I was charge for damage belt on the trailer and one of them was already damaged and I got change for both.

A lot of aspect were good to go until I actually got to the store. I had my picture taken like Im some jail house bird, like wtf!!? Where do they do that at? I had submitted my documents through the touchless check in, so was that necessary? No. Even then, I would've still given an excellent rating but right before the photo scenario, I was basically forced to sign a document, that I had to get that damage collision waiver or otherwise was not getting that van because apparently (based on what your employee said which sounded like bullshit forced upsell) your van was worth x amount of money, was so quote and quote new and because it had less than so many miles. Im a damage appraiser and from inspection standpoint, your so quote and quote new van needs lots of work already. Front and rear chrome bumpers were ding; chrome is not repairable around this parts so that's a start. Huge ding on the right rear cargo door, driver door and right qtr panel and right front door.
Service to get the truck was extremely slow. The worker was not properly trained. Also, we barely drove a couple miles and they charged us for gas.
Next time when a person is new and they don't really know what they are doing when they return the truck back the same day but it was closing time but they return it two hours later and they phone dies so they can't call or fill out the returning the truck back app they were supposed to check the cameras to see what time they return the truck back. But instead they charged me for another day whenever they open the next day and said that's when i return the truck. I don't think that's fair at all. So they kept my money 100$ and just wanted to give me 4$ back. How when i returned the truck back the same day. Two hours later. When i try to tell them what happened they took another 7$ off my card saying that they will put it back on my card so i was like what's the reason if yall taking it off in the first place. Couldn't even answer my question. So if they be a next time for me out would be cash this time not my card. Thanks for everything Uhaul

I have used U-Haul many times, and this is by far the worst location and wars maintain truck ever. If it wasn't such a hassle to get the truck during the pick up process I would have returned it immediately due to my overall safety concerns. Had I've been driving out of town or further it would not have been acceptable

I strongly recommend this Uhaul Location to all my friends, I always rent truck from this location since 2010 and so far always got best customer services all the time, All staff are very helpful and Equipments are always clean, this time they also give you disinfected wipes with key for our peace of mind , Thank you Corporate for always keeping good staff at this location, This time I missed Manager Leonerd but new manager also took good care while we rent truck, Thank you all team member of Uhaul team

Transporter was pretty beat up.
I had to waste gas and mileage to go back to the uhaul location because they never explained to me about the lock on the back door of the 17' truck. When we were ready to move our velongings we realized there was a lock on the back door that appeared locked. The lady at the front desk was also very rude and picked up other peoples phone calls while dealing with me. I would like for somebody to contact me asap thank you.
The person that rented me the truck did so without setting up the drop off location, even though I told her i know exactly where I need to drop it off. Before I was finished with the truck I received a call from a different location on Mesa Rd. telling me the truck is reserved for someone else and that i will receive a $520 bill for not bringing them the truck. That is not my problem, he needs to talk to the person that rented me the truck.
They tried to help me as much as they could because there was no annotation about my incident. So they gave two number to make a complaints which I'm about to make

The customer service agent at this location was excellent. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, and she clearly reviewed with me the details and fees of my rental. And, she did a great job adhering to social distancing.

Not cancel our 2 day reservation without notification....only to find out as we arrived to pick up...then when forced to re-book, the mileage was conveniently $.40 higher per mile. SCAM
