The pick up using the app was horrible. I scheduled this yesterday, yet during the pickup I was asked for two alternate numbers that were called for verification on the spot. My wife was unaware and didn’t recognize the number. I tried to go inside the store and was totally ignored by the staff. Their WiFi was horrible which exacerbated the situation. It took me 45 minutes to pick up the van. I thought the app would have expedited the process. Not a good experience.

I’ve have rented at this location upwards of 30 ties and their systems don’t have my profile. Each time it takes 25 minutes. Under staffed as well. The employees are not customer service friendly

YOur national telephone reservation system was terrible. I had to give a credit card number and email address just to find out if a truck was available. Ridiculous! I was quoted a fee of $118 for 150 miles of anticipated use. My acutal mileage was 136, and rate I paid was $124 - go figure! Your desk person in the Weymouth store spoke and understood English very poorly, making that experience unnecessarily frustrating. Next time, I'll try Penske!

We went to pick up the truck and the guy was not helpful. Took forever, two people checked in at the register next to us, and he was not polite. We went to leave with the truck and the dolly and pads were not in there like he said. He also did not give us the truck in front so we had to back it out. I would not recommend using uhall to a friend.

The employee that assisted was great the manager not so much. You can have the ubox go to the correct load location or ensure you contact the customer about where to load. I got neither which made this process horrible. You can also ensure the reserved ubox number goes to the right customer. I spent HOURS on the phone with uhaul trying to get everything corrected. It was miserable for what should have been an easy move. I will not recommend uhaul for anything else unless a person has nothing but time to waste.

Uhaul almost does a bait-and-switch with the inexpensive rental, but high rates for mileage. When I rented the truck, I didn't know that the insurance company didn't pay mileage; I found out the 2nd day of the rental, and had to turn it in. It would be a good deal if the vehicle was used around the local area, only.

The service was horrendous. Beyond waiting over 40 minutes with only 2 people in front of me, the actual customer service was deplorable. The name of the employee that handled my contract was tramaine newberry. There are too many terrible parts of the experience to list, but here are the most egregious. Saying f*ck multiple times during the interaction, including in front of my 2 and 6 year old daughters and wife. AND also saying it to his colleague calling him a motherf*cker. Attempting to charge me after I had already completed the pre check in online and my card had been charged. After explaining I had already paid, he said "look man, this is how we do it. Just swipe your card". He insisted on this even after I showed him the charge on my credit card LIVE STATEMENT, for the exact amount that he was attempting to charge me. He argued with me that it was just pending and not really a charge. Another colleague had to come over and correct him. I am beyond dissatisfied with the service I recieved. Disgusted, degraded, disrespected... there aren't enough words to describe the experience.

Although I had reserved a storage space and had advised as to the content of my 26' truck, there was no storage space large enough upon my arrival. I moved from Dallas to Weymouth - disappointing!
