Very quick and easy to rent and even easier to return! Just wish there was some sort of two or three day deals and or specials as the milage just racks up very quickly at 0,99¢ per mile. It doesn't sound bad at first until you realize your move was further than expected or even worse an extra trip or two more than expected. I would definitely recommend no matter what though as the service was very quick and friendly!!

I was expecting a truck with a "no contact" experience and instead was rudely informed that "the truck's in weymouth, hope they still have it!" after waiting in line for ten minutes, this was clearly not the thing I wanted to hear. The reps at the Weymouth location were friendly and got me on my way.

Debra C.Not sure who this problem lands on (probably corporate U-Haul) but I had a reservation for a 20 foot truck and when we went to pick it up they said we had a 26 foot truck. They said "oh they must have bumped you to a bigger truck for free" but when moving that isn't a perk. We didn't have enough stuff for a 26 foot truck which made packing it more difficult and we likely got worse gas mileage (7,5 Mike's to the gallon). So we were not happy with the no-notice vehicle swap.

Steven C.Have vehicles fuel tanks full when customers pickup so they can simply fill them up prior returning vehicle. In my case vehicle had a 1/4 tank when picked up. Traveling out of state and back not knowing tank size and fuel economy, I filled the tank before traveling. Turns out I returned vehicle with a 1/2 tank and received no credit. Clerk who greeted me upon return said I would see an adjustment, still waiting. I put 28,93 gallons in to fill, that's 9,64 gallons I left you at 4,78 per gallon totaling $46.09. If this is your standard procedure I think your screwing people and I for one would not recommend or use U-Haul again.

When I called the 800# for the mobile app to fix the issue, I was told hold times were 30-40 mins! Never ever use Uhaul's mobile app, go to your friendly local store.

Although, they did not have any available today (as expected, weekends are their busiest time), he recommended another option that I went with. The vehicle was spotless and ready to pull off the lot. Timothy W.The trailer was not cleaned. I had to clean it!!. While driving, the person following me said the signal lights were operating opposite, one side did not work. Also the unit kept bottoming out!! When I arrived at the Salem Uhaul, the intake person was shocked at the condition and noted that the trailer was connected in an US SAFE manner!!!! I have made several attempts to contact customer service... I was re routed several times!!! and disconnected twice. I had requested this trailer for 3 days, which I do not have... it has cost us valuable time, between cleaning it, returning it during to the light problem and now we're out of use today and tomorrow!!!

It DID. Everything worked out really well. The only issue that I had was with the pass. It sometimes, many times took two or three swipes to work. It hardly ever worked with one swipe. The card is an excellent way for us to access the stuff we have in storage, and you had equipment to help me move the volume of stuff much more easily. My only issue is the swipe card. It almost always took 2 or 3 swipes to open the door. Everything else went very well. All of my stuff in storage was well kept. I already had a UHaul lock for the space that I got from last time using you folks. That worked out really well. Thank you for what you do and how you work with the people who use your service. I came at 2 different times when you had a high volume of customers, but you folks handled each and everyone of us with respect and gave us time so we felt like we mattered. Great job to all the staff people.

Does not explain well how to get in to building, even with checkin online it wouldnt allow me in so i had to find a staff member. He was very busy with trucks/phone/ other customers since he was only employee there. When i went to put more items in storage it said access denied since i didnt check out, but not explained anywhere that i saw how to do it.

The Weymouth facility was understaffed and one staff member wasted one whole hour of my time by not giving me my storage unit keys when I went to pick up the truck. I had to pay my movers extra for the wait time. When I asked questions about my storage unit he seemed clueless also reluctant to show me my unit. He also would waste time flirting and joking with customers . Ridiculous
