Quick pickup and drop off professional staff
There was some confusion with my pick-up date, but the sales associates were very helpful in resolving the issue.
One of my units leaks when it rains; several things got wet and some were ruined.
Everything was satisfactory. Great customer service, employees were very informed of how to hook up equipment and give suggestions if anything happens.

I received a ticket for broken tail light lins. You need to service your trucks badly every truck i saw there has little x sticker all over them
I was told over the phone that any unused moving pads I could return, along as they were still in an unsealed bag, and not get charged but that was not the case. Seems like either the lady on the phone or the lady who I saw upon my returning the truck was not correct. I would not have got 2 packages of them if I lnew this info. It was not a big amount of money, just the principle of getting bad info.

Really unhappy I swept the uhaul out and cleaned it best I could but with the rain the were botching about mud and wanted it mopped out. Yet when I picked that think up there was sand caked everywhere. So I got charged 25$ this place has crazy standards for the return policy anything to bleed people of money
The $19.95 day rental ad is a little deceiving, but I guess I should have read the fine print. $19.95 turned into $98 + gas with the mileage rate and insurance. Other than that, no complaints. This location was extremely well run and final check-in was handled well.
The clerk that assisted with the check in acted like it was a burden to assist customers.
I was never able to get my cell phone to work using the directions given.

In my experience with Uhaul, when I have come to pick up a truck in the past it is gassed up, pulled up front, and sometimes running. Not this location. The employees sent me out looking for the truck. When I asked for help the first time I was directed in a general direction but misguided. The second time the employee sent me to the wrong truck. Finally they showed me to the right truck that was wedged in between 4 trucks that I had to back all the way out without help. I probably won't use that location again.
I need a person in HR to call me at 682-326-8838. I have never been treated so badly and disrespected in my life. I am extremely disappointed in the way my return went. Someone there charged me, without my permission, and without my consent, 101.00 after I left. I called the number and they took a message. I expect a total refund and apologies concerning this transaction.

I blame your corporate policy of shifting all calls to your main headquarters. I could not reach anyone at our rental place to ask for help. I waited 15 to 20 minutes each time I tried to call. Your corporate customer service would NOT give me a local number to reach them. The strap to tie down the wheel was still stuck in the ratchet and we Could not get it out. We could not ask anyone to explain how it worked because we could not reach anyone by phone! Then my husband and I (I in our car and he in the rental truck) got separated on the highway when we had to go BACK to U-Haul to get help with the tiedowns; following him, I got lost in an unfamiliar city. I tried and tried to call my husband at the U-haul place, as I knew that is where he was headed, but I kept getting your corporate headquarters, after waiting 20 minutes or more each attempt. When someone finally answered, they put me on hold and disconnected me. Also, your corporate rental people assigned us a very large truck that was unnecessary to haul our vehicle. We had to pay an exorbitant amount. You can bet that if I can ever help it, and unless it is a dire emergency, I will never do business with U-Haul again, and I am going to tell everyone I know about your rotten customer service. It is a very unfriendly and unhelpful policy to prevent us from calling directly to the U-Haul center with which we are doing business, forcing us to go through corporate customer service and wait and wait and wait, only to end up with no actual assistance, and forced to try, try again. You stink, U-Haul.

Location seemed to be under-staffed. Had to wait too long to pick up trailer after pre-registering.
In and out super fast, everyone was very helpful and attentive
People not very friendly. When I return the truck the woman that I give the key, she was on the phone talking about some body in jail and after a few minutes I asked her if I could leave and very rude she answered yes, she not even made an eye contact.
I just dropped off here but it was very well displayed on where to go to drop off. Staff was helpful and quick. If this place had two entry or exit points would have been perfect.

It sure was an old trailer
I didnt catch the name of the young man who helped us but he was top notch. We had to transfer a storage unit and he was helpful and knew how to do all the paperwork confidently. The whole process took maybe 15 minutes and it was so much easier than we expected. You have a very good employee on your staff and should be proud that he represents you so well.
Bring the truck to the front . I had to go look for the vehicle . Did not anyone to walk around the vehicle to make sure there was no damage to the vehicle before I left.

