Peter H | Expérience généralePatti was amazing. We needed something short term she was so helpful. UHaul is lucky to have such a great employee.
jeffe p | Expérience généralePatty and her team in Wilmington MA was awesome!! I would highly recommend this location before any location I’ve used in the past. We picked up in Malden which went smoothly but Wilmington set the bar high. Patty and her team had such attention to detail, when I arrived there was at least 4 others there for either pick ups, drop offs or propane and handled everything with ease. My wife and I reserved a unit at that location and patty finished the process and walked us through everything we needed to know and showed us the unit and where to access the unit. Patty and her team was welcoming, supportive and efficient.
CORY D | Premières impressionsPatty is the best
ROGER D | Expérience généralePatty was so helpful to me. She helped me find the best size storage unit for my needs. She is so pleasant and everything was very clean. I would definitely recommend this location to all of my friends. Thank you again
LAUREN f | Expérience généraleGreat service. Convenient booking. And tons of moving options, moving help solutions, and accessories available both online and in the store. Also, really impressed with the gear made available to employees
JOSEF M | Premières impressionsPatty and her team were fantastic. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
William M | Expérience généraleStorage area had outside light, but the unit itself has no light. I also rented a 15 truck and it smelled in cabin and truck was not cleaned. The truck also had suspension problems on turns made loud noises. Brung it to workers attention, he had no idea and quickly said "he will put it out of service". Come on man, you knew because of your action when he drove up truck and his hesitation and character I picked up. Truck was a safety hazard and I'll never rent from here again.
Anthony B | Expérience généraleStaff are great and made my rental experience easy.
Lorraine D | Premières impressionsSpecial thanks to Tatiyanna Correa. She was more than accommodating and helpful during our move in process. The entire staff at Danvers is hardworking, friendly, and helpful. Also, thanks to Sabrina with reservations for her extra support provided to ensure we got the storage and vehicle support necessary for our move. 5 stars to both these ladies.
Adam B | Expérience généralePatty was welcoming, collected, and helpful even while the store was very busy. I had a pretty full 10’ truck to unload myself and it was 80 degrees. She kindly provided my wife & I cold water to cool off.
William M | Déménagement en lignePatty was as pleasant as she was efficient.
Paul T | Premières impressionsWilmington U haul and Patty went above and beyond to help me with storage . Manager was always very pleasant and helpful and very knowledgeable
