I asked for a utility dolly and I paid for it. However, it was not in the cargo Van! When I return the van, I told them and they said they will refund me. I still have not received any refund.

1. Improve mobile app. process. It did. Or save time 2. Keys were not in lockbox. Had to go to counter and wait in line. 3. Return process was extremely slow 4. Make clear gas purchase or refuel options are clear up front.

When I get the Dolly the she tells me. I pay one time 58 dollars. But now I pay 108 it's crazy. But I never came back on this store. It's very unsatisfied.

The truck we reserved was not available at the pick up time. They gave us another truck as we were already 1 hour past our reservation time. They told us that there is no extra charge for the larger truck and we can keep it for a day vs. the initial 8 hours we booked. Then in the final bill, they charged us for 24 hours! These people are dishonest and unprofessional. I will never do business with them again. They tricked us!

Credit card machine stopped working. Good thing I had cash but I waited at least 20mins despite having a reservation. Upon returning, I have 1dollar something to reimburse but looking at the line, I just did not get it anymore. Please fix your computer system

Continue to hire competent and friendly staff. I have worked with many U-Haul locations and the people are consistently excellent at their jobs. A particular shout-out to Catherine (sp?) who helped us with this rental. She was great. It would improve things if you could speed up the processing of rentals. The lines get pretty long. Having the counter people actually check and set up the equipment is a problem here. Perhaps they could hand that responsibility off and help the next customer once the rental itself is handled. Also, you might want to set up a way for people who are just in the store to buy supplies to skip the line of people who actually renting equipment.

When we arrived at 5pm 9/28 to pick up our rental truck, there was only one person working the front, about five groups of customers waiting, and there appeared to be a wave of scheduled vehicle returns that were backed up, one mystery pickup they couldn't give us because it wasn't checked in or something was wrong with it, and no vehicle we reserved. We had to ask if there was an alternative available, and were sent off with a 9' van that was great. We brought it back early and I suspect that helped them avoid more disappointed customers. The guy outside who helped us (African American male, medium build, short black hair, 5'11" maybe?, Late 20s) was super nice and very helpful. He got us set up in the van when we arrived and checked out no problem when we returned. Overall it was an imperfect experience, bit it worked out and the staff were very helpful even when visibly in a stressful situation.

They called to deliver the unit on a different day than scheduled. They were supposed to deliver between 9:30a-11:30a. They didn’t arrive until 12:30 & Unit wasn’t delivered until 5p. Pickup was late.

My experience is in regards to my overall uBox experience versus just the Takoma Park location. UHaul told me and my moving help that the uBox would be delivered to the Chillum Rd location. Incorrect

Driver, Maurice, was awesome and very polite. One suggestion - you should get trailer hitch locks. Easy to potentially have someone come and hook up the trailer and tow away the entire box!