You charged me for three days rental on a dolly when I didn't pick it up until the second day because you left it out of the truck
Letting customers know of the self checkout process. I didnt know I had to take photos and notate mileage therefore I had to guesstimate as I just dropped the keys in the night drop like I had done before. I was charged additional for mileage but was unable to verify.
Wrong tire on trailer and it had no.brakes
Same as before. 1) Check equipments for alignment issues. 2) Clean the inside of the trucks and disinfect.
Every time you call this location you're going to be on hold minimum 15-20 times every single time. And that website app that you're supposed to turn the equipment in after closing time would not work. It wouldn't verify my location and I was staying in front of the front door. Very frustrating
More clear about drop off
I was pessimistic after reading some of the bad reviews. But i had a very good experience with leasing a truck. Staff was cureteous and helpful. Check in and was easy, only waited in line 6 min. I thought returning the truck would be a hassle but they had a person with hand held device doing the checkout outside. 5 minutes after I parked the truck I was checked out. I did take precautions after reading previous reviews. I took pictures of the gas and mileage before I left and when I brought it back. I took pictures of any marks or damage all over the truck when I picked it up. I didn't need the dolly and moving blankets so I asked they be removed and took picture of employee walking away from the truck with it. Luckily no problems, but I was prepared just in case.
Price for same rental was 35% higher than 2'weeks ago! NOT HAPPY!

I only used the truck for 24 hours. Both the pickup and drop-off were exceptional experiences. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this location in Fort Worth. Well done!
There are several leaks in thenunit I had which resulted in my expensive area rugs getting molded
Eatman helped me after being chided By a woman about not having a mask on. My family has a medical exemption and they were not honoring it. However, after explaining the law to Eatman, and offering to step outside to do the transaction, he kindly offered to help. Please update your staff on the laws. People with medical conditions aren’t required to wear a mask. You also shouldn’t have every employee asking a customer about a mask. It becomes bullying at that point. But you have a great employee in Eatman. He was Professional and calm and had a great personality through the process. Thumbs up to him!
I chose deliberately not to go on autopay because I hoped to stop needing the storage unit sooner. Paying month by month was far more stressful that it need be because of being able to make the payment on only a single day--impossible to pay on receipt of the reminder. Changing that would be a service to your customers.

Big help in relocation of My daughter family. As a learning experience for myself I now know to take pictures of starting fuel and odometer gauges because on more than one occasion what the office thought was the starting fuel was wrong. I paid 16$ Refueling yesterday for a 5 mile trip. Was so happy to be done with the move that I didn’t dispute. Rating would be Excellent if not for that.

The only complaint I have is the storage door would get stuck up behind a metal bracket. Also the door latch has a weld bead that would cause it to stick open. But overall, I'm very pleased with my experience there!

Very well organized
I used the online after hours support to return the trailer. The online portal to return the trailer repeatedly malfunctioned preventing me to reach an expected "completion" page leaving me to believe that I had not completed the return process. Nevertheless, I left the trailer at the designated drop-off location at the U-Haul facility and planned to return to the facility the next morning to complete the return. A few hours later I received an email from U-Haul confirming the return. Summary: Please check the online return software as it appears to be broken.
The phone service to contact someone from this U-Haul facility never worked well. I had a hard time contacting anyone to ask questions or reply to voice messages left on my phone. I also had someone hang up on me and never call me back, even though I tried to call back again. The storage unit was okay but it was dingy and the whole facility just needs some upkeep.
After hours access was denied. Found out next day that a additional 10 $ fee is required for 24/7. Although this is posted on the price board I didn’t see it

I recieved a letter in the mail stating that I needed to vacate the space to make room for storage. I've made my payments on time every month and not having a place to take my trailer to after work is really upsetting and the manager never called me to talk about the situation.

This storage locker was supposed to be a 10x10 and measured 9x9. The garage door was old, the track and lock hasp were rusted and extremely difficult to operate. Overall, poor quality / high price.
Personnel on duty were absolutely some of the best I have seen at a uhaul facility. Highly recommend this particular location.

I stored my things in you alls unit #2512 for about 3 months and upon moving out my sofa, my bed and a few of my boxes where extremely wet and damage this is the second incident.
Great and helpful customer service. Helped me extend my rental for an extra 24 hours at no cost.
They should let 24 hour access for free at the end of the day it is our stuff. And at this location need a lot more employees on the weekend it gets packed
Y'all tried to add on an idiot tax and charge me for a free service. When I caught the 150 dollar overcharge didn't get an apology was told, "oh yes it is free." Don't offer free one month then charge

This was a horrible experience I would never recommend using U-Box Service or Moving Now Services. The staff at this facility was rude, condescending and extremely un-professional.
This location has a jewel named Allee. She is hands down THE BEST customer service agent I have EVER dealt with! She fixed several problems that were caused by my pickup location.

We rented for about 4 years. The rates began to be too high for me, as I had to take over paying for my son’s storage. Also, even though there was no food in storage, there were obviously rats.

Staff looked like thy hate their job, 0 customer service, staff members was upset when I showed up to pick up my ubox because he had to hook it up. Try calling them before showing up but Never answer
It would be a lot better if there was better lighting for the units and if they would fill the mouse bait box. After 5 years I'm sure it was empty which is why mouse dropping were present
