Due to the sever weather, I didn't go inside and meet any staff because it was closed. The location was very convenient and close to my new location. I did have some trouble locating gasoline due to the weather again and it seems there was a shortage that day and was forced to fill the truck up with Super Unleaded Gasoline at $269 a gallon.

Rented from here before and was flawless. Weekend crew sucks and leaves the staff that comes in Monday so much to do is why I can't give a perfect rating. Your Monday crew was top notch and assisted me as soon as possible as they were dealing with people not doing their job over the weekend. If schedule stays the same I would make a point to rent a vehicle on a Monday.

The 26' van I rented had a bad oil leak. When I started the van the oil light came on almost immediately. When I complained, the attendant mentioned he'd filled the oil, then put two quarts of oil in it. Once the engine was hot, the leaking oil dripped onto the exhaust manifold, and oil smoke would fill the cab when the van was stopped. The steering was sloppy, and notchy and if driven above 60 mph, the van tended to wander around the road. In general, the van was unpleasant to drive, and unsafe for a less experienced driver than myself, to drive; I've driven tractor trailers. Had I not been in a time crunch, I would have taken the van back and asked for another. However, it took more than 45-minutes to check out and I decided I couldn't spare the time.

They rep that checked me out was very dry and no help for my first experience. Didn't explain much. Next customer in line got the VIP treatment I only knew because I had to keep going in to ask questions

Only problem I had picking up truck was that another truck was parked too close to the drivers side that I had to crawl in from the passenger side. And being 62, overweight and bad knee's I was not happy about that. Need to make sure trucks are accessible before renting them out.

My complaint has to do with the national reservation center that took my reservation for a 24/7 contactless pickup. I was confirmed at a location and was assured the truck would be there and the pickup instructions sent upon arrival. Arrived on time at 8 am to learn that the location I was booked at was not a 24/7 contactless location. After having to dial back into customer service five times I was finally able to get to someone that cared. Unfortunately, I had to go to another location and lost 1.5 hours moving time. The new location was fine, the 24/7 contactless pickup needs work.

I WAS CHARGED FOR TOLLS THAT HAPPENED BEFORE I PICKED UP TRUCK AFTER I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FILLED OUT A FORM TO DISPUTE!!! I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL EVER AGAIN!!! Both times in the last year my experience has been terrible!!!! Never again!! You have lost a customer for life and anyone I can tell not to use UHAUL, I WILL!!! So sad that y'all can't even properly investigate!!! I never even used a highway or a toll road. I picked up the truck at 3:22pm. The tolls were ran just after 2pm....TELL ME HOW THAT WAS ME!!!!! And not to mention my requested pick up time and location was not honored!! I had to pick up from and drop off at the original requested drop location. Thus, causing me to lose 12 miles of my 33 since I had to drive all the way back to my moving from address. Terrible experience time after time

Glass in cab area. Workers there are horrible and have zero customer service skills and no clue how to interact with the public. Link that o was sent would not allow me to take pics of the truck that already had previous damage which makes me think that I was trying to be setup in some sort of way.

Everything was perfect. Truck was ready to go when I got there. The employee was very courteous and saved me $50 by offering an alternative drop off location for my one way rental. The employee at the drop off location was super too. It took 5 minutes to return the vehicle.

The service/van itself is great but not the customer service. I called the store the next day to get clarify on my charges and the lady picked up the phone literally raised her voice and yelled at me the whole conversation. Also mileage varification when we return the van to the store is important because we don't know if we get charge extra for something that we did not do.

The truck I was to originally pick up did not work due to the dome light was left on. I was already apprehensive about the truck due to the lot size and looked like it would be hard to pull out. The trucks were pulled in vs backed in and the parking lot is small. We ended up being able to get a truck instead at the Copperfield Houston location and had great service and great truck. The parking lot was bigger and easier to maneuver around.

