recommend this place anyone again.

The staff did not seem to be aware of my reservation and the trailer was not Available for pickup when I arrived as it was buried behind two other trailers.

luis lduring check in the representative was very friendly and courteous and aproach me in a profesional way, everything went well after that, but today I got hit with a 11 USD charge, I called and inquire about it, they charge me 11 dollars for gas, which you charge 5 dollars for a gallon, I sent an email today, because I drove 7 miles with the van, and a cargo van does at least 25 miles to a gallon, theres no way that I used 2 gallons of gasoline.

Tarra STruck broke down and left me stranded on the shoulder of 95 south and then this location charged me the full estimated amount of over $750. Horrible branch of U-Haul. I will avoid using U-Haul ever again. Certainly will not ever rent from this location again.

ABU AThe weather was awful and down pouring so it was impossible to get to the location on time for pick up so I was hoping they would be more understanding of letting me return truck back a bit later since I needed it for the full two hour window. I had zero guidance on which truck was mine (I had to check every truck and put key in ignition to see if it was my rental) and had no clear idea to what steps to take upon return of vehicle.

Lauren PI had requested for 2 different dollies but one of them was not available. So they gave us 2 dollies of same kind. If you don't have a dolly available, just mention it so we can arrange a better alternative. The dollies that were provided were really small and super inconvenient to carry furniture around.

I would go out of my way to tell anyone who knows of the U-Haul storage facility to not use it. In 90° heat that is unfair to make people carry items upstairs. And I pay $160 a month for this unit. Now that I've offered this feedback I would like to hear from U-Haul on what you will do to credit me.

Non U-haul staff members often waiting outside the facility soliciting work or sitting on the loading dock and have had to ask staff to ask them to move. Dumbwaiter elevator doors cumbersome. Often times other individuals did not know to close the exterior doors to make elevator available to others. We moved to another facility that was very well lit, plenty of parking, modern elevators and non-profit pricing so we were able to get more space at a lower price.

Ian O | Premières impressionsThe Facilities manager who called me on Saturday afternoon was rude, impolite, unprofessional and a straight out little pr..k. (I am being kind here) The insolent little sh.t threatened me after his staff had let me know we could leave items next to the "Re-use Centre" as it was full of Uhaul boxes and equipment. The manager gave me a mouthful and told me the "Re-use" centre is closed and that the staff had no right to give me permission to leave any thing for Re-use. He instructed me that he was giving me until then end of the weekend to move the stuff shared for "Re-Use" and said he was noting the warning in the system as Uhaul do not dispose of belongings on behalf of clients. On arrival the next day there was one item left in the "Re-use" centre, I proceeded to clean out the storage unit and placed the left over item in to the locker. I then informed the Staff at the centre that Junk Luggers would be arriving in the morning to haul away the remaining items and asked what arrangement I could make to leave the Storage locker open for them. I was told that the items would be safe as the premises is under 24 hour surveillance and that they would put a red tag on the unit to seal it, that I did not have to lock the unit. The next day when Junk Luggers arrived they confirmed that the unit was locked with a red uhaul tag, but the contents of the locker did not match the inventory list I had shared with them. In short the staff appear to be nothing more than common criminals who helped themselves to the contents of the storage locker. If the staff did not commit the cold blood theft of the contents of the locker, you have a serious security problem on the premises. Lastly a staff member called me the next day wanting to charge me for taking my own lock and not returning it to them when I gave notice on the locker.

When I got to this facility, I had reserved a storage unit. The staff informed me that the elevators were broken in an extremely kind and empathetic manner and that I would unfortunately have to carry my stuff up the back stairwell 3 flights to the 3rd floor where my storage unit was. They compensated me for this graciously and more than fairly and were extremely empathetic, sensitive, and kind about it throughout the entire process. Even as I was waiting on them to work through my situation with me, they were continuing this behavior with each and every customer that I saw walk in that day. This staff deserves recognition! This is the type of customer service that makes a company and provides a good name for a company, especially during times like these. U-Haul has provided me with great optimism and reason to be a long time customer and I can assure this company that the benefit of a long time customer like me with referrals because of service like this will far outweighs the compensation that was provided due to inadequate facilities to provide easy access to the storage unit when unloading a truck. Thank you U-Haul! I want to personally say thank you and happy new year to each of the staff working that day, you all deserve great credit and recognition for what you did for me and please know that this does not go unnoticed and means a lot. They made me feel like a member of their own family. I was going through a divorce and a separation from my daughter that daily hug made my day and she had no idea how healing it was. I wonder if she even knows she hugs me.She is just great. I have told a lot of my friends to go there.There was a time I couldn't get access to my clothes. The storage was closed by the city for nearly 4 months. I had no clothes to wear to go to my interview and they could not let me in at all.It what a tough situation and I needed to get to that job interview and my suits were in that storage. I don't know how her and Jose pulled it off I got a rebate and I was able to buy a suit and tie for that interview and I got the job. Bravo to your team seriously.I love those two
