I do disagree with the fuel, the arrow was in red of 1/2 tank when I returned vehicle and shut it off. The person whom checked did not read it correctly, probably did not wait for the fuel gauge to adjust once vehicle turned on. I had put in 25 $of gas just prior to returning vehicle. Plus it was explained it it was 1,85 a litre so I do not understand how 3L is 21,01Jeffrey B.

The online sign in was complicated and took forever. We waited an hour to talk to a customer rep in person. Because of this, we ran out of time on our booking and I had to wait ANOTHER HOUR online to extend our booking. After all of that, the equipment we reserved was unavailable. They gave us different equipment (that ended up being too heavy for us to use, and one of them got stolen by someone when we went to go grab the truck. Uhaul sucks and I never want to use it again but I guess I gotta cause y'all corner the moving market and have kinda low pricing.Melanie L.

Equipment was clean, but the rear door malfunctioned when the truck was half loaded. Roadside assistance arrived within one hour and replaced cables, but bearing on one side was shot. The team made the door sufficiently workable so that move could be completed, but at least two hours were lost, pushing end of move into the evening hours.Brian T.

Our U-Haul died half way to our new home we finally got it started and in front of the neighbor's house. Had to unload from there. Roadside finally came and towed it away the next afternoon. We were told we wouldn't be charged and were charged anyways. After dealing with roadside we were continually called by U-Haul asking why we hadn't returned the truck. So frustratingFREDERIC N.

I had also reserved two lorries to make moving easier. The cashier simply said they didn't have any and that I could buy one if I wanted. This was an extreme inconvenience for an already stressful moving day. The online checkout was impossible to navigate on either of our phones due to location/data issues. I was extremely disappointed how slow the renting procedure was. There were two clerks in attendance, but only one was active and the process took a very long time. Then, the open clerk waited while her customers selected the boxes to purchase (which they should have done beforehand. the clerks did not pay any attention to the folks waiting in line. I had specifically booked and had a confirmed reservation at the Sidney location . You advised the unit I had booked was needing repairs so left me hanging . Your solution was to get a unit from Duncan .