I was with this storage company for 3 year paid monthly . They went in my storage without my consent change the lock 🔒 left no key . My son had to break the lock 🔒 . The company change hands so much you don't know how is responsible . For any problems, just glad it's over. And they still owe me money. So can you check on that ... Thank you.

Leticia was phenomenal! She helped me every step of the way and took the time to explain details without making me feel like an idiot. She knew moving could be stressful and made this portion the easiest thing i have dealt with by far. Previous experiences had me skeptical but still chose to go with the national brand and so glad i did, she restored my faith that people genuinely want to help others. Especially this close to the holidays. She definitely made my day and couldn't be happier to recommend this place to others just for the outstanding customer service!

They were very short on staff, in fact I only saw one person working both when I picked up the trailer and dropped it off. Also, it was difficult to drive around the property. The trailers were off on one side, and when you drive around the back, there are several Exit signs pointing in the direction I was driving. So, when I picked up the trailer, I tried to continue around the building in that direction, only to find it was blocked by trucks in the drop off area. So, I got do to a three point turn while backing the trailer. When I came to drop it off, those same trucks were still filling the drop off area, forcing me to block the garage bays that all had signs saying “do not block”. Then I had to hunt for the single employee working, who was assisting a customer to pickup a trailer. He said I could wait, or just drop the trailer where it was, which I did.

During peak hours, to have at least 2 reps to assist in the check in process. If an item is not availbe at the chosen reservation time, do not allow to be reserved. When an item is not currently available inform the customer in a timely manner. For example, I had a reservation time at 11am. I arrived at location at 10:48am to have the rep state my time was delayed to 2pm. I did not receive any notification until 10:52am which occurred after the rep started my check in process. Communication needs to be more effective.

Picking up is the same as other locations I've rented from. Slow and annoying. Staff go through the motions and don't show any enthusiasm. Dropping off. If you can't park in the drop off station then you usually sit waiting or end up going in to just be told drive round and drop it where you picked it up from. I try not to rent from this location if I can help it due the staff.

This location is a self-storage business with a UHaul affiliation. Brian was very accommodating and helpful. UHaul as a corporation FAILED MISERABLY in making my pick up process simple. I reserved the equipment a week before I needed it and completed their on-line check-in process two days prior to picking up the equipment. UHaul FAILED to bring my vehicle and tow dolly to “my preferred location” to pick up. UHaul sent a text indicating they would call me the night before my scheduled pick up to confirm the pick up location; UHaul FAILED to call me. Brian located the UHaul location to get my truck. Brian offered to do anything he could to make things right and gave me additional moving blankets at no charge. UHaul's FAILURE to follow through with its own instructions resulted in me having to drive to multiple locations costing me hours of running around. I got my truck and car dolly from actual UHaul centers and they were a mess. I presented my confirmation number to Christina but it took some time for her to fumble through UHaul's system. I had to go through all of the details of the rental again to ensure I was being charged the correct amount which I HAD ALREADY PAID when I did the on-line check-in. This location did not have my car dolly as it had been stolen. Christina said they had been trying to call me yet my phone showed no calls in the call history from them. My phone number in their system was correct because I had received a text message saying I'd get a call. I was given a 15' truck and had to drive to a different UHaul center for the dolly. Angel looked at my truck as I arrived and challenged as to “how I got that truck”. He told me I had to return it because it was not a “cross-country” truck. It turned out Christina pointed to the wrong truck but the key I had actually worked in the ignition. I asked why not just let me use one of the dozen or so trucks he had on his lot to which he responded he did not have any cross country trucks on his lot. I got the car dolly and drove back to the other UHaul and switched trucks. After two hours of my time wasted driving around to resolve UHaul's abhorrent FAILURES, I finally was able to start my move. I am a very patient person but this was outrageous to me. Angel offered no apology for UHaul's failures and seemed to have an “I don't care” attitude, “you're the one that needs the truck and dolly”. UHaul should be proud of the independent partnerships with their affiliates. UHaul needs to take a good hard look at their own rental centers and perhaps fire a few of their terrible employees. The local affiliates understand and work hard on customer satisfaction. UHaul's own employees do not seem to care one bit about my satisfaction. They are worse than DMV workers.

