Very quick and easy to rent and even easier to return! Just wish there was some sort of two or three day deals and or specials as the milage just racks up very quickly at 0,99¢ per mile. It doesn't sound bad at first until you realize your move was further than expected or even worse an extra trip or two more than expected. I would definitely recommend no matter what though as the service was very quick and friendly!!

The trucks battery died in the one hour we had it parked and we're loading it. But U-Haul roadside service had me going within 30 minutes, which I appreciated.

The mobile check in was the worst. Tell the customer ahead of time to bring their passport and they will want a reference. That took way too long. I don't recommend mobile check in

My reservation was for the Quincy Ave location. I was not notified of a change and the rep at that location was not at all empathetic to the situation. I was expecting a truck with a "no contact" experience and instead was rudely informed that "the truck's in weymouth, hope they still have it!" after waiting in line for ten minutes, this was clearly not the thing I wanted to hear. The reps at the Weymouth location were friendly and got me on my way.

Not sure who this problem lands on (probably corporate U-Haul) but I had a reservation for a 20 foot truck and when we went to pick it up they said we had a 26 foot truck. They said "oh they must have bumped you to a bigger truck for free" but when moving that isn't a perk. We didn't have enough stuff for a 26 foot truck which made packing it more difficult and we likely got worse gas mileage (7,5 Mike's to the gallon). So we were not happy with the no-notice vehicle swap.

Truck was given to me on empty. After picking up the truck I had to drive to a gas station and went over the mileage because that part of the journey was not calculated. I also had to drive further to drop the truck off since the location I booked to drop off online I was told at the store I couldn't return the truck there. Very inconvenient

Have vehicles fuel tanks full when customers pickup so they can simply fill them up prior returning vehicle. In my case vehicle had a 1/4 tank when picked up. Traveling out of state and back not knowing tank size and fuel economy, I filled the tank before traveling. Turns out I returned vehicle with a 1/2 tank and received no credit. Clerk who greeted me upon return said I would see an adjustment, still waiting. I put 28,93 gallons in to fill, that's 9,64 gallons I left you at 4,78 per gallon totaling $46.09. If this is your standard procedure I think your screwing people and I for one would not recommend or use U-Haul again.

Amazing service. My order from 2 am was ready at 7:00 am opening. Boxes, wrapping paper, packing items all ready by the door. Box truck was easy to drive for this old timer. My sons told all their friends their mother was a truck driver. 

THE TRUCK USED ALOT MORE GAS THAN THE ONE I HAD RENTED A FEW DAYS EARLIER . I HAVE BEEN A LONG TIME CUSTOMER AND I FEEL THAT THE TRUCKS DON'T GET TUNE UPS OFTEN ENOUGH . I WOULD RENT MORE OFTEN , IF THEY GOT BETTER MILEAGE .

The store jumped in to fix what was a terrible experience using the Mobile App--the store manager graciously took over the failed mobile experience and had us in a truck and on our way in under 2 minutes. When I called the 800# for the mobile app to fix the issue, I was told hold times were 30-40 mins! Never ever use Uhaul's mobile app, go to your friendly local store.

Johnathan was so helpful and courteous this morning. I came in without a reservation hoping to rent a trailer. Although, they did not have any available today (as expected, weekends are their busiest time), he recommended another option that I went with. The vehicle was spotless and ready to pull off the lot. Upon return, Johnathan greeted me and closed the transaction. I will DEFINITELY use this location again. Thank you Johnathan for helping me.

The truck was sluggish and, but it had high mileage. I guess it's par for the course considering the price was good.

The trailer was not cleaned. I had to clean it!!. While driving, the person following me said the signal lights were operating opposite, one side did not work. Also the unit kept bottoming out!! When I arrived at the Salem Uhaul, the intake person was shocked at the condition and noted that the trailer was connected in an US SAFE manner!!!! I have made several attempts to contact customer service... I was re routed several times!!! and disconnected twice. I had requested this trailer for 3 days, which I do not have... it has cost us valuable time, between cleaning it, returning it during to the light problem and now we're out of use today and tomorrow!!!

I was a bit confused on where/how to drop off so we had to ask, but the staff was friendly. I also didn't know what to do or if I should get a receipt. I handed my keys over and they asked if the truck had damage and if I got gas and then said I could leave.

Almost impossible to lock the unit with the padlock provided. The door to the unit has dropped a little, and the holes do not line-up for the padlock. You have to use a lot of strength to close it. Employee on duty did not seem to care that much.

I got a unit in the basement next to a bathroom, so I was afraid of flooding, also the elevator was too old and hard to operate.

Was there before a while ago and ended leaving because the staff would not even bother to answer a simple question. The person who was there yesterday treated everybody with respect and was very friendly.

I absolutely loved using the storage space! It was extremely easy to access, and I always knew it was safe. I utilized this facility for {several} years, as I am in aviation, and I needed it to jump start my career. When it came time to move out, management was committed to making everything as easy and safe as possible to send me over 700 miles away. They've been such a bug part of my life for so long, it was epic, and I recommend this facility to everyone

Everything went really well. You helped to calm my nerves when I first saw the unit. I did not think that what I had in the truck would fit the unit. You assured it would. It DID. Everything worked out really well. The only issue that I had was with the pass. It sometimes, many times took two or three swipes to work. It hardly ever worked with one swipe. The card is an excellent way for us to access the stuff we have in storage, and you had equipment to help me move the volume of stuff much more easily. My only issue is the swipe card. It almost always took 2 or 3 swipes to open the door. Everything else went very well. All of my stuff in storage was well kept. I already had a UHaul lock for the space that I got from last time using you folks. That worked out really well. Thank you for what you do and how you work with the people who use your service. I came at 2 different times when you had a high volume of customers, but you folks handled each and everyone of us with respect and gave us time so we felt like we mattered. Great job to all the staff people.

Yesterday was a very busy day. I am glad I made reservations. Everything worked out really well. Staff were pleasant, friendly, and took the time I needed to figure things out. The truck worked well. When I got back I had doubts my truck load would fit into the space they reserved for me. They were right. Everything worked out really well. The staff were very supportive, and I was able to unload the truck and put everything into storage. Everything worked out really well. Merci.

first time ever storing anything with uhaul. Does not explain well how to get in to building, even with checkin online it wouldnt allow me in so i had to find a staff member. He was very busy with trucks/phone/ other customers since he was only employee there. When i went to put more items in storage it said access denied since i didnt check out, but not explained anywhere that i saw how to do it.

Communication with management was poor at best. improper billing and no one knowing what is going on helps to fuel a fire of inconsistency and extremely poor customer service. I would not recommend this specific location to anyone.

I was extremely disappointed with today's experience. I always use uhual for my moves and never had such a bad experience before. The Weymouth facility was understaffed and one staff member wasted one whole hour of my time by not giving me my storage unit keys when I went to pick up the truck. I had to pay my movers extra for the wait time. When I asked questions about my storage unit he seemed clueless also reluctant to show me my unit. He also would waste time flirting and joking with customers . Ridiculous
