DAMEKAH TNot a location issue but a U-Haul issue. Reserved a truck a week in advance and was told they day before I had to pick up from a further away location. When picking up the truck they also said the dolly I reserved was no longer available. Made move significantly more difficult.

RUSSELL SSince IO changed drop off locations, an employee made the suggestion I call corporate which I did. I was helped by an agent named Sylvita. She provided excellent customer service.

IVAN ABlack Butterfly Salon , your dispatch. I am not sure where the disconnect is. However I ordered online a truck. Both time I ordered an appliance dolly. Both times the appliance dolly was missing. The response from Black Butterfly that's unfortunate that we do not have it. I was then transferred to the main line switch locations and they assured me it would be in my trailer for my 5am pickup. It was not. I was moving for two days and I NEEDED IT. Why is it so difficult to load a dolly. The young man at the memorial drive location drove it to my storage and your district manager was responsive so I thank them both however when people are moving and they ask for and pay for equipment it needs to be loaded whether you think it's important or not. It's important because your customer ordered it.

JOHNNIE FWe originally reserved a truck at RayMark at 1804 Glenvale Place in Decatur, Georgia. The business was closed. While trying to determine if we were at the correct location, the owner of the business next door came outside and informed us that the owner of RayMark had been arrested a few days earlier. This is very unprofessional and caused an inconvenience for us. I would NEVER advise anyone to rent from anywhere that is not an actual U-Haul center.

NZABINESHA BI will try my very best to never use U-Haul again. You advertise a vehicle for $19.95. You should state that the customer will be charged mileage as well. You make no mention of that until the customer is ready to pay. You should not surprise your customer.
KENNETH TWe are regular renters and the staff at this location is always pleasant and are very helpful. Even when they are extremely busy or have difficult situations going on they are patient and attentive to get everyone taken care of.

JOY Wi got pulled over by the police the transporter light never came on to state i was making a turn. but before i left i was told i had to buy that part in order to leave with it. he put it on and i still got a ticket. So i was not pleased with that.

LUDLOW BInterior front window was cleaned with a dirty rag. The truck drank a lot of gas and during acceleration the truck drops down a gear, which eats more fuel.
ROBERT LWait time in line resulted in me not receiving the requested and reserved truck, although I was on time and had reserved both online and with an associate. However, management took care of me.
ANTHONY WMy pick up was for 6:00, I stood online for 1 hour because there was one person working the counter. There were 2 workers outside who never came to assist except at 7 pm when he came in and turned off the lights, then he took the person beh8nd me and took the girl who was helping me to assist him in helping that man. This was the worse experience and I do not plan on renting from uhaul ever again.
DONNA LEquipment was clean but it is too old and feels like front suspension/steering sister may come apart. Truck I used should not be rented out.

HAIMANOT BLocation was short staffed earlier in the morning. Attendant on the lot did not perform walk through prior to me inspecting the truck. There were items left in the rear cabin from the previous customers usage.

AKLILU GTruck was old and headlights were not very bright to be able to see at night, then the receptionist at the desk charged me a $100 deposit when it wasn't required and I had to get a refund… very unprofessional demeanor as well.. Definitely wouldn't recommend

MARVERY BI was not notified that my rental location changed, so showed up at one store on the morning of and was told to come to this location. When I arrived, the location was understaffed with a long line of unhappy customers waiting. During drop off, there was no inspection tech onsite to review the vehicle with me.
ACACIA DKath's service was excellent, but it took them more than an hour to serve me. I didn't see any interest in serving customers promptly. I can't recommend them. The only thing that saves them is Kath, who is very kind.
ALFREDO HI got in my Uhaul and it was no gas at all It was on E I ended up putting 75$ worth of gas in the truck plus 170$ for the truck and 30$ for a flimsy TV box I should've left there and purchased from Walmart much sturdier and 10$-12$ cheaper. I was thankful for the truck cause it was needed but I wasn't satisfied .

TENNILLE J | Expérience généraleThis will be a limited time for me. When I first got to my unit, the plastic thing was on the lock. Do y'all think ppl have scissors on them at all times? We don't. I had to burn it off. Then finally open the lift gate on my unit and there is only one thing in it…those rodent catching things. Yuck! Well thanks for letting me know my stuff will probably end up pest infested. I'm scared to go back and bring more as was my original plan. On the way out, I ran over a huge nail in t be poorly maintained parking lot. The position of the place is also confusing. I had to do about three u turns before I got to the right spot. Also there was no lock in the unit as stated. I had to go back to the office after sweating in the heat and moving all my stuff in. Then the girl at the front had the nerve to try and charge me for a lock. Huh? I'll be moving out soon.

A lot of things were discarded due to moisture and mold. I still will recommend but use the inside area. I will be filing a claim. Sentimental value. The black box inside was useless. There should be a receptacle for those who use the facility. That was an inconvenience.

The associate came out to me saw the issue I was having and switched me to a ground level unit and helped me get my box into the unit and I greatly appreciated that.

I was refunded my money but had to find a storage unit and add more miles to the uhaul truck I was driving. It was disappointing and an inconvenience. And cost me more money
