Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI like how the business is ran and the customer service is helpful and is awesome!
Sonya W | Premières impressionsThey refunded me my lasts months rent due to damage from water damage.
angela c | Expérience généraleWhile I had no issues with the storage unit itself, the staff felt unknowledgeable about a lot of things. I was often given inaccurate information and sometimes no information at all. The manager was less than pleasant to interact with during my last few days. I would not do business here again solely due to the poor service from staff at times.
Yamil R | Expérience généraleHad many problems with the decisions the 800 lady made but at the actual facilities the team members made everything correct
Deborah W | Premières impressionsIt was ok until I had a few bad experiences. The bad out wayed the good here. A couple of my experiences took me by some big surprises. One happened to be the unprofessional and lack of consistency from the store management style of communication. I was standing inside the store along with some other customers when the store manager & store clerk was communicating with each other on speaker phone about a customers unit, while all of us customers listened to the entire conversation. That for certain lacked privacy on every level. My last day rental results were even more shocking & very unbelievable! If I ever need a storage unit again in the future, I'll go some place else. Rental warehouses are every where nowadays.
CONSTANCE P | Expérience généraleExcellent customer service and great staff!
Martha S | Expérience généraleStaff were friendly and helpful. They do a good job looking after the place as well. All the extra tools and carts make unloading and loading a breeze, thank you! Also, super cool that’s an old Kmart store… pretty wild to think about if you are from that era.
JEFFERY B | Déménagement en ligneI was happy and satisfied with everything
