The truck was fuel tank was on quarter tank but the print out says it was a half tank.. So I get charged a extra $26 for fuel I didn’t burn.. I barely put 25 miles on the truck… You can rest assured that I will never do business with U-Haul again 😡😡😡😡… Also I called and told the manager about the gas situation, he prompted me to use the app to change the gas settings… Needless to say the app didn’t work and like I said I got charged extra money…

Fred CrudderFix the AC - it blows warm air and gets hotter after driving, I had to drive with the windows open for 140+ miles at highway speeds because at 81 degrees that day, it was too hot to drive with the windows closed and no AC. Whoever tried to fix the problem, did not put the dashboard back together, which makes it look like one of my own beat up vehicles. I had really wanted the cold AC to help keep me alert while driving without drinking a bunch of coffee. The windshield needs to be degreased. I cleaned it the best I could with Windex inside and out. Dash and cup holders were dirty, I cleaned it quickly with Windex, but, the middle cup holder was packed with black something. I should not have to clean that. I just stuffed a paper towel in it to remind me not to use it. Driver's side visor falls down and will not stay up or in place completely up. Looks like someone tried to pull it off or something. This is a 5 star place and I received a 3 star truck. Really, someone had to know the AC did not work with the dash being apart and clips hanging out. Thank you for the motorcycle trailer upgrade, it did work well. Driver's door does not close properly unless you slam it.

You as a company should really hire her as a general manager, even though I was upset. She still serviced me and got me a discount after her manager got mad at her first offer to me

Colin BrownPlease advise the persons answering the phones at the store locations to not berate the customer for calling to confirm that their truck is indeed on the lot, ready for pick-up. I had a poor experience in April 2023 when I reserved a U-Haul truck, received confirmation of its pick-up location after it was already changed once from my original location, to arrive and the truck was not available. I was then sent to a different location 25 miles farther from my original pick-up, only to receive a phone call on my way to the 3rd location to be told that the truck at the 3rd location was no longer available, so we were instructed to go to a 4th location 15 miles further from the 3rd location. Now I am an additional 40 miles from my original 5 miles location. So, when I call to ensure my rental is physically available for my pick-up time, DO NOT HAVE A SNIDE COMMENT AND SARCASTIC TONE OF VOICE! This was a poor way to start the day of moving. The rest of the U-Haul experience was very good from the actual pick-up and the drop-off. Both were above average.

Immediately, we went to move stuff into the truck and then unloaded it before storing into his storage space. Then we put more gas into the truck before returning it. The staff inspected it before sending the receipt to me by an email. Very convenient and very professional!!!

A lot of things were discarded due to moisture and mold. I still will recommend but use the inside area. I will be filing a claim. Sentimental value. The black box inside was useless. There should be a receptacle for those who use the facility. That was an inconvenience.

John Grover | Expérience généraleMy issues: Traffic never called me about my truck reservation and truck pickup location before 6pm prior to my next day 10am pickup. I called them instead, stayed on hold for 30 min., kept calling until 5:45pm until I got someone. Took them a while to find my reservation. They told me the truck was to be picked up in a location different from what was on my online reservation file. When we picked up the truck, it was in poor condition. Problems with loose steering, bad transmission, oil dripping & smoking. Good: brakes & was clean. At drop-off location Rep claimed we drove 5000 miles & backed off when we disputed...then he noticed he was looking at the wrong truck on his phone. Advised him of truck mechanical problems ( thank goodness we only drove it less than 60 miles) but the Rep seemed unconcerned & just said OK. U-Haul needs to improve the online & phone assistance to support the customer experience...we should not have to hound them to verify our reservation & tell us where to find the truck. Plus better maintenance needs to be performed on the trucks...that truck could have easily broken down or caused an accident with its steering. The truck only had 30K in miles on it but poorly maintained. I have had better experiences with U-Haul in the past. I have no complaints about the storage facility experience. Just the truck rental.
