Rent the equipment I actually reserved. It seems as though my refusal to haul your "faux PODS" resulted in your company LYING AND STATING THAT THERE WERE NO 20" trucks available. The PHONE CALL also LIED and stated that there were no 16" trucks available. Both types of trucks were at this location. But I got saddled with a 26" behemoth. We barely filled this truck halfway. Wasted gas. Stress of parking. Stress of driving. Stress of access at end location. one word PENSKE. I will NEVER RENT FROM YOU LIARS AGAIN. Can;t wait to read about your Chapter 11. If you're reading this, start looking for a more ethical company for which to work. This one sucks.

FRANCISCO BI reserved at a location which suited my need best. A rep called me and changed my location which put me 3 miles further each way. So I ended up paying for extra 6 miles. Also only one person at the counter. It took me 15 minutes to get help. My original reservation was to pick up using mobile app but when my location for pickup was replaced I list the access.

VAROUJAN AFirst, I was called at 7:30am to be told I had to switch locations. Then I rented and was told to make sure to bring it back with 1/4 tank of gas in it like it had. I did so. I literally got it above that that mark - spending $25. I put it over that amount across the street from the U-Haul location and was charged $27 for fuel. It had more gas in it when I returned it than when I took it. Ridiculous.

Marco NAfter hours return was difficult, there were numerous trucks blocking the driveway, it was very tight getting around all the other trucks and trailers, had to do several y turns in reverse to fit the trailer into a spot that wasn't blocking pathways for others.

Ronald WI had trouble returning the vehicle after hours. The Uhaul App kept crashing while taking photos of the condition of the vehicle. I noticed, in the app, that when I turned my camera sideways the app would crash. When I used the camera vertically, it worked, but I noticed that any deviation from directly vertical would crash the app. I tried multiple times which was frustrating. Then I would have to start the process over. I ran out of time and returned the vehicle feeling that I had not completely done it properly because the verbiage in the app makes me feel I have to do it properly or I will be penalized. I knew I could return the keys in the dropbox and not worry, however, If anything had happened I felt I would have been responsible, even though I shouldn't have been. Because I didn't fully finish the return process in the app, I wasn't sure where to return the keys. At this location it used to be on the side of the building, so I fished around and quickly discovered it in the front of the building. Thank you for adjusting the return of the keys to the front of the building.

Dimitri SWhen I picked up the truck, I I didn't know it had a metal object in the front drivers tire, causing it to leak. I took it back to get a replacement truck. The first one, I put $28 in to fill it up for what we needed for the delivery. When I returned it for a new truck, the second one was on low fuel. I filled it up with what was necessary, did our deliveries and brought it back with the same level of low fuel. Having put gas in both vehicles I was not compensated for the one and neither was I compensated for the aggravation of having to return the vehicle because of the damage tire. Poor management at this location.

Unfortunately when trying to pick up my trailer rental, the system was down, and information was lost, causing what should have been a short trailer pickup to turn into a multiple hour experience, and ended with my drop off location being 20 miles further than what was originally planned for.

There were either cars or trailers parked in front of and blocking my unit every time I came to access my belongings. There was an overgrown plant hanging down over the doors to my unit for months and it was not trimmed until I requested it be maintained so I could access my unit. For these reasons, I would not recommend this facility.

Honestly I'll never use Uhaul again because of it. The one way rental process was terrible. No one on the corporate side could figure out how to put the drop off location I requested. It took 4 phone calls to get someone that could do it. I went to the storage location and requested if they could they said to call corporate. After finally reaching someone who knew anything they inform me I have to drop it off by 9am on the due date. The documentation didn't mention the 9am time so I planned to drop off after work. But since I'd get charged an extra day I changed my meeting schedule so that I could come drop off the truck at 7am. Which I did. However. When I arrived there was only one employee who was cleaning a truck out. The drive was blocked. So I had to sit and wait 10 mins before I could pull in and drop off the truck. I dropped off the truck gave him the keys. And then a week alter get a bill for an extra day truck rental. He did not check it in until after 2pm thus I got charged an extra day because they don't do things timely at this location. I went in 3 times! Trying to get them to credit me. I emailed them(no response. . Called them. Every time they said the manager was out and couldn't do it themselves. I gave up and let them keep my. Money. I had a storage unit there. That I was slowly moving things out over about 4 car loads. EVERY single time I went there was only one employee always busy outside of the building so I had to stand and wait 10-15 minutes to get my "white lock" key to access my own stuff. They need help. Very poorly managed facility that needs staffing increases or changes. Clearly they need the money they stole from me for the extra rental day more than I do, hopefully they use it to help pay for additional staffing.
