Awesome staff!

when we arrived at our destination to unload, the padlock on the truck was frozen. the nearest town was an hour away. we had to go buy an extension cord and a hair dryer to thaw out the lock. definitely not the delay we needed on a frigid winter day

The people who work at this location were very helpful and great to work with.

Have more staff on hand to assist with customers especially on a Saturday. There was 1 person there to work the register and not a single person to help with returns. Upon getting there at 7:50 for my 8am reservation I had to wait until 8:30 to finally get my rental. When returning the van it took a half hour to finally figure out where to leave the keys and for someone to help out.

First truck didn't start, second truck started but the guy never went through any type of walk around damage on the new truck, almost no words spoken from the uhaul employee. He also never took the first truck off the account in replacing it with the new truck and high caused issues with return later that day.

I was short with the clerk because I thought I was charged wrong. After reviewing the information it looked alright. I feel bad for my attitude.

Terry and his crew were on top of everything as we dropped off the truck. Wasn't there long at all either.

Parking lot was quite crowded with many many uhaul rental vehicles and trailers.

Drop off was very efficient.

The process (system) in which the employee uses to make the reservation takes a very long time. Once the vehicle/trailer is reserved, pick up goes relatively quickly.

The person in the lot was super sketchy

the customer service picking up the truck and bringing it back was top notch.

not only did it take over 30 mins to get the rental all squared away while in the store then it took another 10 mins to return it only to be told I still owed $121 dollars on top of what we paid and put down already. The internet reservation should match what the store has

There was only one employee. He was swamped with customers. I think his name was Frank although I am not certain. He was thorough and remained friendly.

The woman that assisted our pickup on Wednesday evening November 25 was very helpful. Customer service was excellent. I am sorry to be unable to provide a name as I can't recall. Please commend her though. Excellent Service.

Neither employee was wearing a mask while working.

They could have had the trailer ready for us. They had to pump up the tires before we could leave.

The truck was brand new! Service was impeccable as well. Prompt and accurate and when I needed the truck for an extra day there was no issue.

Employee was the only one working in the store that day due to another worker not showing up. It was really busy, but he took care of all us. He provided awesome service! Very friendly and positive!!!

The guy in the morning was abrupt pushing rude. The woman in the afternoon was very nice and helpful.

I should have had them review the paperwork better, then I may have realized the truck was only rented for 24 hours, instead of the 48 hours I needed it for.

I saw at least 3 customers NOT wearing a mask in the shop. That should have been required. The 10' truck was pretty easy to drive, although it was a pain to adjust the side mirrors manually from the outside. Thank you! Convenient location and great price!

Everything was great. Fast service. Uhaul computers were functioning.

I made my reservations on-line for the truck rental and the three u-boxes . Yet when I arrived I was treated as if I had just made the reservations. I had to wait inline like everyone else. Besides that I had to drive 90 miles to where I was loading the U-boxes, 180 round trip and when I brought the first one back full to exchange for a empty only one young women( unfortunately I didn't get her name, but she told Terry we should get some kind of refund and he gave us a $30 for gas ) suggested I should have had the trailer for caring two u-boxes , nobody else there or online mentioned anything about a two box trailer. This would have saved me probably two days of wasted travel time, not to mentioned the cost of the extra charges for renting the truck longer.

Terry and the other staff are always very helpful and hardworking!!

First time to this location, fritz was an excellent help and got us underway fast!

I was 2 weeks late with my payment. Instead of contacting me, they contacted my brother in Canada, after I had paid, which led him to call me and ask if I were in financial trouble. Not cool!

The delivery of our furnishings took nearly 12 hours due to the fact that this company had only 1 cover for the U Haul storage pod. The men worked hard but the lack of supplies was unacceptable

My storage unit was "reserved" and I alresdy gave my card info. Then i show up and have it rented already from under me. So then I had to get two smaller units which will cost ME more money. Dirty
