First of all I am extremely disappointed in this location and uhaul in general. I had been trying to call for 4 days prior to my moving date to assure everything was in order, and didn't get to speak with anyone not one time. Secondly, they gave me the wrong size uhaul then lied and said the one given was the one requested... which was a lie. Third, the gentleman overprice and charged my fiancÃ© card for way more miles than we were initially told over the phone and in person. When the uhaul was returned, it was stated that he would be returned the overcharged funds; that is yet to be determined. I will be calling again to speak with a manager about this poor service.DERRICK V.
We stood in line (as the second people in line) for over one hour as the woman at the desk was more interested in her nails and answering the phone rather than letting it go to voicemail. It seems to me that the people standing and waiting should be attended to first. The customer service from her was pitiful. The gentleman who took the truck back upon return was excellent and performed his job efficiently. He was also quite pleasant and agreeable. Hire more people like him and fire the nasty front desk lady.MAHSHEED K.

We arrived at 3:45 and waited an hour for them to tell us that we couldn't do it because they were closing at 5:00. No one knew what they were doing and they were offended by the fact that we were upset because we had no where to put our things.
