Both of my parents passed away unexpectedly 11 months apart I had their belongings in the storage here for several years faithfully made my payments then I got hurt on the job I was off work for 4 months they wouldn't even let me come get anything out of there so many memories of my parents gone pictures everything gone no heart no compassion nothing and I've lost the storage.

Needs more selections of adapters for larger hitch receivers. My truck has a heavy duty receiver hitch which has a three inch tube. I had to go to camping world to find the reducer sleeves to end up with the correct size.

horrible customer service! they were more worried about fighting with their employees then helping a paying customer. Also ridiculous prices. Any other trucking company has cheaper prices!!! manger rebecca or whatever her name is at kimberly davenport location has a horrible attitude problem to top it all off.

the employees at the West Kimberly Davenport store were very helpful and friendly. they were great about explaining everything even before I asked questions. great customer service. I don't move often, but when I do, I'll definitely being using this rental service again. keep up the great work.

Returned truck at 845am on Sunday, 11/10 and put keys in the Dropbox. Contract was not closed out until 4:15pm. I was charged for 3 days, instead of 2. I called customer service and was told that the GM would follow up with the dispute. Attempted to check in the vehicle online and I was not able to access the locator on my phone and there was no QR code to scan like instructed.

Recommend to renters to allow for weather conditions to estimate how long you will need a truck, especially in town. We ran into severe storms, & were not able to complete our move because of weather delays. The local U-Haul office was very gracious about extending our time to complete our move.

While the staff were friendly, the truck was not clean! There was a sticky liquid all over the center floor and passenger floor that we had to scrub clean. Secondly, and most important, our car was not properly attached to the tow dolly. One of the straps over the front tire came completely undone while on the highway. Had we not noticed the strap being completely unattached when we stopped a significant and catastrophic accident could have occurred.

Horrible customer service. Under staffed for a Saturday. Outrageous pricing for the time I had the rental. Then had to return the truck through the app myself because manager told me it would be easier.

The person on duty the evening of 10/14/2024 was gracious enough to wait for my wife to arrive to drop off a trailer. He went above and beyond the call of duty.

My reservation for a car trailer was not held. The nearest uhaul place with a trailer was a hour away. They would not go pick it up and I didn't have 2 hours to spend to pick it up. I had to rent a car when I arrived at my new apartment in Kansas City to started my new job. I had to spend an extra $550 to rent a car for the week because this uhaul place did not hold my reservation.

The place was always kept clean. I felt very safe there unlike other storage facilities. I will definitely be back soon. The general manager is always friendly to me when I see her. The young girl who cleans up there is always very nice and friendly. She is helpful too if you need it. Uhaul is the number one storage facility in my book

General manager did the check in. The odometer was incorrect. She didn't know how to change the odometer meter. The app has a very poor design. You shouldn't make employees use their personal phones to do work for the company if they aren't getting a stipend for the phone.

Terrible customer service. Manager is very rude and snotty, also left the store unattended with the doors unlocked.. I was supposed to get my U-Haul, on the day before I actually got it but due to yall employees I had to get it the next day.. after being told I could get a bigger truck for the inconvenience they denied when it came time to getting the truck.

I had to stay my uhal van with roach 荒 spray!!! I needed to take my son off to college and we had no time to turn around and change vans. Hopefully I kill what was in the van. I explained this to my customer service representative and she took off $40 from my total!! I really appreciate it but let just hope nothing crawled into the boys clothes or furniture!!!

I waited until the last minute to even pack my things which left me with very few options as far as storing my belongings. From the moment I contacted U-Haul I received fast friendly and very professional interaction with the staff. They were able to accommodate me with everything I needed that very day. The location along with the security measures was very reassuring and never had to worry about my belongings or question the safety for that matter. The communication was always friendly professional and informative. I would not only recommend this company to everyone, I would also rent storage space for ALL my future needs. Thank you for being great!

We had to have the tires replaced on our trip, but everything was taken care of by UHaul road service with no loss of vacation time to us. The store manager in Davenport took good care of us.

I understand doing a job. I understand having bad days. I understand the job can be overwhelming at times but just being nosey and in someone else's business is not good business. If the manager tells you their going to turn their phone off and you haven't conducted business properly or saw it All the way through.. Rebecca you wrong for that!!!! It was awesome experience for the first time we ever rented a truck. I liked being able to go to one location to pick up and return to same location. Staff was very helpful and thorough. Will highly recommend the Davenport store to everyone.

The gentleman that helped me was excellent at customer service, however he was the only person that showed up that day. When I returned late in the day he helped me check back in - very professional. Whatever you are paying him you need to offer him more to retain that type of individual. My business opinion.

Every year you raise prices. Uhaul is by far the most expensive storage facility in my area. I just rented a larger unit closer to my house at less than half the price. Good luck ripping off the public, you will NEVER rip me off again.

Quick easy registration and check in. Quick easy Check out. Extremely clean, easy access with multiple drive in unloading ports for inclement weather or privacy. Used auto pay. Recommend 100 %. Absolutely no problems.

I couldn't have chosen a better company! I was a customer for 4,5 years and always had great interaction when speaking with employees as needed. On my final move out date one employee was extremely helpful without asking for some assistance she just jumped in to help!! If the need should arise again where I'd need storage U-haul is at the top of my list. I've referred 3 family and friends who are now using U-haul as there storage company! Thanks again for the pleasantness, cleanliness, friendliness, each and every time I came there to my unit! I U-haul location I used is located in Davenport, IA and in the 4,5 yrs I rented a unit there were many employees that had come and gone and I'll continue to say my experience was fantastic with my interaction with the staff. Merci!

Super happy with how secure the facility is. Living in Davenport comes with its security challenges and I have no worries leaving my things at UHaul storage facility. I like that it's temperature controlled and at very reasonable prices. First month free is beyond awesome, too!

I wish the access hours would have been 24 hrs since the facility is so well secured. But overall very nice place and I'm very happy with the safety, security, and cleanliness of the facility. The staff was great as well, AAA+++ service

Somebody had their U-haul truck blocking the unites for over 48 hours. they had the truck back up to the unit door with boxes, tables and blankets from top to bottom on the trunk blocking between the truck and the unit door. They also had their pickup truck parked next to the building. They looked like they were living out of the truck and storage unit. This made it hard for us to access and move into our unit. The people never left their pick up truck. Someone should walk the grounds during the day or before leaving at night.

Alarms that don't notify any one. Cameras that don't show people stealing my stuff. Stuff stolen for two weeks and no one notices the lock is cut off. It would take a Uhaul truck to steal my stuff an no one notices. You want me to give you a good review for you utter lack of concern or security for my items. Forget it! Worst experience of my like. Happy to spread the word about the usless UHaul experience.

Management and staff were very rude and unprofessional. Once Management and staff knew I was from out of state and staff and Management was very unaccommodating. Would not recommend this location to anyone but but Management probably feels with the lack of competition in the area they can get away with the poor customer service

Majority of the time when I go I notice someone there cleaning, so it’s nice that the facility seems well maintained as far as cleanliness so you know it’s highly unlikely they have any rodent issues.
