I have no issues with this store, it's the "neighborhood uhaul" that was absolutely ridiculous to deal with, JV Convenience in Maple Ridge. They should have their contract with uhaul removed given the delay we had to deal with after they lied to the staff at the King George location. The staff at the King George location is amazing and they went out of their way to help. I'd love to deal with them again if it wasn't for us moving away.

The representative was extremely slow. I spent 45 minutes in line because he was alone and nobody can help him. When I came to return the trailer I waited 15 minutes until somebody make inspection and let me go.

I had no reservation ( recommend to always get one) and I was In and out for a 9ft utility trailer in mins. Great price. Made a long over due dump run so easy. Awesome friendly service. Thx team

Needed a cube van for an appliance purchase. Stopped in at Surrey location and picked up 15' truck with loading ramp. Had truck returned in just over 2 hours. Seamless rental with all receipts online/emailed. Cheaper and easier then paying for delivery!

Pickup location changed. It was too far from my initial location. It took too long to get the truck once we got to the location. There was only one person on staff available to check in customers and it took 30 minutes

The time i rented, it was perfect, lady was very hepful and explained everything briefly. Return was painful, The guy, Dalbir, who was supposed to be helping us basically made our return a WORST and UNFORGETTABLE experience. He was so rude with each and everything. I was looking for his name tag to get his name, he realised that i was looking for his name he came at me with the THREATENING statement “Dalbir is my name wherever whenever….” I don't exactly remeber the words he said but i would like to add, worst customer seevice experience. I am never coming back and would even recommend my friends to never go that way.

We tried to phone ahead of time to arrange drop off but was put on hold for way too long. We just have up and came to the location. Fix the phone situation and I would rate as excellent.

On the day of pick up, it was busy. As we stood in line we witnessed an irate customer interaction with a male staff. The staff sounded like he was trying to stay calm but the older staff lady beside him rudely chirped up in his defense. She was rude and it was awkward to listen to. The south Asian lady that served us wasn't friendly. Maybe the weather was too hot and everyone was irritatable. She seemed annoyed and very robotic in processing our transaction. They asked who's Rav4 was parked outside and we said I was ours. She said, you have to move your car. We were in the middle of payment set up and had to tell her we'd like to finish here first. The guys outside were nice enough. The south Asian man told me I wasn't allowed to park where I was but he was nice about it. Low points for the 2 female staff and high score for the 3 men.

Your 24/7 truck rental is absolutely awful. Took us an hour to get the truck. Lots of internal errors which made me constantly have to restart process

Experience was good. Would recommend having the staff take a quick minute to make sure they are doing the correct thing on busy days. The nice man who hooked up the trailer to my hitch did a great job, except that he forgot to raise the leg. If i didnt know any better than I would have started driving like this and could possibly damage the trailer.

Mobile pickup app did not work when getting the vehicle in the. Would not load and would keep giving me errors. Had to wait in line another 40 minutes with other customers with similar issues. Also booked a furniture dolly days before did not receive. Asked days prior on the phone to remove the moving blankets against the wall to get more space for our move. They did not on the morning and the customer support said I can't help you.

My reservation was changed...equipment AND location. The apologies are nice, however, that didn't help the fact that it added time and mileage to my move. The date change is unacceptable. I had help lined up for the day that I reserved the truck for - one of which took a day off work to help me. I'm lucky to have friends that helped on short notice. Because of the lack of trucks available, I paid storage in two locations while waiting for a date for a truck to be available only to have it changed TWICE!

Booked 10 feet truck 3 day's ahead. Went this location and they said we are fully booked and changed your truck to cargo van without telling customer and without knowing customer need. Even there is. 2 available truck how come those are secured booked for someone and for one customer they can change without any reason.

I am giving poor rating because of staff. They are horible, unfriendly. Facility is nice and clean, another problem is every time you get there U haul trucks block the entrance and you cannot enter parking

The car dolly provided was clearly in poor shape in that it had bald tires and was generally poorly maintained. When I pointed out this to the employee and requested another unit and he advised that this was the unit to be provided because it was going out of province. As soon as I was on the highway with the unit the right light assembly fell out and I had to re-attach it with duct tape as the fasteners were missing. That night, I lost the other light completely while on the road.

The women that cashed me out was very dry and robotic. So robotic that she spoke so fast I had a hard time trcking her. The trailer had packed mud on it. I purchased a ball to tow and they set it up. It was the wrong size ball for the hitch and the chains dragged almost the whole trip. I had it fixed in Maplewood Minnesota because the chains kept braking.

There was a man and a woman behind the desk, the woman was the only one helping people and she took the person behind me before me which was incredibly rude, and no one apologized when I said something the man behind the desk didn't even look up at me from the computer when I asked if he could help me instead of The woman behind the desk because she had taken the gal behind me. All he said was she'll help you implying the woman behind the desk.

When I rented a trailer, the attendant asked if I could back the trailer into one of the open trailer spots when I returned and an attendant would help. When I returned, I parked the trailer and looked for an attendant. I let the attendant know I was parked and needed to disconnect, he said he'd come back to help. While waiting, another vehicle pulled up and the attendant helped him with his trailer while I was left waiting. I asked the attendant why he didn't help me as I was there 20 minutes before the other vehicle arrived. He said, he thought he was there before me… extremely poor service.

