One associate came inside acting erratic; we thought he was just a random person based on his behavior, not an employee. Upon arrival of bringing the rental back, no one was inside or available to help. I have never had such a poor interaction at any other u haul I've rented from. I will never rent from this location again.

Ron W.This unit was the nicest and most comfortable U-Haul vehicle we have ever rented. Also the truck made super gas mileage on our trek to family, although the windshield wasn't cleaned on the inside. We noticed it driving to the west in the late day sun; it made seeing clearly somewhat difficult. I also want to say thank you to "Chuck", the lot guy who helped me with my return when I couldn't find anyone in the store. As a last note; I was impressed with the office person when we rented the vehicle, she had a great personality for customer interaction, she could give tips to the person who printed out my final receipt. Again, the unit was a wonderful road experience, thank you.

Sandy A.Horrible. The Check Engine light was on,the interior dome light was on the entire time. The truck was dirty ie a spilled and died up cola under the center seat in a storage compartment. The were 3 lighters under the seat, a house key, a bracket and an ear ring. I was told that the had just gone through a Level 2 diagnistic...."just like a NYSI ". A CK ENGINE LIGHT FAILS A NYSI. why was i given this truck. Moving is hard enough without this crap.

frank R.I was given a truck that the A/C didn't work and they KNEW it didn't work. You try that in late August and see how happy you are. I was supposed to get a $50 credit for my reservation having to be moved to a different location that was farther away from me, not to mention I couldn't get the lock open to access the key for the truck, the card they 'applied' the credit to is not my card.. I keep getting told it was applied to the card I used for the reservation, not the card I used to pay the charges. 1. that is a ridiculously stupid way to do business, and 2. the ending digits of the card number she said she applied it to do not match any card or account I have. I've used Uhaul to move many times, I've even recommended Uhaul to many friends, I will NEVER do it again.

I couldn't fit the item I was going to move in the first U-Haul and they were able to switch it for a larger one only about 30 minutes later. They were fast and extremely helpful, I would definitely recommend to a friend!!

William H.My only complaint with this location is that I bought the trailer hitch ball mount from this location and I specifically asked if the drop on the mount they recommended was sufficient for my 4runner's height and the trailer I was towing. They sold me the one with the 2 inch drop. Check my review on the pickup location for the disaster that was my trip.

There was a sign that said to call a number if no one was at the counter and we called it several times before someone answered and finally came to the counter. During all of this, an employee came up, and said he couldn't help us, but someone would and just walked away without saying anything else. Then, the back of the uhaul had broken glass in it that we had to clean up ourselves. It was a large panel of glass broke, and left glass everywhere.

We had 6 weeks between when we needed to be out of our apartment and before our sellers would allow us to close on the house. It ws nice to have that space.

I requested a storage unit on the ground floor and paid for it over the phone. When I went there to pick up the keys it was on the second floor after waiting in line for over 20 mins I was given a ground floor unit. The counter person did not tell me it was a larger unit and that there would be a upgrade fee. When I received my bank statement there was a $154 charge and a $60 charge for the unit and upgrade. I immediately went down and ask why I'm charged this because I was told it was free. They said the person made a mistake and they would take it off and credit it back. That never happened after numerous attempts to get it taken off I was then told it was a bank problem and to call my bank, which I did but it was not my bank. It took many phone calls and trips to uhaul to get this resolved which was finally credited back. Would never recommend uhaul!

DAVID L. | Expérience généraleWe used U-Haul Moving & Storage of Victor for storage. We stored our things there for almost eight months. The storage facility is nice and clean and climate controlled. We especially liked that we could drive our cars and rentals right in to unload, and again to load when we left. This is great in any weather and especially nice when it's too hot or cold out. They even have a nice little section where you can take or leave items in good condition. We bought packing materials and ended up renting a 15-foot truck when we were ready to move our things. The people there are great, over the course of this year we have spoken to four employees there. Each person was kind, treated us with respect, and was very helpful. I highly recommend using U-Haul Moving & Storage of Victor.
