You can set your clock as to when www.U-Haul.com will go down. Always Sunday afternoon. Employees entering the information is painfully clumsy, often asking the same questions twice. God help if you are pay cash.

Jon P.Was mislead before I rented a van over the phone and thru app! Was told it was 19,95 plus mileage and fuel if I had full coverage. Ended up being 42 for 13 miles and had to pay 11 for cargo insurance for 50 minutes of rental. Very misleading!

Additionally, we had called earlier in the day to ask a question, and nobody answered the phone. We ended up having to do an online return through the mobile app, while there were clearly people in the store.

I made my living in the service industry and always prided myself in customer service, I have to say that I was treated the way I strived to treat my customers. I am extremely impressed and can't say enough of how impressed I am with the service I received. If I could give a 10 star rating I would!

It was always nice to know that IF I needed help, U haul was just a phone call or text away. Fortunately, I didn't need any help along the way. Jordan at the Kimberly Rd location was very helpful in checking the equipment in. Thanks to everyone at U-haul. They always do a great job. Je les recommande fortement.
mark L.The gas cap was broken and cumbersome to remove to add gas. I brought it to their attention upon return of vehicle. The check in return was not as seamless as expected. Vehicle reservation process and customer service either prior to on phone or upon checkin was quite good.

steve M.Had an absolutely terrible time with U-Haul for the 2nd time. Original reservation through Muscatine. My truck wasn't available and wasn't alerted until 10 minutes before pickup. They directed me to rock island and I was getting there and they told me that truck was also taken. I then went to this location. The workers in the store were helpful. Overall U-Haul needs to work on fulfilling reservations better. This is the second time I've had issues with U-Haul reservations.

I called to see if I could drop the vehicle off a little later and was informed that they don't take trucks as large as I rented and was told to drop it off at a location across town. Glad I called because U-haul did not inform me of this, so I would have made a trip there for nothing. This location is a major center and has professional staff who were experienced so check-in went well.

Marshall S.The inside of the truck smelled like smoke, and I found cigars from a previous customer in the glove box. I told a nice lady inside (Sorry I'm super terrible with names, including my own familys, but you worked on Friday June 16th in the morning while the computers were down.) while getting my Dolly, and had an offer to exchange the truck with another. I have never had issues with this location, like ever, and that's saying alot considering how many Rentals I have had across the past Decade. Will use this place again next time I am in need of a moving vehicle for any reason.

I didn't say anything until almost a month later when I received a notice that I had an unpayed balance of $13,6 for 3 more tolls! When I disputed it, I received an email stating they would charge my card for the remaining balance in 8 days. This is absolutely ridiculous that I should be paying almost $40 for a route that doesn't even cost $3. I will never be using uhaul again because they are trying to steal my money.

When we contracted the storage unit we had no idea how long we would need it as the items in storage was our 94 yr old mother's things. She had been admitted to the hospital and we knew she could no longer live where she had been. Unfortunately, our mother passed away 3 weeks later so our need of the storage unit was no longer needed as we now knew we had to get rid of her furnishings. The staff was always helpful and we liked the setup and the storage unit as well. We definitely would recommend this location to anyone that is in need of a storage location!

Manager was not on site and not able to reached by staff in timely manner to assist. Got a refund for the unit. Happy with the staff member that tried to resolve the issue and understand it was not on him, but as a whole it was bad experience. Took my business elsewhere .Extremely unhappy.

I didn't have a chance to check it out because I had had surgery right after my unit was emptied out. But I never informed any of the staff that I had moved out.
