While the service received was good, the checkout was very, very slow. I arrived 10 minutes after they opened and there was already a line. Just one person at the desk, so I ended up waiting 30 minutes. Also, I had signed up for mobile check-out, but it wasn't working. But the process to check the van back in was quick and easy.

They charged me for gas of which I filled to where the gauge was when I got the vehicle. When I called the manager to ask for a refund he would now listen to me but yelled at me then hung up while I was still talking. Run!!!!

The lady at the desk-Ife is her name, she was very helpful, efficient and professional. Whereas I went in the week before, different lady-very unprofessional and honestly I think she was just overwhelmed & needed help. But getting my truck and returning it-their employees, Lamar & Ife, they made my experience much better than when I first went in for info.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. I was welcomed by the associate after I park my vehicle ,The attendant inside was very professional and the associate that pull the van around greeted me prior to my departure. This has been my best U-Haul rental this far. Keep up the good work. Raises for everybody.

Upon returning the vehicle 15 minutes after the scheduled time, I was approached by an employee with a not so pleasant tone asking “Did you just get out of this truck?” There was no formal greeting/gesture to inquire who I was and/or how was my experience. Not even a “Thank you for choosing U-Haul. Distasteful.

If reservation is made well in advance please let the customer know that the type vehicle they reserved is unavailable BEFORE they arrive to pick it up - Also offer a replacement vehicle instead of sending the customer to another poorly run location to stand in line for 30 minutes to completely start the process of obtaining a vehicle all over again - because this person has “ no way” of looking in the system to use the information from an existing reservation. Also - please replace needed devices instead of making the already stressful experience of moving worst by continuing to use a broken credit card reader instead of completing the transaction manually

This location is easy to find and return equipment. The man who checked me in was friendly and professional. He handed everything right at our car - we didn't even have to go inside. Check in was fast and easy.

I was not offered the one month free rent and could not get one collective insurance amount for all my property like renters policies. I had to pay insurance on each unit. That is very expensive.

Prices do not concur with what the associate presents to the customer, the staff is not trained properly with handling MINOR customer related issues the manager at this facility Mr Alford is not concerned with bridging the Gap to solve customer complaints. The staff is only as good as the manager above them if your manager shows no concern or initiative then why should your staff

U-Haul reserved this unit for me over the phone. I arrived to move-in and the unit was occupied. They didn't have any more units or any units close by. I was refunded my money but had to find a storage unit and add more miles to the uhaul truck I was driving. It was disappointing and an inconvenience. And cost me more money

I was called on a regular basis and my friend was called for no reason. I didn't owe money, but life happened and I wasn't able to move anything in. So why call if I didn't owe money. I will never store with haul again.

My issues: Traffic never called me about my truck reservation and truck pickup location before 6pm prior to my next day 10am pickup. I called them instead, stayed on hold for 30 min., kept calling until 5:45pm until I got someone. Took them a while to find my reservation. They told me the truck was to be picked up in a location different from what was on my online reservation file. When we picked up the truck, it was in poor condition. Problems with loose steering, bad transmission, oil dripping & smoking. Good: brakes & was clean. At drop-off location Rep claimed we drove 5000 miles & backed off when we disputed...then he noticed he was looking at the wrong truck on his phone. Advised him of truck mechanical problems ( thank goodness we only drove it less than 60 miles) but the Rep seemed unconcerned & just said OK. U-Haul needs to improve the online & phone assistance to support the customer experience...we should not have to hound them to verify our reservation & tell us where to find the truck. Plus better maintenance needs to be performed on the trucks...that truck could have easily broken down or caused an accident with its steering. The truck only had 30K in miles on it but poorly maintained. I have had better experiences with U-Haul in the past. I have no complaints about the storage facility experience. Just the truck rental.

I plan on having 24hr access and will need additional insurance. I Will park my vechiles there. In the past a controversy arose and police involvement was necessary. If a Con troversy arises you will be required to call the secret service of the Treasury Department in Atlanta on Peachtree Street, concerning Wade Jenkins Property. O am an Official.

Excellent customer service very friendly and hands-on staff they helped me every step of the way. They have storage units and rental vehicles all at the same location so it was a convenient for me. The Store Manager always helping someone was always courteous and every crew member under him was helpful and professional. I thanked them very much for everything they've done during my stay there. Definitely would recommend this location for any and all of your storage needs.

I want to thank Management, Jorris Alford for helping to make my move out more smoothly. I truly want to thank an employee by the name of Melvin, who seen I was having a difficult time moving out an item and came along side of me to help. I can never be more thankful to an employee with much gratitude that I have for this young man. I will be forever thankful and knowing an employee like this with such great magnitude only comes by rarely in a lifetime. I went to the Uhaul place there was a sign on the door saying i will be back in thirty minutes i wait at least 45 minutes before they came back they said they could knot help me after i wait al that time they said i would have to see the manager

I appreciate the accommodations made by this facility. The clerks were always efficient and friendly! I relocated to the area almost two years with EVERYTHING I've ever owned! When times became financially difficult for me, specifically due to COVID and lack of employment, the UHaul Stone Mountain facility kept me abreast of my liabilities well prior to being evicted! Then, they gave me an opportunity to retrieve my items without heavy fees! I WILL ALWAYS be thankful to this company because of their compassion!

I came to pick up a rental truck on 4/25/20 and I had the pleasure of being helped by Malik. He was extremely polite, humble and helpful.

The only issue I have is the fact that I was charged for gas and I put the gas back in the truck as followed and was still charged and called in for them to tell me there was nothing they could do about it... I will never use this company again stole my money and not trying to fix it....
