Next time you rent a truck to someone, make sure it is totally EMPTY of the previous client's belongings . They called me and said I had to return the truck....immediately to them because it never should have left the lot due to someone leaving things in the truck. I though that was rude and unprofessional esp seeing I would have been charged for the extra mileage. I brought back the person's belongings, and the man there was very cavalier about the whole incident. I drove my own vehicle to return the items because we had already started packing it up for my move. I was told I would be given a credit for my troubles. Hi i originally reserved a u-haul at what turned out to be a mini mart and did not have a truck available at the time i had reserved it. i had to drive 10 mins out of my way to go to another location (kenmore ave) to get a truck. this put a delay in my moving process and added stress when i had people helping me for a limited time. this was very frustrating and not helpful. i'm not sure why it allowed me to reserve a truck where a truck was not available.Stephanie T.

The tires were bald no tread what so ever made me nervous the whole ride truck needed oil change kept poppin up on dash horrible experience i have 2 kids at home i could have been in a bad situation because you have trucks that are not maintained ... I originally signed to pick up on Elmwood Ave. and they sent me to another site for the van even though there WAS a cargo van at the site I registered with (EcoMart). The registration claimed the van was available when I clicked submit (my credit card). One hour later they changed me to go to Kenmore Ave. I didn't care for that, but since I was already scheduled for a small pick up I had no choice. I hope this does not happen again.Catherine D.

Your online program has problems. When beginning the rental process , it sends me to local mom/pop outlets with limited product and hours of operation. Company outlets have more hours and product and I prefer same. It took me a while to access my favorite location. Second, I have no smart phone and can't send a photo. You store staff performed this function. Store staff great. Don't frustrate customers with a difficult online process.Edwin M.

The person at the counter, who went out into the yard to show us where to park the trailer, was not very friendly and barely acknowledged us. A hello and a smile would be nice. She had us back into a very narrow spot, which was not easy. Because the location is convenient, we will be utilizing it again, despite the person we dealt with.STEVEN B.

I was re-located 4 times. Truck size was changed twice without a courtesy call. Given the wrong pick-up time 3 times. The experience with uhaul was horrible. These comments refer to U-haul in general. NOT the Tonawanda location in particular.Melissa W.
This location was able to get me a truck after I showed up to the original location that I was supposed to pick up from, but they did not have my truck ready after I set this up 2 weeks prior. The original location was EcoMart on Elmwood, which was absolutely infuriating that they never even thought to call me that the customer prior to me did not return the truck on time. He just told me to go to the Kenmore location and they handled. Thankfully they were able to!Brian J.
I was 20 minutes early for my pickup, followed the online instructions for my pickup. I had to wait 45 minutes to be verified for my online "touch less pickup" then had to go into the store to wait in line to get the keys. What's the point of reserving everything online days in advance to avoid personal contact and save time?. Literally took over an hour of my 4 hour rental to get the vehicle. Either don't offer an online check-in service or figure out a better way to determine eligibility. I shouldn't stand by the uhaul waiting for verification if I gave all of my information days in advance.Aaron B.

Got charged for using the dolly when we didn't. They use the cheapest ties to tie them, and/ or it wasn't secured properly so when I took a sharp turn the dolly went flying and now I'm charged because of their faulty system.Clare C.
