It’s not so much this location it’s uhaul period!! I was PISSED at the fact that I, the consumer, spending money has to walk around the vehicle myself without the agent and open a txt message to accept or dispute the condition, mileage and gas of the vehicle. Not to mention I have to take a picture of what I’m disputing. If I have to do the work of your employees then I should be getting a discount or a paycheck. Then upon return, nobody checks you out. All they said was ok you SHOULD receive a receipt via email! So I had to ask them to check my vehicle in so I can see the fina total so I would know if I’m going to receive any additional charges for mileage. I have rented from uhaul more times than I can count and this new way of doing a rental is making go to the competitor. The elderly don’t stand a chance with your company and I witness that yesterday. 2 elderly people walked out looking dumbfounded because they had know idea what to do! Bad idea whoever thought of this. What are your rental agents getting paid to do? Oh how could I forget, the customer has to upload their ID as well! I’m done!!!

The worst customer experience using the 24/7 online feature. It doesn’t work. Wasted hours of my day trying to check out and check in my rented truck. Called the customer service number and waited over an hour with no help. The worst rental experience I’ve ever had.

There was a fuel discrepancy on the bill, but Riley was able to fix it over the phone. I did report it a head of time and mentioned it when I dropped off the vehicle so slightly annoyed I had to call back in after I was billed to get it resolve.

I went through all the online check in procedures to speed up the process. I expected the store to have a trailer ready for me when I arrived at my appointment. The trailer I used was not the one listed on the contract. Another employee had rented it out. The trailer had rusted wheels, broken clips and multiple dents.

In the unit B411 the ceiling is falling down. I have really bad allergens. Poor customer service. Manager is deceitful. Asst mgr when I started poor communication skills.
