Moved into U-Haul storage today. Horrible experience. I've been a U-Haul customer for years I could not believe how rude the two women were working at the U-Haul Wausau were today. (10-12-26) The elevator was broken. The two women wouldn't answer the call box when I was looking for the stairs to take my furniture upstairs. They were incredibly rude when I went in looking for directions to the stairs. I am totally amazed that U-Haul has customer service employees of that poor quality working for them in any capacity that deals with the public.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe friendly staff at the Grand Ave, Wausau U-Haul were easy to work with, knowable of the products & services. Hats off to manager Kimberly, , and the rest of the staff.
JOHN L | Expérience généraleFriendly helpful staff. Willing to spend time to explain everything.
JOHN L | Premières impressionsEverytime I needed service from an employee inside the store. There is no one. Always have to wait 20 plus minutes. The employee male taller guy. Very rude and just talks non stop. Nothing related to what I needed. Try to tell me jokes. Not interested. That manger lady is good.
CHARLES Y | Expérience généraleThe staff was very helpful and answered all my questions
TERRY A | Premières impressionsMattie and Edward were AMAZING. I was so impressed by the customer service they provided and their computers were having issues and they handled it so gracefully and treated me with such respect. I almost went somewhere else because the website was down and I needed to book my unit that day but I decided to stop in vs try online. Why have maintenance on their software-on the last weekend of the month-that’s when everyone moves! But, they were great and I appreciated their help.
STACY W | Premières impressionsStaff was kind and helpful when granting initial access to the unit. No fuss and straightforward otherwise. Would highly recommend and will happily use again.
Christopher H | Expérience généraleThe staff was brilliant. Very friendly and professional. They really know their stuff! I would tell anyone to use them. Thanks loads.
MARIE Z | Expérience généraleVery clean & the mgr. Is amazing.
CHRISTINA B | Expérience généraleCleaning is good, but Smells like “cat” on lower floor - very potent. Storage of others or mold?
Jean K | Expérience généraleThe employee that checked us in and checked us out was phenomenal. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We will use this location for any future needs.
