This location was 20 min out of the way from my chosen location. Clerk didn't help me load dolly or pads, just told me where to grab them and I forgot them due to that. I paid and was charged for them even tho I didn't use them. They did recommend a better trailer which was helpful but didn't seem to car much about the job.Courtney S.

When I returned the truck, I parked in the designated spot by the sign that said to stay with the vehicle. When no one came out I went inside and the worker was heading out the back door. He went over to help the gentleman that needed propane. When he was done he looked my way and didn't acknowledge me. I went inside, he had a customer he was helping getting a truck. When he was done he asked me if he could help me and I told him I was there to return a truck and he told me just to leave the keys on the seat and he would email me a receipt. He seems avoid that he had to help me. I told him he was very rude and didn't acknowledge me outside, he stated that he didn't see me. When clearly he did. I was standing next to the truck I was returning. I feel he had no interest to help me and I found his customer service to be very poor. If he would have just acknowledge me in the parking lot and let me know I could leave the keys in the truck, I would have understood, but his attitude was that of not wanting to help me as a customer. I returned my truck on Saturday 10/9/21 @ around 4pm. I did not get the man's name who was working at the time. He seemed to be the only employee there at the time.SCOTT S.

My original contract was crap. The place I was supposed to pick up my uhaul at was no longer providing the service and I had to get another uhaul at this location. Very bad experienceEVAN L.
For the amount of money spent, this truck was not sufficiently clean, especially during COVID, the floors were filthy, my items got soiled from all the filth, I'm never going to use this service again, and will encourage my family members and peers to do the same. I've never been so disgusted with a company like yours, and you're one of the major transportation companies and I would expect more from you.Charise M.

The truck was extremely dirty and smell horrible inside. Had to clean the doors and use air freshener inside the car. No one had it cleaned after last used.ROBERT O.
I was charged for 3 gal of gas. I suspect fraud. I drove 20 miles and put in about 1 gallon of gas. Unless van makes 5 miles per gallon something doesn't add upVREJ K.

Service was good but there's only one person doing everything, some customers walk away because of the wait time , I almost did.. They need more personal. Also I got over charge because I drop the trailer earlier while close, I didn't know you get charge. Hopefully I won't need Uhaul again. Sincerely EddieEVERARDO R.

Andy the owner was there himself and helped us. When we arrived from out of town he had our information ready and our truck ready and asked us all the right questions without pressure and explained helpful options for when we returned the truck. I'm in the real estate business and I've heard a lot of stories over the years about how they didn't have the truck this happened in that happened to blah blah blah. Let's just say none of that happened here and I felt the willingness to take time to post about Andy and his operation at this location. The place was clean, organized, and he took pride in his operation. It went very very well from start to finish.Dustin R.

People were nice at check out, but I had filled up the van before getting it in and the meter never went up to full. So, I had expressed my concern to the people receiving the cars, and the people weren't and I got charged. I had came in early, too. And could have gone across the street to try to fill up again. So, a little irritated at the service. I had written to corporate and got no response back, so tried posting this on Google and might on yelp, also.HELENMIA P.

It turns out that the auto trailer had 2 different types of tires on it, 2 of which were not supposed to be on that type of trailer. The result was a blow-out in the middle of the Arizona desert which left us stranded for over 4 hours, awaiting a service provider. It was an extremely dangerous situation arising directly from the negligent installation of the incorrect tires on the trailer by U-Haul personnel. I expect a full refund of the cost of this rental and follow-up contact from a U-Haul representative.Charles H.

