I did an online reservation for 730am. I got the confirmation that my truck would be ready at 730am at this location. I planned the rest of my day around this. I got there at 720 and was told I can't have my truck until whenever the manager shows up. They said sometimes 8. I ended with my truck 30 minutes late and that made me 30 minutes late for the rest of my day.

We had one problem, we found a crack pipe in the ash tray. This could have been a big problem if we were stopped by the police. If we had the time we would have gone back to the pick up location and reported it to you but we were running late.

More staff to reduce lineups Change check-in system to reduce number of clients that have to get in line more than once. Have a manager on duty at all times. Staff were polite and diligent but in over their heads when customers requested to speak to a manager or had other issues. Need more parking and clearer signage to show clients where to park, where the office is, where to leave their returned vehicles, etc.

Again, the transparency of your company and the costs is poor. The level of training of your employees is also poor and clearly shows. I will make sure to warn anyone and everyone who even thinks about using your company that it is not worth the hassle, time or money.

Have u Haul drop offs open on weekends. Felt uncomfortable leaving the truck and dropping off keys with no one around. If truck was vandalized it would have been blamed on me.

We rented a trailer for a total of 2 hours and returned it in good shape. They said that was great and all paperwork was fine, we had a total of $22.35. This was transacted but I noticed a second billing for $44.68 on my visa. I called customer service and spoke with Inder. He was pleasant but said the trailer was reported as being returned 2 days late. He was going to open up a file but said the there would be a wait so her would call me back, which hasn’t happened yet. I am not happy and will be following up with this until the matter is resolved.

The U-Box was delivered late and positioned backwards on the trailer. It was then brought back earlier than requested. The blanket provided smelled like cigarette smoke so now our upholstered furniture and house smell. This is our second experience with U-Box and besides the above complaints it is a great service

The issued vehicle was not ready and parked behind 3 other rental vehicles. There was no one to assist me in locating or selecting the vehicle. I had to suggest a different vehicle that was actually available. The recommended vehicle had the loading door jammed open and the lot attendant had to fix it while I waited. It cost me 30 minutes to do what should have taken 10. There was no sign of any management.

I'm used to spacious US facilities. The building here is antequated. Storage lockers are not sized to match truck sizes, floors are uneven, the sole elevator must be shared with other movers.

Awkward floor layouts with beams criss crossing make it a challenge to move large items in. Damp mouldy smell, wet rotting floors, mouse poo everywhere made me remove my stuff as soon as I could.

I reserved a 5x12x8' space, filled truck with 5x12x8' of stuff, drove 1000km, and found that the space was only 5x12x6', 25% smaller than I expected. No reduction in price, no bigger space available.