There was a pile of red spice (chili or curry powder) spilled in the cab that stained my shoes, and it was not swept, and vehicle was dispatched with lower level of fuel than indicated on paperwork, the pick up location had huge lines and the link for condition review didn't work (said timed out) but overall despite being busy and overworked the staff were pleasant and tried to assist everyone and accomodated our needs.. overall it is no deviation from what I might expect from a moving service near month end.

Rude customer service in Vancouver. We booked 1 month in advance to be sure to have it. We got 3 confirmations, and the the day before and delivery day they changed the pick up location 4 times, first in North Vancouver, after in Richmond, then Port Coquitlam but on the way they told us that the truck wasn't available anymore. Tired to talk on the phone we went back in Richmond office where they likely found a truck in Surrey, where we found very rude people. Also, we asked for 20 feet truck and they gave us 15 in really really dirty condition and with few gas. I also had to throw part of my house furniture because the smaller truck size at the last minute. In Vernon in the drop off location the guy didn't receive the right quantity of gas I found in the truck in Surrey, but at least in the office the people were much more polite and easy to talk with. In Vancouver instead we found really rude service. Talking with many friends, they all had similar experiences and they told me to don't use your service anymore because the changing size, locations and not able to guarantee the truck at the last day and not at last very rude people

The staff at this location have been a GREAT pleasure to deal wit, over the last year and a half. Very pleasant, happy, as well with a sense of humour. It has been a great experience, storing my belongings in the unit, at this location. I'm sure to stop by, occasionally, just to say Hello.

The UHAUL location on 84th Ave and King George messed up my storage reservation so I ended up at this location because it had a locker the size I needed. 3 other families were moving in at the same time, while one party was using all 3 carts and monopolizing the elevator. We complained to the front staff and finally were able to get to a cart. 1 elevator is no acceptable for a storage this size it was complete chaos. Once up to my locker another tenant had stuff all down the hallway. I cant wait to get my items out of this location. Even waiting to be processed the space is small and there as a line up of 5 people ahead of me. Im not happy with the service I received from UHAUL (either of the location).

Staff accommodated my needs and were quick to respond to most inquiries via email. I have to say the staff don't get enough credit, I mean the amount of crap they get from customers seems to go unnoticed by most... that being said, staff should not take other customers crap and pass it to the next... long story short, I can't give thanks to the extremely salty female csr (who knows why she is the way she is ), but BIG THANKS to the GM and AGM 

Every time I went to load/ unload my car your workers would block me in or park stupidly close to my car the last time I was there they double parked a truck for no reason there was 5 other stalls but wanted to park close to my car than help other clients in the office with booking trucks and taking payments but when I go inside to pay for the month they can't help me at all over all this was a really bad experience and will never come back. I would rather spend my money elsewhere

The storage locker leaked with some water damage to stored items. I expected little from Uhaul but was annoyed that I got less. Not even a condolences call from management. No acknowledment of liability I guess.

Why is it that I was able I reserve a storage unit online and had everything setup ready for a specific move-in date only to learn from the location staff that my reservation is not guaranteed and it's still first come-first serve basis which made me panic to rush down to the location to pay-in advanced just to hold my unit ahead of the date that I actually need to start the rental on. It feels very much like I got scammed.

When I first opened the storage their was a transition in management. The alarm system was due for an upgrade it kept going off after hours even when i had 24h access. The management seems to change over often doesn't make U-Haul look very good to us renters. Upon me moving out i purchased boxes I had to park near King George as the workers had all their trucks parked In front of the main doors and visitor parking. I was struggling carrying the boxes out to my car and the 2 employee's standing talking one on their phone in front of the door backed out of my way rather than offering to help me. Then on moving out day again the trucks were parked in front of the loading doors. I asked if he could move the truck he said no not really and their was 3 empty spots for the truck. Over all U-Haul would be a great company if the staff was trained better and monitored.

i lost my keys and was told i could gain access to the locker myself by bolt cutters, grinder or locksmith. i had tools so i chose that option. ended up causing a little damage to the door and they charged me almost 1 000 to replace the door and did not accept any responsibility for the employee that told me i was able to cut the lock myself by sharing the cost of the replacement or anything. they are extremely rude men that work there and have horrible customer service and people skills.

The facility was maintained and clean however parking there was absolutely horrendous. They had way too many trucks parking around with rarely any parking spots open for our regular cars when we needed something from our storage units. Upon move out tbe staff was absolutely terrible and rude. We had 4 storage months for about a year paying over $400 a month for the units and when we went to move out the staff kept being rude to us because we we had our truck parked in front so we could load. Obviously moving out 4 units takes time. They kept rushing our moving guys and kept being rude during the entire process. Very poor customer service there.

When I called team didn't seem to communicate with each other. Upon arrival team wakes around aimless didn't greet anyone 5 customers waiting in line. I had to ask your team to open till twice.

My overall experience with U-Haul Langley and Head Office was horrible as they took my reservation on moving day but had given the unit away by the time I arrived with my goods, but Surrey was great.

UHaul has e-mailed me to ask me to comment on Ubox service in Surrey, B.C. I have never had a UBox there. I never booked any UHaul service in Surrey, B.C. UHaul online system is broken. Don't trust it

When we came to pick up our uship boxes. They were not ready for the time we were promised they would be ready. The boxes were loaded on the trailer incorrectly and needed to be reloaded... No space.

Staff fooling around in vehicles. Only one trolley available to move my items. When asking staff for assistance they are nonchalant and surly. Not happy with the frequent price increases.
