The truck cut off and did not start, but finally started after waiting for a long while. The attendant checking me out took a photo of my license with her cell phone, I do not know the intent of doing this, and am concerned about identify theft.LAKISHA G.
Customer service was great but truck was crappy, the check engine light was on, the message on the dash said tire was low (indicator was on as well) and the passenger side door was open but is was closed and locked. Improve by having safe vehicles for customers. Indicator Free! I would recommend the location to a friend but I would warn them about the vehicles.LADRINA P.
Workers are very friendly and accommodating. But my van was not clean at all. I was very uncomfortable. It smelled like food and was clearly not clean. During a pandemic I would expect it to be a practice to disinfect after each use. Very disturbing.KELLY S.

Next time I would like for the customer service rep who completed my reservation to fill out my information correctly as well as pick the time I asked for. The lady behind the counter was on FaceTime the whole time while checking me out, kept taking like I wasn't there. Very unprofessional. The guy outside didn't know how to properly hook up the trailer and I had to show him. This was not the location that I had originally booked my reservation. 30 mins before pickup I got a call stating that not only was my 20ft truck not available, but that I also needed to drive 20 mins out of my way just to get a 15ft truck. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service. This made our move so much more stressful than it needed to be. I am not sure what the point of reserving a truck is if it means nothing. I have rented from this one more than once and other previous rentals the customer service was much better I don't know if it was due to covet them rushing to leave but I never received my receipt which they told me they would give me through email I got there before closing time yes it was close to it but not Ed and they refuse to give me my receipt at that time instead telling me the doors were closed and they were going to email it to me but yet it was before closing time and I still have not got the rest of my reimbursement back because they would help a certain amount and I did not use that pool amount but that was withheld so I do think they need to get better with their customer service it used to be much betterTrina L.

Personally, I didn't like that that they kicked us out of the parking lot (just to change drivers) in our personal vehicle and were told to park on the street. Sorry. I'm not doing that with my one year old and the roads not being properly plowed after a snow storm. Especially since there was at least one other personal vehicle (unattended) right next to ours. The truck was in ok condition but definitely not clean. There seemed to be some confusion with what was rented. Initially couldn't find all of the moving blankets then mysteriously did. The furniture dolly that was reserved was useless (we literally tried it once and made the job 20 times harder than it should have been) so that was wasted money. I definitely would be avoiding this location for simple convenience factor (wasn't at all).BRANDON J.

Don't change the time and location of a reservation. The location was farther and the reservation was pushed back, pushing my move back 2 hours. Have the requested reserved items available. I reserved a dolly, they didn't have any. I was refunded but it made my move 10x more difficult.Dana A.

The folks at the desk were awesome but the lot guys and the other employees were not informative, and need to be trained on how to speak to people. Truck was filthy and smelt like weed, and stale coffee. The gas was not were they said it was, the lot guys drive the trucks like race cars(NO EXAGGERATION). While I was there to get the truck, I did more work than the workers there, also with the trucks no being cleaned how is Uhaul complying or help their customers stay safe from COVID-19?? It was not a good experience and I've been at that location not because I wanted to but that location had the equipment I need at the time. Sorry Uhaul.....no hard feelings, just FACTS!KEITH G.
There was an employee complaining about not being allowed to eat on the floor while he was on the floor with customers in line. There were no dollies available, but that was explained to me from the other Uhaul I went to to get the dollies I needed to move. Now that guy was helpful. He told me that I was over charged and I though he was just saying that because I didn't get my truck from him. But then when I returned the truck, they charged a guy who got the same size truck as me 1,89 $. I was charged 1,79 $ and the white guy said the country rate is 1,49 $. They charge whatever they want I guess depending on what you look like when you come in. No clue. Highly disappointed and when I got back the same guy was complaining to a different group of employees.MALEEKA S.

Very disappointed in the poor quality of service at the window upon arrival and then when the truck was assigned, the back door was unlocked and I asked the employee to assist with closing and he said no. I had to beg for assistance. How does a huge company such as Uhaul tolerate poor service to this degree? I live two blocks from this location and every time I go, the service gets worse and worse. Positivity is difficult when faced with bad customer service from so many employees during different times. In addition, the gas tank was not full and I was charged an extra 12 $. I am requesting a full refund for the entire transaction. I bought it to the attention of the supervisor on duty, Sabina but she said it was nothing she could do. I asked if she heard how disengaged my sales rep was and she said yes. Apparently, this is the allowed culture at Uhaul.NICOLE P.

First, please allow me to rate the questionnaire: Q. 1 The three middle ratings use the word "average" which assumes customer experience with other U-haul branches. You'd be better off with the standard Poor, Fair, Good, Very good, Excellent. Q.2 Yes/No is pretty severe; you'll see why I say this below... - Tire pressure low indicator was on. A vehicle should not be going out with improperly inflated tires. But otherwise, the vehicle was great. I don't want to give a thumbs down rating, i.e. "No" to the question when overall I was satisfied, but low tire pressure is NOT "well maintained". Regarding Q.3: At check-in the computer showed a 100 $balance. 51 $was the correct amount. I shouldn't have had to catch this large error- and insist to staff it was incorrect. Even so, staff members were pleasant enough and easy to work with to get it corrected. So, YES, I would recommend this location.PHILIP K.

I want to give a beyond the highest rating possible for the associaite Ms. Precious...My experience at this location has always been cordial and mostly comfortable...I have complained about the locations inability to put curtains or a visual barrier up to block the street traffic from viewing my unit and I when . entering to do work...This is a safety threat to me and anyone else that has a unit in that area...For almost a year I was unable to have the issue remedied or corrected...I have been asking for a new unit to accommodate or a barrier to block the visual field from street traffic...Ms. Precious remedied this on our 1st encounter...She secured me a new unit and ensures that my needs were met and accommodated...I was grateful and elated with Joy...I had considered using another company throughout the year but thanks to Ms. Precious this is no longer a consideration...This is why I want to thank Me.
