Was absolutely thrilled our truck was there when she said it would be. Last May at a different location we had awful service and no truck. And no help finding one. This location FAR superior. Thanks

Just would have liked someone at the desk or note at the desk telling us what to do if no one was there.

You moved my location for pickup and drop off at the last minute adding significantly to my cost. When I asked at my new location is they could do anything they said no. While unappreciated having a truck, I had a budget and the move cost me a lot more. I think that was very poor service. You should honor mileage rates from the original reservation. It came across as a scam to make more money. Not impressed- moving is stressful enough without the cost going up.

Overall it was a good experience. The recieving gentleman was very polite and I felt comfortable checking out. The young Lady who check me in was also very polite and helpful, also very understanding.

Just come to the front desk quicker I waited like 15 mins before being seeing but the guy was helpful when he did come finally!

It was the 1st of the month so I took the truck back that evening rather than wait until 10AM the next morning. I wanted it to be available when you opened up in case someone needed it. You charged me $20 for doing that. I won't make that mistake again.

The staff was extremely polite and helpful during a stressful. I will always come back to this location. Eric is the calmest being I've ever met. Such a relief during crunch time for me. The ladies were just as comforting. Such a GREAT TEAM. THANX GANG!!

Possibly a little more thorough training for employees to fully understand and know the entire operation of closing out but other than that great job good attitudes would definitely use you guys again...

Eric.... Was So So helpful... Went above excellent.... And let's not forget about Amber.... Same thing ... Went above excellent! I don't think I've ever had 2 ppl in a company... That I gave an A+.... These 2 knocked it out of the park.. 

David was super friendly and helpful. You could tell he loved his job and he was more than willing to help us find the right unit to store our stuff. He made securing self-storage an absolute delight, as opposed to being tedious and lame. He turned a dreary day into a sunny one. Thanks again!!!!!

While the trailer was clean and in good condition. Trailer tire pressure had not been checked. Tire pressure should have been 65psi. Trailer received had tires at 30, 35, 35, and 50psi. Not happy that I had to correct pressures for a 1500 mile haul across the country. A blow out in the middle of no where would not have been fun on a holiday weekend.

I had a bad experience with customer service over the phone… I was told if I rented storage after hours I would still be able to use it that day and that was not true. Next called customer service again and was promised $20 credit, never received it. In results of me not being able to get the storage it resulted in an extension of the rental of the truck. So I was charged an extra $178….. I contacted manager Eric and explained to him about the additional charges he told me he would check into it and make adjustments,and he never contacted me. So, I was lied to three times during whole transaction with customer service and the store manager. I don't trust you guys anymore.

The representative at desk gave us good advice on renting a van and using a storage bin to keep our personal belongings until we obtain permanent place.

Eric Hinton was professional and friendly very early in morning. The left blinker/brake light stopped functioning not long after departure. Pick up was organized and time efficient. Trailer was stable and drove well.

This time was experienced without any problems. Staff was experienced and perdonable, that created a great environment. However, if an improvement were to made for customer improvement, it would be to have a gas area to fill the Van's and other Uhaul vehicles, so that customers can pay for any gas overage at the Uhaul location.

I wish they had shown me the features of the rental. I went most of the load and didn't know the ramp could be made level with the bed of the truck.

The truck that was rented had a leak in the top right corner. It was unprofessional of unsullied to rent such an equipment. The boxes of book and clothes and art were damaged because of water leak from the rain. I haul should provide some compensation for the damage

Contract said one unit #; was directed to a different unit. Mgr called 2 weeks later asking if I had "moved out of my unit." Staff had cut my lock off my unit. Now must go back to straighten out mess.
