Laura G.First of all, the bathroom was immaculate as was the 10 ft. truck we rented. Jamie, whom I assume is the owner, was so pleasant and helpful. Rates were more reasonable than others in the area. I would go out of my way to rent there again.

Edward R.Truck was in very poor condition. Low tire pressure warning was constant and the driver cab was disconnected from the box and rain and cold air was pouring in on us. I told the store staff this on returning and no adjustments were made to my bill.
Stephen N.On 12/20 I rented the second truck within a week. I also just signed up for a corporate account with UHaul as we will be needing rentals as a part of a business expansion into doing small moves. I returned the vehicle and realized as I was about to hand over the keys when I realized I had forgotten to fill up. I picked up the truck with a little under 3/4 tank and returned it with a little under a half. I spoke with the very nice and dedicated young lady and told her I would be glad to go to the gas station. She told me not to worry about it. I am well aware that when your customers at this location pick up a vehicle, it could be on full or near empty. The customer is responsible for gas and this location doesn't add gas (I suppose unless it's very low). When I got the invoice the next day, there was an $83 charge for gas and a service fee. Again, I offered to go to the gas station and was told "not to worry about it". So I called the office the next day and explained what happened. I was put on hold for 30 minutes. I hung up and called back and was not able to get to the Wilmington MA store. I never received a call back. This morining I called back and spoke with someone who transferred me to the general manager. I explained the issue and was told that sje "had a problem with this". If she thinks she has a problem with this, imagine how I feel. I offered to go to the gas station and was told "not to worry about it". I call back about an $83 upcharge (that I am pretty certain cost the store nothing) and I am put on hold for 30 minutes and then told they have a problem. They do have a problem, it's called poor customer service. I don't care about the $83, I care about relationships with business professionals I need in my business.

Michael C.So - VERY HAPPY with WILMINGTON for taking the trailer on such short notice, since the Billerica U-Haul (Salem Rd) refused to take it - I guess this happen often where Billerica forces customers down the street to the Wilmington location. Billerica said he had just gotten notice that morning about the drop off which I do not believe, since we got numerous notifications about the pick-up & drop off. Maybe U-Haul should take the Billerica location off their list of drop-off locations since he won't accept them which was VERY FRUSTRATING.

KENNETH P.I went to pick up my rental and they couldn't find key to the van. He offered me a box truck which I wasn't comfortable driving. I had to get a vehicle there bc I had no time or options before move deadlines. I wanted the pick up which had a reservation for following day. I was told I couldn't have it at first, then I could and it was a huge inconvenience. I wasted time and I was then called several times next day to make sure I was returning it etc etc. I was more stressed and rushed during a super hard day cleaning out my home and a tough move. It was added stress I didn't need.

Kevin R.I did contactless pickup of a U-Haul and went through the process and when I left and was on the highway I was called by a U-Haul employee and was asked for a number on my dash and keys. being asked this while driving on the highway to look at that especially in a unfamiliar truck and location was pretty unsafe. Especially because there was a missing truck at the location and to put a customers safety at risk for that did not seem acceptable.

Victor R.I reserved a 15' truck about 10 days in advance on-line. The pick-up location was less than a mile from the apartment I was moving out of. Got a call the day before saying the nearest location they had a 15' truck available was in Wimington (19 miles away). While not ideal it was oaky with me. I get to the Wilmington store the next day at 8:00 am (the scheduled time) to hear that they too did not have a 15' truck available. Had to take a 10' truck, which for life I could fit all my stuff in one trip. Had to do two trips. Mind you I was moving 75 miles away. Ended finishing moving at 8:00 PM and was charged for extra mile. Charged for extra miles because U-Haul could not give me the 15' truck I reserved well in advance!!!

Roberto D.I picked up my rental truck at 2:48 pm on Friday and returned on Sunday at 2:30 pm. That's a 2 days rental. However, they did not check out my rental truck when I returned until 3:09 pm and they charged me for extra day which is 3 days. This is not a good practice for business. That's the only reason I did not like.

There I was, with a packed car that would take days to fix, my adult autistic child and a destination over 5 hours away. I needed a rental car, but none were available. I ended up getting a U-Haul cargo van, and although pricier than the standard rental car, it really did fit my needs. Unfortunately, I could not find a John Candy cutout to ride shotgun.
