I am HIGHLY disappointed in my service I received, it seems it's company policy that if one rsvp a truck with a tow dolly or any other equipment, IT DOESNT MEAN YOU RSVP THE EQUIPMENT, so they GAVE AWAY MY EQUIPMENT and this had a difficult move, I WILL NOT ISE UHAUL AGAIN,. THEN the gas was on 1/4 tank, they gave me a 34 dollar discount, but I returned the truck with wayyyy more then 34 dollars worth of gas…

Ever since Enfram (spl?: new manager guy) has taken over, it seems like everyone there is there to work, less stressed out, and even very pleasant (at times). The new hires/faces there are friendly. It's refreshing. I've been there when it's busy and slow. With Enfam it's been great. Go Uhaul! Now start scheduling home vehicle delivery! You Can Do It!!!

Way to many furniture pads and flooring was a mess. But over all. The woman who delivered my boxes was very polite. And really knew what she was doing. When asked were I wanted my boxes I told her and it was done. No problem. Great doing business with UHaul good place. And very inexpensive. From across the state.

Excellent customer service overall from start to finish. One improvement, tell loitering persons near entrance to move off property. They are in the way of incoming and outgoing vehicles. Does not look good for your business for them to be propped on your trucks.

The location was efficient and quick! The person that hook the trailer up was very personable and made sure all the lights work and that it was on the vehicle tight. Thank you U-Haul for a great experience!

Make the online pickup software work. After submitting all the required pictures of myself, my driver's license, etc. on the morning of my scheduled pickup, it asked me for a phone number of SOMEONE ELSE (???) who would confirm my reservation? What the heck was that? I am not a business. It would not accept my wife's phone number. Was I supposed to have you wake up one of my friends at 7:30a.m so you could ask them who I am and whether they knew that I was renting a truck? Crazy!!! What a total waste of my time. Fortunately by the time I was completely frustrated, the location opened at 7:30a.m. and I was able to complete my pickup at the counter. I will NEVER try picking up before hours again.

The service was slow and the staff was untrained. The manager was having to check and do all their work. The lines were long and the rate changed from what was quoted via the website. They did not have the items I requested in my original order and couldn't explain why my original online order was less. If this is how Uhaul is run nationally I do feel sorry for a brand that once was a leader.

There were a lot of people standing around asking if we needed to rent a truck. That was unnerving. I guess they wanted to help load a truck, but I was uncomfortable with that. The employees working inside were great and very professional.

I was helped by the owner so I assumed it will be a excellent experience but I was wrong new young lady was much helpful than him. He as owner doesn't seem he likes to work there so he shares not cares or pasión to his own employees that's why this location is very poor in customer service and the truck are very old and duty

The gentleman who hooked up my trailer was wearing his mask on his chin, not covering his nose or mouth, even when he was interacting with me standing very close. If you require masks, they should be worn properly.

Online self check in process was a nightmare. Extremely confusing and the software was not working properly. Lines were very long, and they were not ready with my dolly either and acted surprised that I ordered it. Overall a very difficult process at the pickup center.

This was a terrible experience. My pick up day was delayed by 15-days and each time.it was delayed it was not communicated to me. I had to call nearly every 3-days because my pick update was being moved and no one would tell me. Then there was no explanation on why it was being delayed or what the issue was with the multiple delays. Then when it was finally picked up it arrived 6-days after the projected delivery date. I was given a partial refund but this was such a huge inconvenience. I was delayed moving into my place by 3-weeks. I will never use this service again unless there are significant changes

When I went to return the vehicle it was extremely difficult. The app was not working properly and I communicated that to several of the uhaul staff who were present. There only comment was you will be charged an additional 20,00 $ if I dropped off. Although it was 7:15 pm ( the location closed a 7:00 PM but staff was still there and informed that the Uhaul App was not working properly they didn't seem to care ). I along with several other customers pleaded our case the app was not operable and you could not download your images of the dash board of the mileage and gas). I am very disappointed in Uhaul and expected much more from an iconic brand such as this.

Customer service needs to improve. There were only two associates; one of them would attend to customers outside. The other would be on her phone while serving customers, thereby taking up more time than required.

The representative at the counter was super rude, didn't have a professional appearance, she was cursing while she was typing on the computer, just in general she wasn't having a good day. It's like we were getting free service. Even explaining about the timing , mileage and everything was like we taking an order . Super poor customer service. Cleanliness was poor for a professional person, her white jacket is turning dark . Atleast have a little respect for your work and clients put a smile on your face. Be easy.

The app would not let me check out and repeatedly asked me to upload an odometer photo after I did so about 20 times. I eventually just went to the counter to return the vehicle. I would have liked a reminder to return the vehicle fueled as well, since the app didn't remind of that until I was starting the checkout process (I know it's pretty standard, but I don't rent frequently.) Folks at the place were nice, but the phone app needs work to be effective.

An express online checkin turned into an hour long wait in line. An hour in which I officially was already paying for the rental. On my arrival two different staff told me I had to Jin the back of the checkin line despite my online checkin. Once at the desk, the assistant informed me I should have connected with staff outside for check-in. I was never told I needed to take photos of any scratches/damages on the vehicle upon pickup - I found this out incidentally. On returning the vehicle I waited 15 minutes before hunting down a staff member to whom I could give the keys. Missing the pre-pandemic efficiencies I enjoyed at this location.

This location is nearly impossible to get into from the street. The ONLY way to enter is coming from the south on New Hampshire Ave. Parking is limited for leaving your own vehicle during your rental. Otherwise the experience was mostly positive. There were several staff waiting on customers. The waiting was organized and kept to a minimum. The return process was amazingly simple. This location has huge fleet of vehicles standing by for rental (visually anyway). There is a Shell gas station three blocks south on NH Ave.

I had a reservation that started at 0730. I was checked out at 0750 -- there were three associates, and I was asked to wait in line for a few minutes, as the second of two customers. I was surprised that the rental period expired at 1130 instead of about 1150. It wasn't a big deal: I returned it right about 1130.

I filled the gas to where it was and they charged me for 4 gallons. I waited for 15 minutes for a rep to check my return and he didn't come back so I left. I had to call the store hours later for someone to generate a receipt after o returned the vehicle 12 hours early???? Service sucked the lady on the phone was rude and I believe she overcharged me on purpose. I usually rent twice a month and I never bring the gas in short NEVER !!!! I'm going to look into the competition

I utilize Uhaul regularly for personal and business needs. I would never patronize this location again. Not only is the customer service terrible, the owner and employees do not care. They are well aware of he issue but walk around pretending to be busy to not assist. Very unfortunate visit, almost made me late for my appointment from standing in line for ridiculous amount of time. Then when I finally received the truck, the owner pulled up and just walked off. Without any conversation or mentioning addressing gas, miles, or possible damage. Worst experience, terrible owner, employees are bad too. This place needs to new management and ownership, I was seriously disgusted that I had to patronize since I was picking up my furniture and that was the only location available with the size I needed. Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. I stood in line over 20 minutes without so much as a "Welcome", Due to them making me late, I was not able to return it on time either the following day. My whole day was messed up by there lackadaisical and lazy customer service. Then was more upset when I was charge additional for the return when I was late by one hour. For a company that charges for every little thing, I would expect at least decent customer service and appreciation. Especially since without us, that owner's franchise would not be successful.

The customer service employee was not trained well and she has a bad attitude on top of her incompetence. The system was extremely slow (at least that was what we were being told) having each customer wait in line for 20+ minutes. It took me close to an hour just to check out an already reserved truck. I will not come back to this location for sure.