This place was a disaster. When I arrived they said they didn't have the truck I reserved ( though they did have a truck like the one I reserved but said it was reserved for someone else). So then they started looking for another truck at a location another 5 miles away. I had already been rerouted to this location by uhaul reservations and had specifically called to change and confirm my pick up time. I received a text from uhaul saying I was good to go, but when I got there they just said it wasn't actually confirmed. Fortunately, after spending about 20 minutes to sort it out, someone returned the van I needed. The employee said that he would cancel the new reservation he had made for me at the other location, but he didn't actually do that. As I went out to the truck, the other employee there gave me a dolly and two bags of furniture pads, but I had only asked for one when I made my reservation. I also distinctly heard the customer who had returned the van say there was a dolly in the back. When I mentioned this to the employee she said there wasn't a dolly in the back. As it turned out, I was right, and there was a dolly in the back, so I had to haul that back in. Then, when I went to finalize things for the truck, he sent me the contract, but it was for the wrong vehicle. I went back inside to sort it out, but the employee who had been helping me had vanished. The other employee working there said she couldn't help me (even though there were no other customers) and didn't know where the other worker had gone. It turns out he was in the bathroom, but I stood there waiting for about 5 minutes. When I told him the contract he sent was for the wrong vehicle he said it didn't matter and to just go through the process anyway. So after taking all the photos to document that it was the wrong vehicle, I got to the part where I needed to verify the mileage, but of course it was a totally different number because it was for a different vehicle and I couldn't change it. It said to talk to an employee. So I went back in again and he told me to refresh the page, but that didn't work. Finally he sent me a new contract and I had to go through the whole process again. It took me about 45 minutes to actually get my truck. Beyond all that, I had asked for the self check out because I'm trying to avoid contact with people given the covid 19 crisis. But of course that was impossible to do since uhaul had messed up my reservation. But even worse, the employee that I had to deal with wasn't wearing a mask, which is in violation of the orders currently put in place by the county. It's also just a really stupid idea and certainly made me feel unsafe. So overall, there were massive errors by the uhaul reservation team and also by the employees at this location; my experience was pretty poor, but unfortunately that's exactly what I've come to expect from uhaul. It's a shame you have a monopoly on truck rental, because if I had a better option I would certainly work with someone else in the future.ANDREW T.
The morning individual was outstanding. The evening was horrible. I arrived at the return area. Two employees left md waiting. Both saw me. One was working with another person securing a trailer. He finished . He clearly saw. He never knowledge but he returned to his in store. The second saw me to. She went to swept. She too returned to her station. I had to go in ask for help They just said leave key in the truck we will email. The sign stated wait for someone to help you. They were no help. Useless employee.Mauro D.

Rental vehicle smelled very strongly of weed and it gave me a headache for the entire duration of the rental. Please air out/febreeze the vehicle in between rentals if it smells like someone smoked (weed or otherwise).MYUNG L.

You can honor the initial reservation location. My reservation was moved twice and ultimately added 15 miles to my travel and expense. The last location change U-Haul Reservations made was the day of the pick-up. Very unprofessional and inconvenient.Thomas J.
I reserved a utility dolly with my truck rental but when I arrived to pick up the truck there was no dolly. I also refueled the truck to 7/8 as it was when I took delivery of the truck. My receipt says I left it at 3/4 and was charged 11,50 $ for 2 gallons. Not happy at all with this location. I also tried calling to resolve my issue and was informed my hold time would be 39 minutes before getting help. Budget next timeShawn D.

Cindy was absolutely fabulous. Thank goodness for her because the rest of the rental experience was terrible. The website was a mess and wouldn't let me log on, change password, check stud, etc. I never received a call the night before my reservation to confirm time and loacation. I had to call the Traffic number to get any info. My truck was confirmed. When I went to pick up, my truck had been given to another party earlier in the day by the Uhaul staff at my location. After calling traffic again, I eventually was given a bigger truck, for the lower price ( thank you - good customer service). Overall the experience was frustratingCHRISTINE R.
I inquired about the cost to drop the vehicle off at a location closer to my destination (Davis CA). The attendant originally told me it would be an extra 4,00 $ to drop the trailer off in Woodland. When it came time for me to pay, the price jumped nearly 100 $. I asked her to change it back and she wasn't able to. She called her GM and he suggested I pay the extra 100 $ask ask for a refund after I return it. I asked her to call customer service and they were able reset the cost back to the original price. It was a waste of time and I was pressed for time.Keir K.