We rented what they called a Climate Controlled 10x10 storage room for $140 per month including insurance because we had furniture and other sensitive items that would be damaged by heat and humidity. We put our things in the facility in May and all summer, the temperature was between 85 and 100 degrees Farhenheit. I have a photo of the temperature gauge they have in the hallway that reads 98º. It was always hot and humid in the storage areas. Many times I went to retrieve things and all the doors to my building were locked. I had to go to the other building and ask somebody to unlock the building. We ended up moving everything to a LifeStorage facility that was always so chilly that we almost needed a sweater when we went in, and it only cost $82 per month. There are a LOT of better options. Do not put your valuable things in this place. You will regret it. The worst part is, it is not even the lowest price around. Not even close. You can get better accommodations for less. Don't even think about putting your stuff here.

I made my reservation to pick up the truck through my phone. While checking out some how the check out got cancelled. I went inside after waiting in-line something I did not want to do. Explained to the rep that I could not pick up my reservation. He then continued to make a new reservation I told him I had one already. Explained to him that I needed a dolly and that was on my reservation. He told me after I paid he didn't have one. And I told him I needed it because it was only me moving. He said I would have to cancel and go to a new location to get a new reservation. And they will take another 100 which I did not have!!! It set me back in time. The person who was going to take the truck back with me could not due to the time frame. It took me way longer to move with out the dolly!!!! This cost me time money and stress!!! He never asked if I needed any moving supplies. He seemed careless. My experience was terrible! I never had a bad experience with Uhaul. I asked for the number to corporate he gave me the basic number not a number for complaints!!! This really made my moving experience worst!!!

I checked the website and it showed my reservation was to be returned to location at 12 noon the next day and I tried to return the truck and they tried to charge me for a entire new day because they said it should have been returned at 8am. Asian male employee at location is very rude and not helpful. Glad I never have to use this location ever again. When I had to pick up first truck there was a two hour wait just to get the truck and I had a moving company waiting for me getting paid by the hour and I never caused any problems.

I had a difficult time getting to my storage units. I damaged my car on a post in the area of the storage units, the area is so hard to back up and turn around. My movers had difficulty as well.

My unit had a leak I was in storage unit 0167. This leak ruined a box of my military memorabilia from my time I served in the US Navy. I told the employees about the leak but they didn’t seem to care. I just wanted to inform her that I lost items and it should be repaired before someone else rents it. I only rented the unit for two months glad it wasn’t longer.

I was pleased with everything service oriented. It was when I emptied the unit, found tons and tons of rodent droppings in the climate controlled, rodent controlled environment I paid for. I lost a lot of clothing, and towels due to holes chewed in them. Thank goodness I did not have much stored there. I also want to state that the staff was always very helpful and friendly at every encounter but the one when I told them about all of the rodent traffic I had in my unit.

Your marketing president Gabe Mindieta was so rude and so nasty and so threatening is the reason I canceled my storage unit there after over 10 years because he didn’t like me using the dumpster. Kept raising my rates and was full of mice and bugs. When I canceled I had to ask three times to take me out of the system fully paid as they sent collections tactics to both me and my father separately to get payment and then have the audacity to charge by mail with a late fee… I was fully paid, and I was told this was handled, but it was not handled. Worst experience I’ve ever had!!!! Unit E309... If I were on the board, I strongly recommend firing Gabe who is a disaster to humanity

My recent visit to this facility was very poor. The staff was friendly, but were inexperienced to handle any issues. They had to call a manager several times for what seemed like simple questions.

In the unit B411 the ceiling is falling down. I have really bad allergens. Poor customer service. Manager is deceitful. Asst mgr when I started poor communication skills.
