The employee who took my information and processed my reservation when I picked up my vehicle actually took a picture of my drivers license with her own personal cell phone! I complained the same evening through your customer service line and nobody has gotten back to me regarding this issue! Your employees' actions are in violation of The Privacy Act. My personal information and photograph are now on someone's private cell phone thanks to your employee! She told me this was your company's practice to do such a thing.

Phone call center was good. Staff at location was atrocious. First employee sitting at a service counter refused to acknowledge any of the 6 customers waiting as he casually played with his terminal. When eventually challenged (several minutes) his response was to "wait, I'm doing something". Checkout for a reserved vehicle was +45 mins. When I finally received my paperwork, I walked to the driveway to find a maintenance worker/handyman was dismantling the passenger sideview mirror on the assigned vehicle. What should have been a noted defect (plastic outside casing was damaged - mirror was intact), took the worker another 45 mins to do a 5 minute exchange. When the vehicle was finally declared ready, I was merely handed the key and left to my own. There was no external inspection nor any explanation of the truck operation. The service provided for drop off was equally dismal. No staff in driveway to receive vehicles. Several customers were waiting - paperwork in hand - to return equipment. Finally corralled a wandering staff member and convinced him to take the keys as I was leaving and the truck was now his problem. My credit card has been charged the appropriate amount for the rental which seems to be the only thing that has met expectation.

The back door hitch / lock was jammed so I waited for hours for help no one came the first time, I locked the keys in the truck because the passenger door malfunctioned waited 40 minutes after that for the tow truck to unlock and tells me the latch wouldn't close because of the slight incline I said thank you and paid 75$ and I drove to level ground and still was unable to close the latch. This is not the first time I have used doors and locking system. 30 minutes later I call roadside back and they again dispatch the same tow company they suggested to call. Within the time for him to arrive back I managed to hit it with a hammer to close it. I had no other option he came and left. The latch had not been greased or maintained and caused me significant inconvenience, affordable price friendly staff. Road side assistance very slow and did not start a file for my first call

Poor James was alone at 9:15 am this morning. He was was supurb. Deserves a raise. On a Saturday morning there should be at least three check in clerks on duty. Very unimpressed today other than with James. It certainly wasn't fair to this exemplary employee. Or to the customers waiting in line.

I tried to use the web pickup option but I won't be doing so again, thankfully there was a person on-site to handle my reservation. The app wants a picture of me PLUS both sides of my drivers licence. Far too much risk in having BOTH of those in the possession of a third party. It's not when you will be breached, it's when will you realize you've been breached. There should be some other option to validate who you are without provide an over abundance of personal information.

I think recommendation of 15' truck for 2 bedroom appartment doesn't sound right. I needed to do 2 trips instead of 1. I think 17' will work better.

I booked online and checked in online to avoid any lineup (as you advertise). I get to the location to see a long lineup. I asked if I pick up my keys elsewhere and no. I still had the lineup. The man behind the counter named James I believe was so incredibly slow. Great customer service if it isn’t busy but when the lineup is 10 people long he needed to kick it into gear! Twice someone on the radio asked if he needed help and he said no. He mumbled once that he could use help but that was after he loudly said no, it’s ok. It took me 45 mins to get through that lineup when I specifically chose the self checking to avoid that. It made an already stressful move even worse. So very disappointed. I will never use the service again.
